单排孔双斜肋自保温隔音砌块由单排三个通孔二个热桥的空心砌块以及放置于孔中的一块保温材料和二块保温键板组成,其中,中心孔在工厂预置保温材料,二个外侧开放的边孔在与相邻砌块砌筑时分别形成了保温键孔,孔内插入保温键板后将砌筑缝用砂浆灌实形成相邻砌块的无缝连接,两个热桥由二个平行的斜肋组成。

技术领域:
本发明涉及建筑节能,是一种无需二次保温的单排孔双斜肋无缝自保温隔音砌块。 
背景技术:
目前我国建筑能耗占社会总能耗的30%,随着城乡建设的迅猛发展其建筑节能将突破社会总耗能的50%,而建筑围护墙的能耗占建筑物总能耗的30%,现在普遍实行的公共民用建筑50%、65%节能率的外墙外保温节能方式已产生了外饰层脱落火灾频发等重大事故,本人认为大力研发自保温墙体材料不但可取代外墙外保温的节能方式,而且应作为提高建筑节能指标节能减排低碳经济的重点领域。本人已授权的夹心保温砌块CN2013399266Y;高热阻组合砌块CN201343812Y;子母墙材墙体CN201649351U;保温隔音墙体CN201635213U等实用新型专利,虽各有千秋但存在以下不足:一是做为围护墙体主要部分的砌块均为独立体,其在结构上与相邻砌块不能实现无缝连接,竖缝砂浆难以达到对水、汽、温度、声音封闭的最佳效果;二是没有达到砌块传热系数最佳值即影响砌块保温的主要因素的热桥还可减少。 
发明内容:
本发明目的一是开发一种彻底取代外墙外保温节能方式实现墙体与外饰同寿命、无火灾隐患的墙体材料;二是发明一种符合各地现行建筑规范和墙体厚度并能达到节能限值仅有二个热桥相邻砌块可实现无缝连接的通用结构;三是通过调整砌块、保温材料的品种和相关保温隔音的参数实现砌块及墙体保温、隔音的最佳效果,节能率突破75%、力争83%、88%,赶超世界先进水平。本发明是这样实现的:砌块呈单排三个通孔二个热桥结构,中心孔在工厂预置一块保温材料,二个外侧开放的边孔在与相邻砌块砌筑时分别形成了保温键孔,孔内插入保温键板后将砌筑缝用砂浆灌实形成相邻砌块的无缝连接,二个热桥由二条平行的斜肋组成,通过改变斜肋的倾角及长度以增加砌块的保温和隔音效果。

具体实施方式:
建筑要求:65%节能率190填充墙,墙体传热系数K≤0.7,热阻R>1.43 
墙体砌块参数:规格390*190*190壁肋厚度26mm,在砌块材料浮石砼中加入添加剂将导热系数调整至0.42以下,砌块抗压强度3.5Mpa,保温材料及保温键板选用导热系数≤0.024的聚氨酯板,该砌块用M10保温砂浆沿砌块横竖缝满浆砌筑,外墙20mm抗裂砂浆抹面,内墙20mm普通抹面砂浆。该砌块及墙体的理论热阻值为2.3(绝干)实测值R=2.07(水份及砂浆缝隙影响),该墙体热阻设计值1.43高45%,其墙体节能率高于75%。

1.一种单排孔双斜肋自保温隔音砌块其特征在于:砌块呈单排三个通孔二个热桥结构,中心孔在工厂预置一块保温材料,二个外侧开放的边孔在与相邻砌块砌筑时分别形成了保温键孔,孔内插入保温键板,二个热桥由二条平行的斜肋组成。
