Abstract
本发明公开了一种婴幼儿营养包及其制备方法,包括以下重量份数比的组分:DHA藻油粉30‑40、乳清蛋白20‑30、脱脂乳粉10‑15、水苏糖5‑10、碳酸钙1.5‑2.0、焦磷酸铁0.04‑0.08、葡萄糖酸锌0.09‑0.12、维生素A 0.002‑0.003、维生素D 5‑10、维生素B1 0.002‑0.004、维生素B2 0.003‑0.005、维生素C 2‑4。本发明可用于婴幼儿食用,食用时可同时摄入多种对婴幼儿身体有益的物质,易吸收,促进婴幼儿成长,营养价值高;该制备方法操作简单,周期短,混合均匀。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种婴幼儿营养包及其制备方法,属于婴幼儿营养粉技术领域。
背景技术
众所周知,母乳是婴幼儿的最佳食品,母乳蛋白质以乳清蛋白为主,其次为酪蛋白。在人乳蛋白质中,乳清蛋白与酪蛋白的比例约为8:2;而牛乳蛋白质,乳清蛋白与酪蛋白的比例恰恰相反,约为2:8。由于乳清蛋白在胃内可形成较稀软的凝乳,易于吸收,而且氨基酸组成与婴幼儿体内氨基酸极为接近,能被婴幼儿最大程度地利用,所以在婴儿配方奶粉中通常采用添加提高a-乳清蛋白的办法,使蛋白质组成接近人乳酶,这对提高配方奶粉蛋白质的生物利用率,促进婴幼儿生长发育十分有益。
DHA,二十二碳六烯酸,俗称脑黄金,是一种对人体非常重要的多不饱和脂肪酸,属于Omega-3不饱和脂肪酸家族中的重要成员。DHA是神经系统细胞生长及维持的一种主要元素,是大脑和视网膜的重要构成脂肪酸,在人体大脑皮层中含量高达20%,在眼睛视网膜中所占比例最大,约占50%。对婴儿智力和视力发育至关重要。DHA藻油提取自海洋微藻,未经食物链的传递,相对更安全,其EPA含量非常低。而母乳中DHA的含量约为总脂肪酸的0.3%,是最好的DHA来源。然而母乳中的DHA含量与母亲的饮食结构、营养状况密切相关,母乳中的DHA是否满足宝宝需求,还需结合宝宝的发育情况。妈妈补充充足的DHA,就能更好地保证宝宝大脑、视力营养。
脱脂乳粉是将鲜牛奶脱去脂肪再干燥而成,除脂肪可降低至1%左右外,其他变化不大,对于消化不良的婴儿有一定益处。
然而,针对一些宝妈妈无法哺乳喂养、母乳不够或婴幼儿营养不良的情况,宝妈们会给婴幼儿喂些奶粉或营养包,以满足婴幼儿成长所需。目前,一般是婴幼儿缺什么就补什么,当需要补充多种物质时,需要同时食用多种制剂。因此,研发一种专门针对婴幼儿的营养包是有必要的。
发明内容
本发明提供一种婴幼儿营养包,该婴幼儿营养包可用于婴幼儿食用,食用时可同时摄入多种对婴幼儿身体有益的物质,易吸收,促进婴幼儿成长,营养价值高;该制备方法操作简单,周期短,混合均匀。
一种婴幼儿营养包,包括以下重量份数比的组分:DHA藻油粉30-40、乳清蛋白20-30、脱脂乳粉10-15、水苏糖5-10、碳酸钙1.5-2.0、焦磷酸铁0.04-0.08、葡萄糖酸锌0.09-0.12、维生素A 0.002-0.003、维生素D 5-10、维生素B1 0.002-0.004、维生素B2 0.003-0.005、维生素C 2-4。
进一步,婴幼儿营养包包括以下重量份数比的组分:DHA藻油粉40、乳清蛋白30、脱脂乳粉10、水苏糖5,碳酸钙1.5、焦磷酸铁0.06、葡萄糖酸锌0.09、维生素A 0.002、维生素D8、维生素B1 0.003、维生素B2 0.005、维生素C 4。
进一步,所述乳清蛋白包括以下重量份数比的组分:β-乳球蛋白30-40份、α-乳白蛋白40-50份、免疫球蛋白15-20份、乳铁蛋白35-45。
进一步,所述DHA藻油粉包括以下重量份数比的组分:DHA藻油80-90份、麦芽糊精0.05-0.10份、乳清蛋白10-20份、天然维生素E 0.1-0.3份。
进一步,所述DHA藻油粉的制备方法为:
首先,按照上述配比,将乳清蛋白和DHA藻油混合,搅拌均匀,得第一混合物;
其次,将麦芽糊精、天然维生素E加入第一混合物中进行混合,得第二混合物;
最后,利用微囊包埋技术,将第二混合物经喷雾干燥,得DHA藻油粉。
上述婴幼儿营养包的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、按照上述配比将水苏糖、碳酸钙、焦磷酸铁、葡萄糖酸锌分别过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末a;
步骤二、按照上述配比将维生素A、维生素D、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C混合,搅拌均匀,得混合粉末b;
步骤三、按照上述配比将DHA藻油粉、乳清蛋白、脱脂乳粉与混合粉末a、混合粉末b倒入混合机,以700-800转/分的转速混合30-40分钟;
步骤四、将步骤三获得的混合粉末进行称重、包装得婴幼儿营养包。
进一步,步骤三中所述DHA藻油粉包括以下重量份数比的组分:DHA藻油80-90份、麦芽糊精0.05-0.10份、乳清蛋白10-20份、天然维生素E 0.1-0.3份。
本发明中DHA藻油粉有利于婴幼儿的吸收,并可以有效促进宝宝视网膜和大脑的发育。乳清蛋白中的β-乳球蛋白具备最佳的氨基酸比例,支链氨基酸含量极高,对促进蛋白质合成和减少蛋白质分解起着重要的作用,α-乳白蛋白是必需氨基酸和支链氨基酸的极好来源,也是唯一能与金属元素和钙元素结合的乳清蛋白成分;免疫球蛋白具有免疫活性,能够完整地进入近端小肠,起到保护小肠粘膜的功能;乳铁蛋白抗氧化,可消灭或抑制细菌,促进正常细胞生长,提高婴幼儿的免疫力。脱脂乳粉可改善婴幼儿消化问题,保证其消化正常。各类维生素的增设,保证了婴幼儿同时可以补充多种维生素,保证其骨骼各方面正常生长。本发明通过将DHA藻油粉、乳清蛋白、脱脂乳粉及各类维生素混合制得适合婴幼儿食用的营养包,可用于婴幼儿食用,食用时可同时摄入多种对婴幼儿身体有益的物质,易吸收,促进婴幼儿成长,营养价值高;各个组分配比比较合理,保证了各个组分的摄入量均在允许的范围内,各个维生素、乳清蛋白等组分的功效,长时间食用后,可改善骨骼,提高身体免疫力。而且各个组分的配合,不仅仅可以保证婴幼儿成长各营养的所需,改善骨骼和身体状况,还可相互促进吸收,比单独食用各个组分的效果更佳。该制备方法通过将各个配比分类混合,然后再将各个混合粉末与DHA藻油粉、乳清蛋白、脱脂乳粉进行充分混合制得,整个过程操作简单,周期短,混合均匀。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施例的限制。
本发明使用的DHA藻油粉包括以下重量份数比的组分:DHA藻油80-90份、麦芽糊精0.05-0.10份、乳清蛋白10-20份、天然维生素E 0.1-0.3份。所述DHA藻油粉为自制,制备方式如下:
首先,按照上述配比,将乳清蛋白和DHA藻油混合,搅拌均匀,得第一混合物;
其次,将麦芽糊精、天然维生素E加入第一混合物中进行混合,得第二混合物;
最后,利用微囊包埋技术,将第二混合物经喷雾干燥,得DHA藻油粉。
实施例1
配方:DHA藻油粉30、乳清蛋白20、脱脂乳粉10、水苏糖5、碳酸钙2.0、焦磷酸铁0.08、葡萄糖酸锌0.09、维生素A 0.002、维生素D 6、维生素B1 0.003、维生素B2 0.004、维生素C 4。
制备方法:
步骤一、按照上述配比将水苏糖、碳酸钙、焦磷酸铁、葡萄糖酸锌分别过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末a;
步骤二、按照上述配比将维生素A、维生素D、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C混合,搅拌均匀,得混合粉末b;
步骤三、按照上述配比将DHA藻油粉、乳清蛋白、脱脂乳粉与混合粉末a、混合粉末b倒入混合机,以700-800转/分的转速混合30-40分钟;
步骤四、将步骤三获得的混合粉末进行称重、包装得婴幼儿营养包。
实施例2
配方:DHA藻油粉40、乳清蛋白30、脱脂乳粉10、水苏糖5,碳酸钙1.5、焦磷酸铁0.06、葡萄糖酸锌0.09、维生素A 0.002、维生素D 8、维生素B1 0.003、维生素B2 0.005、维生素C 4。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
配方:DHA藻油粉30-乳清蛋白30、脱脂乳粉15、水苏糖10、碳酸钙2.0、焦磷酸铁0.04、葡萄糖酸锌0.12、维生素A 0.003、维生素D 5、维生素B1 0.002、维生素B2 0.004、维生素C 2。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
配方:DHA藻油粉40、乳清蛋白20、脱脂乳粉15、水苏糖8、碳酸钙1.7、焦磷酸铁0.04、葡萄糖酸锌0.11、维生素A 0.002、维生素D10、维生素B1 0.004、维生素B2 0.003、维生素C 3。
制备方法同实施例1。
将上述营养包给不同的婴幼儿食用,观察其效果发现,食用的时间越长,婴幼儿的骨骼越来越强壮,免疫力增强,消化良好;每天的摄入量在合理范围内,相较于直接食用各个组分,食用上述营养包效果更好。

1.一种婴幼儿营养包,其特征在于,婴幼儿营养包包括以下重量份数比的组分:DHA藻油粉30-40、乳清蛋白20-30、脱脂乳粉10-15、水苏糖5-10、碳酸钙1.5-2.0、焦磷酸铁0.04-0.08、葡萄糖酸锌0.09-0.12、维生素A 0.002-0.003、维生素D 5-10、维生素B1 0.002-0.004、维生素B2 0.003-0.005、维生素C 2-4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴幼儿营养包,其特征在于,婴幼儿营养包包括以下重量份数比的组分:DHA藻油粉40、乳清蛋白30、脱脂乳粉10、水苏糖5,碳酸钙1.5、焦磷酸铁0.06、葡萄糖酸锌0.09、维生素A 0.002、维生素D 8、维生素B1 0.003、维生素B2 0.005、维生素C 4。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴幼儿营养包,其特征在于,所述乳清蛋白包括以下重量份数比的组分:β-乳球蛋白30-40份、α-乳白蛋白40-50份、免疫球蛋白15-20份、乳铁蛋白35-45。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种婴幼儿营养包,其特征在于,所述DHA藻油粉包括以下重量份数比的组分:DHA藻油80-90份、麦芽糊精0.05-0.10份、乳清蛋白10-20份、天然维生素E0.1-0.3份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种婴幼儿营养包,其特征在于,所述DHA藻油粉的制备方法为:
首先,按照上述配比,将乳清蛋白和DHA藻油混合,搅拌均匀,得第一混合物;
其次,将麦芽糊精、天然维生素E加入第一混合物中进行混合,得第二混合物;
最后,利用微囊包埋技术,将第二混合物经喷雾干燥,得DHA藻油粉。
6.一种根据权利要求1所述的婴幼儿营养包的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、按照上述配比将水苏糖、碳酸钙、焦磷酸铁、葡萄糖酸锌分别过60-80目筛后混合均匀,得混合粉末a;
步骤二、按照上述配比将维生素A、维生素D、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C混合,搅拌均匀,得混合粉末b;
步骤三、按照上述配比将DHA藻油粉、乳清蛋白、脱脂乳粉与混合粉末a、混合粉末b倒入混合机,以700-800转/分的转速混合30-40分钟;
步骤四、将步骤三获得的混合粉末进行称重、包装得婴幼儿营养包。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种婴幼儿营养包的制备方法,其特征在于,所述DHA藻油粉包括以下重量份数比的组分:DHA藻油80-90份、麦芽糊精0.05-0.10份、乳清蛋白10-20份、天然维生素E 0.1-0.3份。
