本发明研究设计了一种纸管铅笔粘合胶及其制备方法,所用原料及重量百分比为:PVA:聚氯乙烯:滑石粉:碳酸钙:6‑二叔丁基对甲酚:消泡剂:催化剂:水=15~40%:6~15%:4~10%:3~8%:2~6%:1~7%:2~8%:1~2%。本发明的有益效果:本发明制备工艺简单,制得的纸管铅笔粘合胶初干时间短,由其粘合制得的纸管铅笔成品率高、纸管铅笔质量好、绿色环保,增加企业生产效益,满足企业生产的需要及客户的使用要求。

技术领域
本发明属于胶粘剂制备技术领域,涉及一种纸管铅笔粘合胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
纸管铅笔是用纸管卷绕而成的铅笔,在纸管铅笔卷绕的过程中需用粘合胶进行黏合,然后再进行烘干等处理,现有的纸管铅笔粘合剂制造出的纸管铅笔由于温度等原因成品率低,降低企业生产效益,无法满足企业生产的需要及客户的使用要求。
发明内容
针对背景技术提出的问题,本发明研究设计了一种纸管铅笔粘合胶及其制备方法,其目的在于:提供一种初干时间短、制得的纸管铅笔成品率高、纸管铅笔质量好的纸管胶及其制备方法。
一种纸管铅笔粘合胶,其特征在于:所用原料及重量百分比为:PVA:聚氯乙烯:滑石粉:碳酸钙:6-二叔丁基对甲酚:消泡剂:催化剂:水=15~40%:6 ~15%:4~10%:3~8%:2~6%:1~7%: 2~8%: 1~2%。
所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚和聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的任意一种。
所述催化剂为浓度为40%的硝酸和浓度为96%的过硫酸铵的组合。
一种纸管铅笔粘合胶的制备方法:其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
(一)按上述重量比称取上述原料,将水放入反应釜中,加热至60~70℃,然后依次加入PVA、聚氯乙烯、6-二叔丁基对甲酚、消泡剂、催化剂,搅拌混合,调节pH至5~6,再以300~400r/min的转速搅拌30~45min,制得混合液;
(二)继续加热至80~90℃后将研磨好的300~400目的碳酸钙粉、300~400目的滑石粉加入步骤(一)制得的混合液中,继续以300~400r/min的转速搅拌30~40min;
(三)保温30~40min后出料,包装,制得本发明的纸管铅笔粘合胶。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备工艺简单,制得的纸管铅笔粘合胶初干时间短,由其粘合制得的纸管铅笔成品率高、纸管铅笔质量好、绿色环保,增加企业生产效益,满足企业生产的需要及客户的使用要求。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
(一)按15%:6%:4%:3%:2%:1%:2%:1%的比例分别称取PVA、聚氯乙烯、滑石粉、碳酸钙、6-二叔丁基对甲酚、消泡剂、催化剂和水,将水放入反应釜中,加热至60~70℃,然后依次加入PVA、聚氯乙烯、6-二叔丁基对甲酚、消泡剂、催化剂,搅拌混合,调节PH至5~6,再以300~400r/min的转速搅拌30~45min,制得混合液;
(二)继续加热至80~90℃后将研磨好的300~400目的碳酸钙粉、300~400目的滑石粉加入步骤(一)制得的混合液中,继续以300~400r/min的转速搅拌30~40min;
(三)保温30~40min后出料,包装,制得本发明的纸管铅笔粘合胶。
实施例2
(一)按30%:10%:7%:6%:4%:5%: 5%: 1.5%的比例分别称取PVA、聚氯乙烯、滑石粉、碳酸钙、6-二叔丁基对甲酚、消泡剂、催化剂和水,将水放入反应釜中,加热至60~70℃,然后依次加入PVA、聚氯乙烯、6-二叔丁基对甲酚、消泡剂、催化剂,搅拌混合,调节pH至5~6,再以300~400r/min的转速搅拌30~45min,制得混合液;
(二)继续加热至80~90℃后将研磨好的300~400目的碳酸钙粉、300~400目的滑石粉加入步骤(一)制得的混合液中,继续以300~400r/min的转速搅拌30~40min;
(三)保温30~40min后出料,包装,制得本发明的纸管铅笔粘合胶。
实施例3
(一)按40%:15%:10%:8%:6%:7%:8%:2%的比例分别称取PVA、聚氯乙烯、滑石粉、碳酸钙、6-二叔丁基对甲酚、消泡剂、催化剂和水,将水放入反应釜中,加热至60~70℃,然后依次加入PVA、聚氯乙烯、6-二叔丁基对甲酚、消泡剂、催化剂,搅拌混合,调节pH至5~6,再以300~400r/min的转速搅拌30~45min,制得混合液;
(二)继续加热至80~90℃后将研磨好的300~400目的碳酸钙粉、300~400目的滑石粉加入步骤(一)制得的混合液中,继续以300~400r/min的转速搅拌30~40min;
(三)保温30~40min后出料,包装,制得本发明的纸管铅笔粘合胶。

Claims (5)

1.一种纸管铅笔粘合胶,其特征在于:所用原料及重量百分比为:PVA:聚氯乙烯:滑石粉:碳酸钙:6-二叔丁基对甲酚:消泡剂:催化剂:水=15~40%:6 ~15%:4~10%:3~8%:2~6%:1~7%: 2~8%: 1~2%。
2.如权利要求1所述一种纸管铅笔粘合胶,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚和聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的任意一种。
3.如权利要求1所述一种纸管铅笔粘合胶,其特征在于:所述催化剂为浓度为40%的硝酸和浓度为96%的过硫酸铵的组合。
4.如权利要求1所述一种纸管铅笔粘合胶的制备方法:其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
(一)按上述重量比称取上述原料,将水放入反应釜中,加热至60~70℃,然后依次加入PVA、聚氯乙烯、6-二叔丁基对甲酚、消泡剂、催化剂,搅拌混合,调节pH至5~6,再以300~400r/min的转速搅拌30~45min,制得混合液;
(二)继续加热至80~90℃后将研磨好的300~400目的碳酸钙粉、300~400目的滑石粉加入步骤(一)制得的混合液中,继续以300~400r/min的转速搅拌30~40min;
(三)保温30~40min后出料,包装,制得本发明的纸管铅笔粘合胶。
