本发明涉及一种生产工艺,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种酒窝形状蜂窝中空板及其制造方法。
背景技术
纸蜂窝复合材料作为一种新型绿色环保材料,会随着环保要求的不断提高,使用市场的不断拓展,工艺性能的不断完善,设备制造水平的不断更新,而得到越来越广泛的应用,其市场前景十分广阔。
目前,制约纸蜂窝复合材料发展的两个主要方面:一是防潮防水的问题;二是生产设备性能和生产工艺性的不完善及蜂窝产品的后续设备的开发未能及时跟上的问题,为此,我们提出一种酒窝形状蜂窝中空板及其制造方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种酒窝形状蜂窝中空板及其制造方法,与现有技术相比具备以下优点:黏结强度好,与现有淀粉胶和化学胶相当,能够满足蜂窝纸板黏合强度的要求,干燥速度快,固含量高,流动性好,达到或超过现有淀粉胶的干燥速度,蜂窝纸板不变色,传统的淀粉胶在碱性条件下成胶,在蜂窝纸板面纸偏薄、涂胶量大的情况下易导致纸面发黄,使产品的外观质量严重下降,新型胶是中性胶,解决了这一难题,防潮性能好,传统的淀粉胶为碱性,在潮湿环境下具有一定的吸潮性,会影响蜂窝纸板的抗压强度,新型胶是中性胶,克服了这一缺陷,绿色环保,新型专用胶以天然高分子材料为基材,极易降解,无毒,无害,无污染,质优价廉;新型专用胶以天然胶黏剂为主要原料,价格比现有淀粉胶略高,但是明显低于化学胶。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种酒窝形状蜂窝中空板及其制造方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、原纸:蜂窝纸板用原纸分为蜂窝面纸和蜂窝芯纸用纸,目前国内尚无专用的蜂窝纸板用原纸标准,因此蜂窝纸板面纸的主要技术性能指标需符合箱板纸标准(GB/T13024-2003)中规定的要求,蜂窝芯纸用纸的主要技术性能指标需符合瓦楞芯(原)纸标准(GB/T13023-2008)中规定的要求;
S2、胶黏剂:这类胶黏剂的制备是在淀粉大分子的主链上通过共聚反应接枝上另外一种线型单体聚合物,例如丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、苯乙烯、醋酸乙烯酯等单体的聚合物等,接枝上一定数量的其他单体聚合物形成共聚物树脂胶;
S3、蜂窝芯纸成型:采用两卷芯纸,其中一卷两面错位涂胶,通过八角滚筒缠绕卷曲,卷至厚度60-120mm,经烘干后裁切,制成芯纸块,再裁切成一定长度的蜂窝芯纸条,经芯条拼接形成连续的芯纸;
S4、芯纸拉伸:差速拉伸式:利用速度差,将芯条拉开。有牵引辊+阻尼辊式、牵引辊+阻尼板式和级差组合式;面纸复合:蜂窝芯纸端面上胶,胶液的用量不到面纸上胶的1/4,胶液用量的减少同时也就减少了半成品的含水率和烘干的难度;
S5:压实:压力机压实主要用于制芯板,挤压实主要用于芯条对接和纸条对接压实;加热干燥:蜂窝纸板生产中有电加热、蒸汽加热和导热油加热,此处采用导热油加热,导热油加热的温度范围较宽,热损小,无须压力容器,可不用锅炉房。
优选的,单冲刀切条:利用单冲切刀将纸张在刀砧上横向冲切分条。
优选的,特殊处理:增加接触面处理,为增强复合的粘结强度而采取的处理方法;采用涂水塌楞方法,和增加涂胶量延长浸胶时间。
本发明的技术效果和优点:黏结强度好,与现有淀粉胶和化学胶相当,能够满足蜂窝纸板黏合强度的要求,干燥速度快,固含量高,流动性好,达到或超过现有淀粉胶的干燥速度,蜂窝纸板不变色,传统的淀粉胶在碱性条件下成胶,在蜂窝纸板面纸偏薄、涂胶量大的情况下易导致纸面发黄,使产品的外观质量严重下降。新型胶是中性胶,解决了这一难题,防潮性能好,传统的淀粉胶为碱性,在潮湿环境下具有一定的吸潮性,会影响蜂窝纸板的抗压强度。新型胶是中性胶,克服了这一缺陷,绿色环保,新型专用胶以天然高分子材料为基材,极易降解,无毒,无害,无污染,质优价廉。新型专用胶以天然胶黏剂为主要原料,价格比现有淀粉胶略高,但是明显低于化学胶。

S5:压实:压力机压实主要用于制芯板,挤压实主要用于芯条对接和纸条对接压实;加热干燥:蜂窝纸板生产中有电加热、蒸汽加热和导热油加热,此处采用导热油加热,导热油加热的温度范围较宽,热损小,无须压力容器,可不用锅炉房。
单冲刀切条:利用单冲切刀将纸张在刀砧上横向冲切分条。
特殊处理:增加接触面处理,为增强复合的粘结强度而采取的处理方法;采用涂水塌楞方法,和增加涂胶量延长浸胶时间。
综上所述:本发明提供的一种酒窝形状蜂窝中空板及其制造方法,与现有技术相比具备以下优点:黏结强度好,与现有淀粉胶和化学胶相当,能够满足蜂窝纸板黏合强度的要求,干燥速度快,固含量高,流动性好,达到或超过现有淀粉胶的干燥速度,蜂窝纸板不变色,传统的淀粉胶在碱性条件下成胶,在蜂窝纸板面纸偏薄、涂胶量大的情况下易导致纸面发黄,使产品的外观质量严重下降,新型胶是中性胶,解决了这一难题,防潮性能好,传统的淀粉胶为碱性,在潮湿环境下具有一定的吸潮性,会影响蜂窝纸板的抗压强度,新型胶是中性胶,克服了这一缺陷,绿色环保,新型专用胶以天然高分子材料为基材,极易降解,无毒,无害,无污染,质优价廉;新型专用胶以天然胶黏剂为主要原料,价格比现有淀粉胶略高,但是明显低于化学胶。

Claims (4)
1.一种酒窝形状蜂窝中空板及其制造方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、原纸:蜂窝纸板用原纸分为蜂窝面纸和蜂窝芯纸用纸,目前国内尚无专用的蜂窝纸板用原纸标准,因此蜂窝纸板面纸的主要技术性能指标需符合箱板纸标准(GB/T13024-2003)中规定的要求,蜂窝芯纸用纸的主要技术性能指标需符合瓦楞芯(原)纸标准(GB/T13023-2008)中规定的要求;
S2、胶黏剂:这类胶黏剂的制备是在淀粉大分子的主链上通过共聚反应接枝上另外一种线型单体聚合物,例如丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、苯乙烯、醋酸乙烯酯等单体的聚合物等,接枝上一定数量的其他单体聚合物形成共聚物树脂胶;
S3、蜂窝芯纸成型:采用两卷芯纸,其中一卷两面错位涂胶,通过八角滚筒缠绕卷曲,卷至厚度60-120mm,经烘干后裁切,制成芯纸块,再裁切成一定长度的蜂窝芯纸条,经芯条拼接形成连续的芯纸;
S4、芯纸拉伸:差速拉伸式:利用速度差,将芯条拉开。
2.有牵引辊+阻尼辊式、牵引辊+阻尼板式和级差组合式;面纸复合:蜂窝芯纸端面上胶,胶液的用量不到面纸上胶的1/4,胶液用量的减少同时也就减少了半成品的含水率和烘干的难度;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种酒窝形状蜂窝中空板及其制造方法,其特征在于:单冲刀切条:利用单冲切刀将纸张在刀砧上横向冲切分条。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种酒窝形状蜂窝中空板及其制造方法,其特征在于:特殊处理:增加接触面处理,为增强复合的粘结强度而采取的处理方法;采用涂水塌楞方法,和增加涂胶量延长浸胶时间。
