Abstract

本发明涉及纸板制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种多层复合瓦楞纸板制作工艺,包括以下步骤:对废纸与废浆渣进行筛选净化、除渣、压榨、干燥、施胶等步骤形成基板,再通过多层基板叠加且上胶复合、烘干、压平、切割制成多层复合瓦楞纸板。本发明的单层基板具有蜂窝结构与瓦楞结构两者结合的工作性能,同时通过蜂窝瓦楞的相互交错排列结构及其多层基板叠加复合连接,进一步强化了多层复合瓦楞纸板的综合力学性能,使多层复合瓦楞纸板具有更均衡的抗压、抗冲以及缓冲效果,同时制作出的多层复合瓦楞纸板具有能耗低、结构强度高的优点,并且采用本发明的制作工艺节约了原材料,降低了水、电、汽等能源消耗,达到节能降耗,提高效益的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸板制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种多层复合瓦楞纸板制作工艺。
背景技术
随着人们对环保和节能要求的提高,纸包装制品在包装中的比例不断提高,纸板包装品主要包括纸浆模塑,瓦楞纸板和蜂窝纸板。其中,对于具有一定力学要求的使用领域,瓦楞纸板和蜂窝纸板被广泛应用。但两种纸板性能各有优劣,如瓦楞纸板具有的瓦楞结构可为纸板提供优异的抗压强度,但其抗冲击性能较差。蜂窝纸板的蜂窝结构为纸板赋予了良好的缓冲性,但其抗压性仍有待提高。为了提高瓦楞纸板的综合性能,研发出多层复合瓦楞纸板制作工艺显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种多层复合瓦楞纸板制作工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明的一种多层复合瓦楞纸板制作工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)采用80%的废纸和20%的废浆渣为原料;(2)将废纸在碎浆机内打碎,20%的废浆渣通过疏解、筛选、净化、由浆泵抽至碎浆机内与废纸浆进行混合;(3)通过高浓除渣器对上述打碎的废纸、浆渣进行除渣处理;(4)通过多级筛分机与多盘浓缩机分别对纸浆进行去除渣料、压缩筛分处理;(5)通过纸机浆池搅拌纸浆;(6)通过输送系统输送搅拌好的纸浆,并通过压榨部压榨;(7)对压榨后的纸浆进行干燥;(8)通过施胶机对干燥后的纸浆进行施胶;(9)对施胶后的纸浆进行干燥形成基板;(11)将多层基板叠加起来通过上胶复合机上胶复合;(12)将复合后的瓦楞纸板经由压平烘干设备进行烘干压平处理;(13)经切割设备切割成所需规格。
优选的,所述基板包括表层面纸、底层面纸和纸芯,纸芯在横截面上呈现若干个条状蜂窝结构与条状瓦楞结构交替形态,单个条状蜂窝结构与单个条状瓦楞结构的宽度相同,且介于9-12cm之间。
优选的,所述条状蜂窝结构的蜂窝单元为正四边形、正六边形或菱形,所述条状瓦楞结构为V形瓦楞。

1.一种多层复合瓦楞纸板制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)采用80%的废纸和20%的废浆渣为原料;
(2)将废纸在碎浆机内打碎,20%的废浆渣通过疏解、筛选、净化、由浆泵抽至碎浆机内与废纸浆进行混合;
(3)通过高浓除渣器对上述打碎的废纸、浆渣进行除渣处理;
(4)通过多级筛分机与多盘浓缩机分别对纸浆进行去除渣料、压缩筛分处理;
(5)通过纸机浆池搅拌纸浆;
(6)通过输送系统输送搅拌好的纸浆,并通过压榨部压榨;
(7)对压榨后的纸浆进行干燥;
(8)通过施胶机对干燥后的纸浆进行施胶;
(9)对施胶后的纸浆进行干燥形成基板;
(11)将多层基板叠加起来通过上胶复合机上胶复合;
(12)将复合后的瓦楞纸板经由压平烘干设备进行烘干压平处理;
(13)经切割设备切割成所需规格。
