本发明属于瓦楞纸板技术领域,特别涉及一种新型四层纸板。
背景技术
1856年,英国人爱德华·希利和爱德华·艾伦两兄弟发明了瓦楞结构,1871年美国人阿尔伯特·琼斯发明了单面瓦楞纸板,1920年,双面瓦楞纸板问世,瓦楞纸箱现已成为现代商业和贸易中使用最为广泛的包装工具。
在日本及欧美等国家和地区,四层瓦楞纸板的应用已相当普遍,在国内近几年引进尚未得到推广,现有技术的四层纸板是将两层瓦楞纸完全重合中间涂胶压成复合瓦楞纸,与面纸及底纸形成四层纸板,该四层纸板因有以下缺点,未能得到推广:1.因为两层瓦楞纸板之间施胶加工温度高、耗能大,车速得不到提升,造成成本增加;2.因为瓦楞层重叠和传统的三层瓦楞相比其厚度并没有明显的增加,其抗压能力也没有得到显著提升;3.将两层瓦楞纸全面粘合需进行全面施胶,耗胶量大,成本增加,不利于环保。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上所提问题,弥补传统技术的不足,提供了一种结构巧妙,抗压能力强,节约纸张的新型四层纸板。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种新型四层纸板,包括依次连接在一起的上面纸、上瓦楞层、下瓦楞层和下底纸,所述上瓦楞层、下瓦楞层的波峰一一对应相粘合。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本新型四层纸板,采用上瓦楞层、下瓦楞层波峰一一对应相粘合巧妙结构,将上下底纸之间的瓦楞纸构建成一个个类三角形小单体结构,巧妙利用了三角形结构良好的稳定属性,在节约纸张原料的同时,确保纸箱良好抗压承重效果,从而降低产品成本,增加经济效益,保护环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本方案做进一步说明。如图1所示,一种新型四层纸板,包括依次 连接在一起的上面纸1、上瓦楞层2、下瓦楞层3和下底纸4,上瓦楞层2、下瓦楞层3的波峰5一一对应相粘合。
加工过程中,将上面纸1和上瓦楞层2经瓦楞机加工粘合后,涂胶机在上瓦楞层2波峰5处一面涂胶,将下瓦楞层3和下底纸4经瓦楞机加工粘合后,涂胶机在下瓦楞层3波峰5处一面涂胶,将上瓦楞层2的波峰5和下瓦楞层3的波峰5粘合,后进入压合皮带进行压合,形成四层纸板。
