It is understood that, in the present embodiment, the group box dialing mechanism 1331 is a belt transmission structure (not shown) and a dialing board (not shown) installed on the belt transmission structure, the dialing board rotates along its outer circumference under the driving of the belt transmission structure, and when the dialing board rotates to one side of the group box transmission mechanism 1333, the dialing board dials the goods 310 to the group box transmission mechanism 1333, so that at least one goods 310 forms the group box portion 312, while in other embodiments, the group box dialing mechanism 1331 may take other forms, for example, the group box dialing mechanism 1331 may be a structure with a blade, and the blade can rotate around the blade root, and when the dialing board rotates to one side of the group box transmission mechanism 1333, the goods 310 are dialed to the group box transmission mechanism 1333, so that at least one goods 310 forms the group box portion 312.

Further, the box-assembling component 130 further includes an accumulating conveying mechanism 131 and is electrically connected to the loading control system, one end of the accumulating conveying mechanism 131 is connected to a side of the box-separating conveying mechanism 132 away from the box-assembling conveying mechanism 1333, and the other end is connected to a platform or an external conveying mechanism on which the goods 310 are placed, the accumulating conveying mechanism 131 is used for accumulating and arranging the goods 310 in a row, for example, when the goods 310 are placed on the accumulating conveying mechanism 131 by manual handling, the accumulating conveying mechanism 131 can arrange scattered and skewed goods 310 in a neatly manner, so as to improve the efficiency of subsequent conveying and loading; the accumulation conveying mechanism 131 can also buffer the condition that the conveying speed of the external conveying mechanism or the unstacking mechanism 120 or the manual conveying speed is different from the stacking speed of the loading assembly 160 when the external conveying mechanism is connected, so that the change of the conveying speed of the external conveying mechanism or the unstacking mechanism 120 or the change of the manual conveying speed does not influence the speed of stacking and loading the loading, and the coordination of the loading system 100 is improved.
The loading system 100 provided in the first embodiment operates on the following principle:
the box assembling component 130 receives the goods 310, then groups the goods 310 to form a box assembling part 312, transmits the box assembling part 312 to the telescopic transmission mechanism 140, groups the goods 310, and transmits the grouped goods 310, so that the transmission efficiency and stability of the loading system 100 can be improved; the loading assembly 160 is used for receiving the goods 310 conveyed by the telescopic conveying mechanism 140 and arranging the goods 310 in rows to be stacked in the carriage 200, the arrangement in rows improves the loading efficiency of the loading system 100 and improves the stacking quality, and the loading control system controls the above components to coordinate to complete the loading task.
