Therefore, how to solve the problems of time and labor waste, uneven spraying and the like of the water and fertilizer pesticide spraying of plants is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field at present.

when in topdressing/pesticide spraying, the electric cabinet 6 controls the external liquid pump to be started, the electromagnetic water valve 42 is opened at the same time, a proper amount of water is injected into the premixing tank 4, then the external liquid pump and the electromagnetic water valve 42 are closed, fertilizer/pesticide is added into the premixing tank 4 through the feed inlet 43, the stirring motor 44 is started, and the stirring device in the premixing tank 4 is driven to stir to obtain premixed liquid; then start outside liquid pump and servo motor 51, servo motor 51 drives servo pump 5 and then pours the premix liquid into the rivers in the conveyer pipe 2, because the setting of first water flow sensor 34 and second water flow sensor 55, the treater can obtain the velocity ratio of rivers and premix liquid in real time, consequently can compare this real-time velocity ratio and the standard velocity ratio that sets up in it, and send feedback signal to servo motor 51, and then adjust the flow of servo pump 5, make it satisfy the real-time accurate proportion of liquid manure/liquid medicine, guarantee the effect of topdressing/spraying medicine.
