Furthermore, the stacking device 165 further comprises a telescopic side plate 1655, the telescopic side plate 1655 is movably connected with the stacking platform 1652 and is arranged in parallel with the telescopic push plate 1654, the telescoping side panels 1655 are capable of moving along the sides of the access opening 16541 of the stacking platform 1652, and to extend or block access opening 16541, and also to extend stacking platform 1652 with telescoping push plate 1654 and telescoping flap 1653, telescoping side plate 1655 is used with telescoping push plate 1654 to extend stacking platform 1652 when two telescoping flaps 1653 are clamping cargo 310, the back side of the goods 310 in the extending direction is against the goods 310 to avoid the goods 310 arranged in a row from being influenced by the friction between the goods 310 and the stacking platform 1652 when extending out of the stacking platform 1652, the arrangement of the rows of goods 310 is deformed, bent or even loosened, so that the rows of goods 310 can extend out of the stacking platform 1652 more smoothly, and the stacking stability and the stacking quality of the loading system 100 are further improved.
In addition, the stacking device 165 further comprises a stacking toggle mechanism 1656, the stacking toggle mechanism 1656 is arranged at the bottom of the stacking platform 1652 and penetrates through the stacking platform 1652, and the stacking toggle mechanism 1656 can move along the stacking platform 1652 to toggle the goods 310 to the direction of the two telescopic baffles 1653, so that the goods 310 conveyed to the stacking platform 1652 can be arranged in a space between the two telescopic baffles 1653 more closely, and the stacking stability and the stacking quality of the loading system 100 are further improved.
Further, the projection length of the moving stroke of the stacking toggle mechanism 1656 in the conveying direction of the loading conveying mechanism 163 is greater than the conveying width of the loading conveying mechanism 163 in the conveying direction, so that the goods 310 conveyed to the stacking platform 1652 by the loading conveying mechanism 163 can be toggled to both sides of the stacking platform 1652 by the stacking toggle mechanism 1656 at a time, so as to improve the loading efficiency of the loading system 100.
In order to make the loading assembly 160 capable of accommodating diversified goods 310 to be stacked and accomplish diversified stacking manners, the stacking device 165 may further include a stacking rotation mechanism 168, the stacking rotation mechanism 168 includes a stacking rotation clamping member 1681 and a stacking rotation driving member 1682, the stacking rotation clamping member 1681 is rotatably connected to the stacking rotation driving member 1682, the stacking rotation driving member 1682 is mounted on the loading frame 162, the stacking rotation clamping member 1681 is capable of clamping the goods 310 and rotates under the driving of the stacking rotation driving member 1682 to rotate the goods 310, so as to change the direction of the goods 310 entering the stacking platform 1652, so that the direction of the goods 310 arranged on the stacking platform 1652 can be different, so as to make the stacking of the goods 310 stacked on the carriage pattern 200 different, for example, overlapping stacking, criss-cross stacking, and the like.

Further, it is understood that the stacking guide 169 may not include the stacking guide receiver 1692, but only the free end of the stacking guide expansion piece 1691 may be used to receive the goods 310 to change the position of the goods 310 on the vertical load conveyor 163.
Please continue to refer to fig. 1, in order to facilitate the loading traveling mechanism 161 to step on the carriage 200 and return, and provide a platform, the stacking device 165 is configured to stack and load the tail of the carriage 200, the loading assembly 160 further includes a boarding device 167, the boarding device 167 includes a parking platform 1671 and a boarding lifting mechanism 1672, which are connected to each other, the parking platform 1671 is configured to park the loading traveling mechanism 161, the boarding lifting mechanism 1672 is capable of lifting and raising or lowering the parking platform 1671 to lift the parking platform 1671, so that the parking platform 1671 is as high as the bottom surface of the carriage 200, the loading traveling mechanism 161 is convenient to enter and return to the carriage 200, and when the stacking device 165 stacks and loads the tail of the carriage 200, the platform is provided for parking the loading traveling mechanism 161.

Referring to fig. 1, the telescopic conveying mechanism 140 includes a telescopic lifting frame 141, a telescopic joint structure 142 and a telescopic conveying member 143, the telescopic joint structure 142 is mounted on the telescopic conveying frame, the telescopic conveying member 143 is mounted on the telescopic joint structure 142, the telescopic conveying mechanism 140 is detachably connected or adjacent to the loading conveying mechanism 163, and the telescopic joint structure 142 can be extended or shortened, so that the conveying length of the telescopic conveying member 143 can be increased or shortened to adapt to loading of the loading assembly 160 on carriages 200 with different lengths and to adapt to position movement of the loading assembly 160 in the loading process, and the telescopic lifting frame 141 can be lifted to adjust the height of the connecting end of the telescopic lifting conveying member and the loading conveying member to adapt to carriages 200 with different heights, thereby improving the adaptability of the loading system 100.
Further, the loading stacking identification module 166 is also electrically connected to the telescopic lifting frame 141, the telescopic joint structure 142 and the telescopic conveying member 143, respectively, so as to guide the telescopic conveying mechanism 140 to complete the loading stacking task in cooperation with the loading vehicle assembly 160, thereby improving the automation degree of the loading system 100.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a box assembly 130 of the loading system 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
The loading system 100 can further include a group box assembly 130, the group box assembly 130 is configured to receive the goods 310, and then group the goods 310 to form a group box portion 312, and convey the group box portion 312, one end of the group box assembly 130 is connected to the telescopic conveying mechanism 140 to convey the group box portion 312 to the telescopic conveying mechanism 140, and group the goods 310 into groups and then convey the goods, and the loading assembly 160 performs stacking loading operation on the group of goods 310, so that the conveying efficiency and stability of the loading system 100 can be improved, particularly when the projection of the vertical direction of the goods 310 is small or narrow, the goods 310 are prone to overturn during conveying, even fall off from the conveying mechanism, and conveying the goods 310 into groups can increase the conveying stability and efficiency.
The box assembling assembly 130 includes a box assembling device 133, the box assembling device 133 includes a box assembling dialing mechanism 1331 and a box assembling conveying mechanism 1333 and is electrically connected to the loading control system, one end of the box assembling conveying mechanism 1333 is connected to one end of the telescopic conveying mechanism 140, which is far away from the loading assembly 160, and is used for conveying the box assembling portion 312 to the telescopic conveying mechanism 140, a platform for placing the goods 310 or an external conveying mechanism is connected to a side of the box assembling conveying mechanism 1333, the box assembling dialing mechanism 1331 is mounted to the box assembling conveying mechanism 1333 and is used for dialing at least one goods 310 to the box assembling conveying mechanism 1333, so that the single goods 310 form the box assembling portion 312, and the box assembling conveying mechanism 1333 conveys the box assembling portion 312 to the telescopic conveying mechanism 140, so as to improve the conveying efficiency and stability of the loading system 100.
It is understood that, in the present embodiment, the group box dialing mechanism 1331 is a belt transmission structure (not shown) and a dialing board (not shown) installed on the belt transmission structure, the dialing board rotates along its outer circumference under the driving of the belt transmission structure, and when the dialing board rotates to one side of the group box transmission mechanism 1333, the dialing board dials the goods 310 to the group box transmission mechanism 1333, so that at least one goods 310 forms the group box portion 312, while in other embodiments, the group box dialing mechanism 1331 may take other forms, for example, the group box dialing mechanism 1331 may be a structure with a blade, and the blade can rotate around the blade root, and when the dialing board rotates to one side of the group box transmission mechanism 1333, the goods 310 are dialed to the group box transmission mechanism 1333, so that at least one goods 310 forms the group box portion 312.
Further, the box assembling device 133 further includes a box assembling centering mechanism 1332, the box assembling centering mechanism 1332 is mounted on the box assembling conveying mechanism 1333, and a free end of the box assembling centering mechanism 1332 is capable of moving relative to the box assembling conveying mechanism 1333, so as to push the box assembling portion 312 to the middle of the conveying direction of the box assembling conveying mechanism 1333, and improve the conveying stability of the box assembling portion 312, wherein the box assembling centering mechanism 1332 may be a telescopic structure, such as an electric or pneumatic telescopic member, or an electric rail member, and may also be a structural form of the box assembling dialing mechanism 1331.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the group box assembly 130 further includes a group box transfer mechanism 132, a side of one end of the group box transfer mechanism 132 is connected to or adjacent to a side of the group box transfer mechanism 1333, so that the group box dialing mechanism 1331 can dial the goods 310 from the group box transfer mechanism 132 to the group box transfer mechanism 1333, and a side of the other end of the group box transfer mechanism 132 is connected to a platform or an external transfer mechanism for placing the goods 310, and since the side of the group box transfer mechanism 132 is connected to the outside, the goods 310 transferred to the group box transfer mechanism 132 are divided into individual goods 310 and transferred to the group box transfer mechanism 1333, so that the group box dialing mechanism 1331 can dial the individual goods 310 from the group box transfer mechanism 132 to the group box transfer mechanism 1333, thereby improving the precision of the group box device 133 in grouping the goods 310 and improving the stability of the loading system 100.
Further, the box-assembling component 130 further includes an accumulating conveying mechanism 131 and is electrically connected to the loading control system, one end of the accumulating conveying mechanism 131 is connected to a side of the box-separating conveying mechanism 132 away from the box-assembling conveying mechanism 1333, and the other end is connected to a platform or an external conveying mechanism on which the goods 310 are placed, the accumulating conveying mechanism 131 is used for accumulating and arranging the goods 310 in a row, for example, when the goods 310 are placed on the accumulating conveying mechanism 131 by manual handling, the accumulating conveying mechanism 131 can arrange scattered and skewed goods 310 in a neatly manner, so as to improve the efficiency of subsequent conveying and loading; the accumulation conveying mechanism 131 can also buffer the condition that the conveying speed of the external conveying mechanism or the unstacking assembly 120 is different from the stacking speed of the loading assembly 160 when the external conveying mechanism is connected, so that the change of the conveying speed of the external conveying mechanism or the unstacking assembly 120 does not influence the speed of stacking and loading, and the coordination of the loading system 100 is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a destacking assembly 120 of a loading system 100 according to a first embodiment of the invention.
The loading system 100 can further include an unstacking assembly 120, the unstacking assembly 120 is used for receiving the stack 300 and picking up the goods 310 from the stack 300, one end of the unstacking assembly 120 is connected to the accumulating conveying mechanism 131, the unstacking assembly 120 is also used for conveying the goods 310 to the packing assembly 130, the goods 310 can be conveyed in the manner of the stack 300 in the existing warehouse management or loading, unloading and transportation process, so that the storage, the loading, unloading and transportation of the goods 310 are facilitated, and a batch of the goods 310 stacked together can be classified according to certain requirements, and the unstacking assembly 120 can improve the universality of the loading system 100 and the adaptability of the automatic warehouse docking; moreover, with the rapid development of the society, in the logistics transportation process, the situations that a plurality of types and different quantities of goods 310 need to be stacked in a single carriage 200 are more and more, and the unstacking assembly 120 can enable the loading system 100 to simultaneously transfer different types of goods 300, different types of goods 310 and different quantities of goods 310 in the transfer process, so that the loading efficiency and the loading diversity of the loading system 100 are improved.
The unstacking assembly 120 comprises an extracting mechanism 121 and an unstacking rack 122, the unstacking rack 122 is connected to one end, away from the telescopic conveying mechanism 140, of the box assembling assembly 130, the extracting mechanism 121 is mounted on the unstacking rack 122, the extracting mechanism 121 is used for extracting goods 310 on the goods stack 300 to the box assembling assembly 130, the extracting mechanism 121 comprises an unstacking three-dimensional moving part 1211 and at least one extracting component 1213, the unstacking three-dimensional moving part 1211 is mounted on the unstacking rack 122, the unstacking three-dimensional moving part 1211 is provided with an extracting free end 1212, the extracting free end 1212 can move relative to the unstacking rack 122, and the extracting component 1213 is mounted on the extracting free end 1212 and is used for extracting the single or multiple goods 310 on the goods stack 300. Further, the unstacking device further comprises an extraction rotating member 1214, and the three-dimensional moving member 1211 is connected with the extraction unit 1213 through the extraction rotating member 1214, so that the extraction unit 1213 can rotate, so that the extraction unit 1213 can extract the goods 310 stacked in different directions and convey the goods 310 outwards in different directions, thereby improving the operation flexibility of the loading system 100.
It is understood that in the present embodiment, the free end 1212 is moved by a vertical sliding rail (not shown), a horizontal sliding rail (not shown) connected to the vertical sliding rail, and a longitudinal rail disposed on the unstacking rack 122, and in other embodiments, the free end 1212 may be moved by a multi-joint mechanical arm, besides the moving manner of the multi-slide connection manner.
Further, the unstacking assembly 120 further comprises an unstacking moving mechanism 123, wherein the unstacking moving mechanism 123 comprises an unstacking lifting rotating part 1231 and an unstacking moving part 1232 which are connected with each other, the unstacking moving part 1232 is connected with an external conveying mechanism or a platform for placing the stack 300, the unstacking moving part 1232 is used for receiving the stack 300 and can convey the stack 300 or a tray outwards, and the unstacking lifting rotating part 1231 is used for lifting or rotating the stack 300 so as to be matched with the extracting part 1213 to extract the cargo 310 on the stack 300.
Further, the unstacking assembly 120 further comprises an unstacking conveying mechanism 124, wherein one end of the unstacking conveying mechanism 124 is connected with the unstacking rack 122, and the other end of the unstacking conveying mechanism 124 is connected with the accumulation conveying mechanism 131, so as to convey the goods 310 picked from the goods stack 300 to the box assembly 130.
Further, the unstacking assembly 120 further comprises an unstacking identification module 125, the unstacking identification module 125 is electrically connected with the loading control system, and the unstacking identification module 125 can be respectively electrically connected with the three-dimensional unstacking moving part 1211, the extracting part 1213, the extracting rotating part 1214, the unstacking lifting rotating part 1231 and the unstacking moving part 1232, so as to identify information of the goods 310 on the goods stack 300, and also be used for guiding the unstacking assembly 120 to complete the task of the unstacking operation, thereby improving the automation degree of the loading system 100.
It will be appreciated that the unstacking assembly 120 may further include a pallet collection rack (not shown) coupled to one side of the unstacking conveyor mechanism 124, wherein the unstacking conveyor mechanism 124 can convey pallets to the pallet collection rack to collect empty pallets when the unstacking assembly 120 completes the unstacking task if no goods 310 have been stacked on the pallets.
The loading system 100 provided in the first embodiment operates on the following principle:
the unstacking assembly 120 is used for receiving the cargo stack 300, picking up the cargo 310 from the cargo stack 300 and then transmitting the cargo 310 to the box assembling assembly 130, and the use of the unstacking assembly 120 can improve the loading efficiency and the loading diversity of the loading system 100; the box assembling component 130 is used for receiving the goods 310 transmitted by the unstacking component 120, then grouping the goods 310 to form a box assembling part 312, transmitting the box assembling part 312 to the telescopic transmission mechanism 140, grouping the goods 310, and then transmitting, so that the transmission efficiency and stability of the loading system 100 can be improved; the loading assembly 160 is used for receiving the goods 310 conveyed by the telescopic conveying mechanism 140 and arranging the goods 310 in rows to be stacked in the carriage 200, the arrangement in rows improves the loading efficiency of the loading system 100 and improves the stacking quality, and the loading control system controls the above components to coordinate to complete the loading task.
After the stack 300 is transferred to the unstacking moving member 1232, the unstacking lifting rotating member 1231 drives the unstacking moving member 1232 to lift or rotate the stack 300, so that the position and direction of the stack 300 are matched with the picking action of the picking part 1213, and the picking part 1213 is driven by the unstacking three-dimensional moving member 1211 to move so as to pick the goods 310 to the box assembly 130.
After the goods 310 are picked up to the box assembling component 130, the accumulating and conveying mechanism 131 receives the goods 310 and accumulates and arranges the goods 310 in rows, the box separating and conveying mechanism 132 conveys the goods 310 to the box assembling device 133 in a single mode, the box assembling dialing mechanism 1331 dials at least one goods 310 onto the box assembling and conveying mechanism 1333 so that at least one goods 310 form the box assembling portion 312, the free end of the box assembling and centering mechanism 1332 pushes the box assembling portion 312 to the middle of the conveying direction of the box assembling and conveying mechanism 1333, and the box assembling and conveying mechanism 1333 conveys the box assembling portion 312 to the telescopic conveying mechanism 140.
After the loading conveyor 163 receives the box portion 312 or the goods 310 conveyed by the retractable conveyor 140, the stacking rotary clamping member 1681 can clamp the goods 310 and rotate under the driving of the stacking rotary driving member 1682 to rotate the goods 310, the stacking guide retractable member 1691 can push the stacking guide abutting member 1692 to make the stacking guide abutting member 1692 move in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the loading conveyor 163, the box portion 312 or the goods 310 are conveyed to the stacking platform 1652 from the goods inlet opening 16541, the stacking toggle mechanism 1656 on the stacking platform 1652 can toggle the box portion 312 or the goods 310 to both sides of the two retractable baffles 1653, so that the goods 310 conveyed to the stacking platform 1652 can be more closely arranged in the space of the two retractable baffles 1653, the retractable side plates 1655 can block the goods inlet opening 16541, and when the two retractable baffles 1653 clamp the row of the goods 310, the stacking platform 1652 extends together with the telescopic push plate 1654 and the telescopic baffle 1653, the stacking device 165 moves to the corresponding stacking position under the driving of the stacking moving mechanism 1651, the two telescopic baffles 1653 move back and forth to stack the cargos 310 to the stacking position, the telescopic baffle 1653, the telescopic side plates 1655 and the telescopic push plate 1654 retract to the original position relative to the stacking platform 1652, and the operation of stacking the cargos 310 is repeated, so that the task of stacking and loading the cargos 310 is completed.

The loading system according to claim 1, wherein the loading assembly comprises a loading frame, a loading conveying mechanism and a stacking device, the stacking device comprises a stacking moving mechanism, a stacking platform and two telescopic baffles, the loading conveying mechanism and the stacking moving mechanism are respectively connected with the loading frame, the loading conveying mechanism is used for receiving the goods and conveying the goods to the stacking platform, the stacking moving mechanism is provided with a stacking free end, the stacking free end can move relative to the loading frame, the stacking platform is connected with the stacking free end, the two telescopic baffles are movably connected with the stacking platform and are arranged on two sides of the stacking platform, the two telescopic baffles can move towards each other or away from each other, and the two telescopic baffles can extend out of the stacking platform along the stacking platform, and the two telescopic baffles are used for clamping the goods when moving oppositely.
