Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型涂料搅拌装置,包括固定支架、搅拌桶、桶盖、第一电机、第二电机、第一搅拌桨、第二搅拌桨,所述的固定支架上设有搅拌桶,所述的搅拌桶上端设有桶盖,所述的桶盖上中心对称设有第一电机和第二电机,所述的第一电机的转子上设有第一搅拌桨,本发明通过两个电机分别带动两个搅拌桨方向相反的旋转工作,通过两个搅拌桨来将搅拌桶内的涂料搅拌均匀,与传统技术相比,两个搅拌桨能够将桶内的涂料搅拌的更加均匀,并且本发明的搅拌桶内设有若干加热棒,能够为搅拌桶内加热,使搅拌桶内涂料在一个适宜的温度下进行搅拌,搅拌桶为双层结构,双层搅拌桶中间设有保温层,能更好的防止热量的散失,减小外部温度对搅拌桶内涂料的影响。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及涂料搅拌的技术领域,特别是一种新型涂料搅拌装置的技术领域。
【背景技术】
随着国民经济的发展,涂料行业已经逐步成为各领域必不可少的重要行业,用于民用及工业的油漆涂料日益增加,现代企业管理规范愈加严格,因此涂料成品搅拌装置直接影响产品的质量,所以搅拌装置亦应与时俱进,但由于很多高粘度和高密度物料的黏度大,流动性差,现有搅拌装置达不到要求的搅拌效果,搅拌不均匀,搅拌速度慢,且与搅拌装置匹配的涂料桶容积不大,不适合大批量生产,容易产生色差,搅拌一些特殊涂料时需要在特定的温度下进行。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种新型涂料搅拌装置,能够更均匀的搅拌涂料,且搅拌效率更高,涂料桶容积更大,能够对涂料进行加热。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种新型涂料搅拌装置,包括固定支架、搅拌桶、桶盖、第一电机、第二电机、第一搅拌桨、第二搅拌桨,所述的固定支架上设有搅拌桶,所述的搅拌桶上端设有桶盖,所述的桶盖上中心对称设有第一电机和第二电机,所述的第一电机的转子上设有第一搅拌桨,所述的第二电机的转子上设有第二搅拌桨,所述的第一搅拌桨和第二搅拌桨设于搅拌桶内。
作为优选,所述的搅拌桶包括外桶、内桶、保温层,所述的内桶设于外桶内,所述的内桶与外桶之间设有保温层。
作为优选,所述的搅拌桶下端设有圆锥形桶底,所述的圆锥形桶底的尖端设有出料口。
作为优选,所述的出料口上设于流量控制阀。
作为优选,所述的出料口的下端设有滤嘴,所述的滤嘴与出料口可拆卸连接。
作为优选,所述的桶盖上设有第一通孔和第二通孔,所述的第一搅拌桨通过第一通孔与第一电机的转子固定连接,所述的第二搅拌桨通过第二通孔与第二电机的转子固定连接。
作为优选,所述的桶盖设有加料口,所述的加料口上端设有密封盖,所述的密封盖与加料口可拆卸连接。
作为优选,所述的第一搅拌桨和第二搅拌桨的旋转方向相反。
作为优选,所述的搅拌桶内壁均匀设有若干加热棒。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将搅拌桶桶盖上设置两个电机,通过两个电机分别带动两个搅拌桨方向相反的旋转工作,通过两个搅拌桨来将搅拌桶内的涂料搅拌均匀,与传统技术相比,两个搅拌桨能够将桶内的涂料搅拌的更加均匀,并且本发明的搅拌桶内设有若干加热棒,能够为搅拌桶内加热,使搅拌桶内涂料在一个适宜的温度下进行搅拌,搅拌桶为双层结构,双层搅拌桶中间设有保温层,能更好的防止热量的散失,减小外部温度对搅拌桶内涂料的影响。

参阅图1,本发明一种新型涂料搅拌装置,包括固定支架1、搅拌桶2、桶盖3、第一电机4、第二电机5、第一搅拌桨6、第二搅拌桨7,所述的固定支架1上设有搅拌桶2,所述的搅拌桶2上端设有桶盖3,所述的桶盖3上中心对称设有第一电机4和第二电机5,所述的第一电机4的转子上设有第一搅拌桨6,所述的第二电机5的转子上设有第二搅拌桨7,所述的第一搅拌桨6和第二搅拌桨7设于搅拌桶2内,所述的搅拌桶2包括外桶21、内桶22、保温层23,所述的内桶22设于外桶21内,所述的内桶22与外桶21之间设有保温层23,所述的搅拌桶2下端设有圆锥形桶底24,所述的圆锥形桶底24的尖端设有出料口8,所述的出料口8上设于流量控制阀81,所述的出料口8的下端设有滤嘴9,所述的滤嘴9与出料口8可拆卸连接,所述的桶盖3上设有第一通孔31和第二通孔32,所述的第一搅拌桨6通过第一通孔31与第一电机4的转子固定连接,所述的第二搅拌桨7通过第二通孔32与第二电机5的转子固定连接,所述的桶盖3设有加料口33,所述的加料口33上端设有密封盖331,所述的密封盖331与加料口33可拆卸连接,所述的第一搅拌桨6和第二搅拌桨7的旋转方向相反,所述的搅拌桶2内壁均匀设有若干加热棒10。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种新型涂料搅拌装置在工作过程中,将需要搅拌的涂料从加料口33加入搅拌桶2中,盖紧密封盖331,启动第一电动机4和第二电动机5,第一电动机4和第二电动机5带动储料桶2内的第一搅拌桨6和第二搅拌桨7旋转工作,第一搅拌桨6和第二搅拌桨7的旋转方向相反,利用第一搅拌桨6和第二搅拌桨7将储料桶2中的涂料搅拌均匀,通过储料桶2内设置的加热棒10可以对涂料进行加热,使涂料在一个在合适的温度下搅拌,将搅拌桶2设置为双层桶结构,外桶21和内桶22之间设置保温层23,通过保温层23能更好的防止热量的散失,减小外部温度对搅拌桶内涂料的影响,涂料搅拌完成之后可以通过出料口8将涂料排出,通过流量控制阀81控制涂料流出速度,通过滤嘴9将涂料中的杂志过滤掉,提高涂料质量。

1.一种新型涂料搅拌装置,其特征在于:包括固定支架(1)、搅拌桶(2)、桶盖(3)、第一电机(4)、第二电机(5)、第一搅拌桨(6)、第二搅拌桨(7),所述的固定支架(1)上设有搅拌桶(2),所述的搅拌桶(2)上端设有桶盖(3),所述的桶盖(3)上中心对称设有第一电机(4)和第二电机(5),所述的第一电机(4)的转子上设有第一搅拌桨(6),所述的第二电机(5)的转子上设有第二搅拌桨(7),所述的第一搅拌桨(6)和第二搅拌桨(7)设于搅拌桶(2)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型涂料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述的搅拌桶(2)包括外桶(21)、内桶(22)、保温层(23),所述的内桶(22)设于外桶(21)内,所述的内桶(22)与外桶(21)之间设有保温层(23)。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种新型涂料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述的搅拌桶(2)下端设有圆锥形桶底(24),所述的圆锥形桶底(24)的尖端设有出料口(8)。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种新型涂料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述的出料口(8)上设于流量控制阀(81)。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种新型涂料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述的出料口(8)的下端设有滤嘴(9),所述的滤嘴(9)与出料口(8)可拆卸连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种新型涂料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述的桶盖(3)上设有第一通孔(31)和第二通孔(32),所述的第一搅拌桨(6)通过第一通孔(31)与第一电机(4)的转子固定连接,所述的第二搅拌桨(7)通过第二通孔(32)与第二电机(5)的转子固定连接。
7.如权利要求1或5所述的一种新型涂料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述的桶盖(3)设有加料口(33),所述的加料口(33)上端设有密封盖(331),所述的密封盖(331)与加料口(33)可拆卸连接。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种新型涂料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述的第一搅拌桨(6)和第二搅拌桨(7)的旋转方向相反。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种新型涂料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述的搅拌桶(2)内壁均匀设有若干加热棒(10)。
