Abstract

本发明公开了一种去除中草药异味的工艺技术，首先对中药进行清洗，然后加水，对其进行蒸煮，蒸煮完成后，对中药片和中药液进行分离，分离得到的中药液放入高压灌内进行高温高压处理，然后对高温高压处理的中药液再进行雾化处理，最后冷却到常温，即得到无异味的中药原液。该工艺采用的是物理法进行处理，对中药的药性无任何影响，适合推广使用。

一种去除中草药异味的工艺技术
技术领域
本发明涉及中药处理技术领域，尤其涉及一种去除中草药异味的工艺技术。
背景技术
中草药属草本植物，目前我国已有上千种带有功能的草本植物被列为中草药药品，广泛被中医药学家开发利用，对人类健康带来了可靠保障。
目前对中草药的加工工艺主要有两种，一是对原物进行切削粉碎后直接使用；另一种是将切削后的中草药用水侵泡加温后取其汤液直接使用。然而，但是大多数的中草药的药味有自身的苦味或者腥澳味，而上述两种方法在加工过程中，均不能去除中草药自身的异味，因此很难被当代人们接收，尤其是儿童。
另外，经研究，有些种草药内还含有过量的激素或重金属成分，过量服用后，对人体也会产生危害。然后现有技术中，把那个没有办法去除。
因此，研发一种去除中草药药腥味、激素或者重金属成分的工艺，是本技术领域人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种去除中草药异味的工艺技术，处理后的中草药既没有药腥味，又不会影响中药本身的药性。
本发明是通过采用如下技术方案实现的：
一种去除中药异味的工艺技术，包括以下步骤：
步骤一将中草药用清水清洗干净，切片，放入容器内，然后向容器内加水，其中水体积与中药片重量比为1:15-20，浸泡30分钟；
步骤二对浸泡好的中药片和水一起放入加热容器内进行高温加热，水沸腾后，再蒸煮30-50分钟；
步骤三将步骤二中经过蒸煮的中药片和水通过滤网分离，得到中药液，将中药液放入高压罐体内，对其进行加热，使中药液的温度保持95-100度恒温，然后打开高压罐体开关，将中药液输送到雾化设备中，进行雾化分离处理；
步骤四将步骤三中经过雾化分离处理的中药液倒入其他容器，冷却到常温，即可得到经过处理的无异味的中药原液。
作为优选的，步骤三中高压罐体保持2-3个稳定气压。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于：
本发明工艺简单，完全通过物理方法对其进行去除异味、激素或重金属等，无任何学原料的添加，因此不会改变中药的药性；经处理后得到的中药原液没有异味，完全改善了中药的口感。
具体实施方式
下面对发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种去除中药异味的工艺技术，包括以下步骤：
步骤一将中草药用清水清洗干净，切片，放入容器内，然后向容器内加水，其中水体积与中药片重量比为1:20，浸泡30分钟；
步骤二对浸泡好的中药片和水一起放入加热容器内进行高温加热，水沸腾后，再蒸煮40分钟；
步骤三将步骤二中经过蒸煮的中药片和水通过滤网分离，得到中药液，将中药液放入高压罐体内，对其进行加热，高压罐体保持2-3个稳定气压，同时使中药液的温度保持95-100度恒温，然后打开高压罐体开关，将中药液输送到雾化设备中，进行雾化分离处理；
步骤四将步骤三中经过雾化分离处理的中药液倒入其他容器，冷却到常温，即可得到经过处理的无异味的中药原液。
经处理后得到的中药原液，可以作为配方药，进行引用，也可以作为原料，经过配比后，制成保健饮品或功能食品。本处理工艺完全通过物理方法进行处理，无任何添加，不会改变中药的药效。

1.一种去除中草药异味的工艺技术，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
步骤一将中草药用清水清洗干净，切片，放入容器内，然后向容器内加水，其中水体积与中药片重量比为1:15-20，浸泡30分钟；
步骤二对浸泡好的中药片和水一起放入加热容器内进行高温加热，水沸腾后，再蒸煮30-50分钟；
步骤三将步骤二中经过蒸煮的中药片和水通过滤网分离，得到中药液，将中药液放入高压罐体内，对其进行加热，使中药液的温度保持95-100度恒温，然后打开高压罐体开关，将中药液输送到雾化设备中，进行雾化分离处理；
步骤四将步骤三中经过雾化分离处理的中药液倒入其他容器，冷却到常温，即可得到经过处理的无异味的中药原液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种去除中草药异味的工艺技术，其特征在于，步骤三中高压罐体保持2-3个稳定气压。
