五排孔自保温隔音砌块墙体主要由五排孔自保温隔音砌块、保温砂浆、抗裂砂浆组成。五排孔自保温隔音砌块由五排十一个通孔二个非直通热桥的空心砌块以及放置于孔中的五块保温材料和六块保温键板组成,其中,五个保温孔在工厂预置保温材料,六个外侧开放的边孔在与相邻砌块砌筑时分别形成了保温键孔,孔内插入保温键板,二个非直通热桥由九直八弯的边肋组成,砌块使用时外凸梁柱不大于1/4砌块厚度,各层压茬对孔砌筑。保温砂浆在砌块横竖缝处满铺、灌实,保温砂浆抗压强度大于墙体抗压强度,其值按砌块实际承重壁肋面积折算。抗裂砂浆用于砌块外墙面、梁柱保温层的防裂抹面,其干燥收缩值小于砌块和梁柱保温层的干燥收缩值。

技术领域:
本发明涉及建筑节能,是一种无需二次保温的五排孔二热桥无缝自保温隔音砌块墙体。
背景技术:
目前我国建筑能耗占社会总耗能的30%,随着城乡建设的迅猛发展其建筑能耗将突破社会总耗能的50%,而建筑围护墙的能耗占建筑物总能耗的30%,现在普遍实行的公共民用建筑50%、65%节能率的外墙外保温节能方式已产生了外饰层脱落火灾频发等重大事故,本人认为大力研发自保温墙体材料不但可取代外墙外保温的节能方式,而且应作为提高建筑节能指标节能减排低碳经济的重点领域。本人已授权的夹心保温砌块CN2013399266Y;高热阻组合砌块CN201343812Y;子母墙材墙体CN201649351U;保温隔音墙体CN201635213U等实用新型专利,虽各有千秋但存在以下不足:一是做为围护墙体主要部分的砌块均为独立体,其在结构上与相邻砌块不能实现无缝连接,竖缝砂浆难以达到对水、汽、温度、声音封闭的最佳效果;二是没有达到砌块传热系数最佳值即影响砌块保温的主要因素的热桥还可减少。
发明内容:
本发明目的一是开发一种彻底取代外墙外保温节能方式实现墙体与外饰同寿命、无火灾隐患的墙体材料;二是发明一种符合各地现行建筑规范和墙体厚度并能达到节能限值仅有二个热桥相邻砌块可实现无缝连接的通用结构;三是通过调整砌块、保温材料的品种和相关保温隔音的参数实现砌块及墙体保温、隔音的最佳效果,节能率突破75%,力争83%、88%,赶超世界先进水平。本发明是这样实现的:五排孔自保温隔音砌块墙体主要由五排孔自保温隔音砌块、保温砂浆、抗裂砂浆组成。五排孔自保温隔音砌块由五排十一个通孔二个非直通热桥的空心砌块以及放置于孔中的五块保温材料和六块保温键板组成,其中,五个保温孔在工厂预置保温材料,六个外侧开放的边孔在与相邻砌块砌筑时分别形成了保温键孔,孔内插入保温键板,二个非直通热桥由九直八弯的边肋组成,砌块使用时外凸梁柱不大于1/4砌块厚度,各层压茬对孔砌筑。保温砂浆在砌块横竖缝处满铺、灌实,保温砂浆抗压强度大于墙体抗压强度,其值按砌块实际承重壁肋面积折算。抗裂砂浆用于砌块外墙面、梁柱保温层的防裂抹面,其干燥收缩值小于砌块和梁柱保温层的干燥收缩值。

具体实施方式:
建筑要求:65%节能率390填充墙,墙体传热系数K≤0.3,热阻R≥3.33
墙体砌块参数:砌块结构390*390*190五排十一个错位孔结构,壁肋厚度29mm,在砌块材料浮石砼中加入添加剂将导热系数调整至0.42以下,砌块抗压强度3.5Mpa,中心保温材料及保温键板选用导热系数≤0.024的聚胺脂板,该砌块用M5保温砂浆沿砌块横竖缝满浆砌筑,内外墙各20mm普通砂浆和抗裂砂浆抹面。该砌块及墙体的理论热阻值为5.11(绝干)实测值R=4.34(水份及砂浆缝隙影响),该值较墙体热阻设计值3.33高30%,其墙体节能率高于75%。

1.一种五排孔自保温隔音砌块墙体其特征在于:该墙体主要由五排孔自保温隔音砌块、保温砂浆、抗裂砂浆组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的五排孔自保温隔音砌块墙体其特征在于:五排孔自保温隔音砌块由五排十一个通孔二个非直通热桥的空心砌块以及放置于孔中的五块保温材料和六块保温键板组成,其中,五个保温孔在工厂预置保温材料,六个外侧开放的边孔在与相邻砌块砌筑时分别形成了保温键孔,孔内插入保温键板,二个非直通热桥由九直八弯的边肋组成,砌块使用时外凸梁柱不大于1/4砌块厚度,各层压茬对孔砌筑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的五排孔自保温隔音砌块墙体其特征在于:保温砂浆在砌块横竖缝处满铺、灌实,保温砂浆抗压强度大于墙体抗压强度,其值按砌块实际承重壁肋面积折算。
4.根据权利要求1所述的五排孔自保温隔音砌块墙体其特征在于:抗裂砂浆用于砌块外墙面、梁柱保温层的防裂抹面,其干燥收缩值小于砌块和梁柱保温层的干燥收缩值。
