Abstract
本发明涉及一种陶粒混凝土隔声隔热自保温六角形砖,砖两侧是六角形,中间呈圆形,如图1所示,尺寸设计为 300*300*220。它主要采用污泥、建筑垃圾、粉煤灰、石粉和混凝土为原料通过模具成型制备而成,可以有效地减小建筑物的自重、减轻施工的劳动强度、降低墙体造价、墙体结构整体性更强以及热工性能好的优点。这种砖全面消除了墙体的冷桥,最大限度的提高了砖的保温隔声隔热效果。本发明结构合理简单、成本低、施工速度快、效率高以及隔热、保温、隔声、吸音、防水、综合功能强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑结构用品,具体是一种陶粒混凝土隔声隔热自保温六角形砖。
背景技术
随着社会的高速发展,我国环境保护的任务极其艰巨,其中如火力发电、采矿业的工业废弃物、江湖淤泥和城市生活污泥、建筑工程废渣的处理都极为棘手。另一方面,经济发展、城镇化进程的加快和人民生活水平的提高对房屋建筑的需求在迅速扩张。住宅与商用写字间也都像高层、复式结构发展。节能环保一直是人们关心的方面,做到建筑节能环保关键在于提高墙体的保温隔声隔热性能。
建筑节能是执行国家环境保护和节约能源政策的主要内容。在国家一系列的节能政策、法规、标准和强制性条文的指导下,建筑墙体改革与墙体节能技术的发展,是建筑节能的一个重要的环节。搞好墙体隔热保温技术,使用什么样的节能材料和形状,是实现建筑节能的主要方式。
众所周知,目前建筑工程中应用的保温体系主要包括外墙外保温体系和内墙内保温体系,它们在施工上都存在一定的缺点,墙体易开裂,耐久性不够,有冷热桥等等,开发自保温体系可以避免上述两种体系的缺点,降低工程造价,缩短工程周期,节能建筑墙体自保温系统与其他墙体保温系统比较,具有与建筑同寿命,造价较低,工序简单,施工方便,便于维修改造、安全性能好等优点,可有效降低能源消耗,减少环境污染,促进节能排放,实现可持续发展。
现有砖型的形状多为长方体,相邻砖体之间通过水泥和砂浆粘结固定,墙体抗震性能差,遇到大地震很容易造成严重的房屋倒塌,引发灾难。因此,通过墙砖结构优化来提高房屋强度越来越受到人们的关注。因此需要创新和进一步改进,而本发明方法制作的产品完全能达到现行的国家和地方建筑节能设计规范要求。
发明内容
通过研究现有技术中的墙体材料和形状,发现存在的一定缺陷,为了解决此缺陷,发明出一种陶粒混凝土隔声隔热自保温六角形砖。
本发明的目的是采用污泥、建筑垃圾、粉煤灰、石粉和混凝土为原料按比例混合浇注在模具中,经振捣加压成型,再依次经过养护,脱模获得一种成本低、密度小、强度高、导热系数低、耐腐蚀性强的陶粒混凝土隔声隔热自保温六角形砖。此砖具有工艺简单、低成本、密度小、强度高、隔热保温性能优、收缩率小、吸水率低、抗渗性能强、抗冻性好、防火和耐久性优、隔音吸音效果好、抗震减震性好等优点。
本发明采用的污泥根据来源可以为生活污水污泥、工业废水污泥或给水污泥。污泥陶粒的原料来源广,绝大部分为污泥和固体建筑垃圾,解决了现有固体垃圾难以处理的难题;并且污泥陶粒的制备方法简单、生产成本低。污泥陶粒作为骨料使用可以通过调节超轻陶粒的堆积密度和掺量即可获得不同强度和密度的陶粒混凝土隔声隔热自保温六角形砖。该砖可广泛应用于工业与民用建筑,大大减轻建筑物荷载,不需做内外墙保温和外墙防水,完全解决了外墙保温和防水的后顾之忧。
本发明旨在提供一种采用陶粒混凝土隔声隔热自保温六角形砖,六边形的形状特点结构致密,节省材料,强度高,使墙体结构稳定。
不同层之间互相错位而不重合,错位结构在摆放时砖与砖之间和砖本身的层之间形成自然咬槎错位结构,使之互相咬合,增加墙体整体连接强度,错位结构便于堆砌,保证墙体的垂直度和平整度。
陶粒混凝土隔声隔热自保温六角形砖通过砂浆粘结形成整体蜂窝状墙体,墙体能承受纵横交错的震动力,具有较高的抗震能力;同时也减少了墙体拼接后容易开裂,缝隙成一条线的问题出现,在减震中能够消耗较多的地震冲击能量。
结构简单、制造成本低,在铺设墙体时,节约了人工,提高了效率,施工方便。
各陶粒混凝土隔声隔热自保温六角形砖通过砂浆粘结在一起,形成孔洞,各孔中空气会形成对流,降低温差的传热量,提高砖的保温性能,以及隔声隔热功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。

2.根据权利要求1所述,本发明的目的是采用污泥、建筑垃圾、粉煤灰、石粉和混凝土为原料按比例混合浇注在模具中,经振捣加压成型,再依次经过养护,脱模获得一种成本低、密度小、强度高、导热系数低、耐腐蚀性强的陶粒混凝土隔声隔热自保温六角形砖。
