本发明属于陶瓷制备领域,具体涉及一种功能性陶瓷茶器及其制备方法。
背景技术
茶具是人们必备的一种饮水工具,目前市面上流通的陶瓷茶具的品种很多,主要有:青瓷茶具、黑瓷茶具和彩瓷茶具,这些茶具在中国茶文化发展史上,都曾有过辉煌的一页,不过现有制作的茶具一般功能比较单一,不能同时具备多种功能,满足不了人们的需求,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种功能性陶瓷茶器及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种功能性陶瓷茶器,由以下重量份的原料组成:电气石15-18份、瓷土10-15份、沸石3-5份、磁铁矿8-10份、氧化铝8-10份、氧化钠6-8份、氧化铁5-7份、氧化钙3-5份、氧化钡3-4份、氧化钛1-2份、氧化镧0.8-1.2份、氧化铈0.9-1.1份、氧化钴0.5-0.8份、氧化钐0.6-0.8份、氧化钇0.3-0.5份、氧化钒0.2-0.5份、氧化锆0.2-0.4份、氧化锶0.1-0.3份、釉浆36-45份、料浆56-62份。
进一步的,所述釉浆包括以下重量份的原料:钾长石20-25份、高岭土15-20份、石英35-45份、霞石10-15份、膨润土8-12份、木鱼石5-8份、氧化铝6-10份、氧化铁5-8份、碳酸镁6-8份、氧化钡3-5份、碳酸锰2-5份。
进一步的,所述料浆包括以下重量份的原料:钠长石10-15份、石英25-30份、蒙脱石6-10份、蛭石4-8份、碱土6-8份、萤石5-8份、沸石3-5份、绿泥石1-3份。
以上任一项所述的一种功能性陶瓷茶器的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、制备料浆;
(2)、制备釉浆;
(3)、将除釉浆和料浆之外的原料按其重量份称重混合,在1250-1350℃的温度下煅烧6-7h,研磨(微粒状)过筛,然后与步骤(1)和步骤(2)中制得的料浆和釉浆混合,得泥料;
(4)、将泥料进行湿球磨,其中料:球:水=1:1.5-1.8:0.6-0.8,球磨时间20-24h;
(5)、将湿球磨后的泥料进行除气、陈泥后,干燥制成坯体;
(6)将坯体送入窑炉中,在1250±10℃的温度下,烧制4.8-5.2h,制得所述功能性陶瓷茶器。
进一步的,所述釉浆的制备方法包括:将釉浆的原料按其重量份称重后,进行破碎过筛,然后湿球磨制得釉浆。
进一步的,所述湿球磨的环境为:料:球:水=1:1.5-1.8:1.8-2,球磨时间18-24h。
进一步的,所述料浆的制备方法包括:将料浆的原料按其重量份称重后,进行破碎过筛,然后湿球磨制得料浆。
进一步的,所述湿球磨的环境为:料:球:水=1:1.8-2:1.8-2,球磨时间15-18h。
由上述对本发明的描述可知,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过各原料之间的协同作用,保证制备而成的茶具可以稳定释放出7-14um的远红外线磁波和每一立方厘米1000-5000个负离子,然后由远红外线磁波、负离子与水发生共振,可将大的水分子团震散而变成小的水分子团,更易于人体吸收,从而促进人体新陈代谢与血液循环,更利于使用者的身体健康;本发明制备的茶具只需5小时左右就可烧制而成,节能环保、有效地提高生产值,且无需上釉,简化了生产过程,有效地节约了人工费用,降低制造成本。

(3)、将除釉浆和料浆之外的原料按其重量份称重混合,在1250-1350℃的温度下煅烧6-7h,研磨成微粒状,过筛,然后与步骤(1)和步骤(2)中制得的料浆和釉浆混合,得泥料;

釉浆包括以下重量份的原料:钾长石20份、高岭土20份、石英45份、霞石10份、膨润土12份、木鱼石8份、氧化铝6份、氧化铁8份、碳酸镁6份、氧化钡5份、碳酸锰5份。
料浆包括以下重量份的原料:钠长石15份、石英25份、蒙脱石10份、蛭石4份、碱土8份、萤石5份、沸石5份、绿泥石1份。

料浆包括以下重量份的原料:钠长石10份、石英30份、蒙脱石6份、蛭石8份、碱土6份、萤石8份、沸石3份、绿泥石3份。
一种功能性陶瓷茶器的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、制备料浆:将料浆的原料按其重量份称重后,进行破碎,过200目筛,然后湿球磨制得料浆,其中,料:球:水=1:2:1.8,球磨时间18h;
(2)、制备釉浆:将釉浆的原料按其重量份称重后,进行破碎,过200目筛,然后湿球磨制得釉浆,其中,料:球:水=1:1.8:1.8,球磨时间24h;
(3)、将除釉浆和料浆之外的原料按其重量份称重混合,在1250℃的温度下煅烧7h,研磨成微粒状,过筛,然后与步骤(1)和步骤(2)中制得的料浆和釉浆混合,得泥料;
(4)、将泥料进行湿球磨,其中料:球:水=1:1.8:0.8,球磨时间24h;
(5)、将湿球磨后的泥料进行除气、陈泥后,干燥制成坯体;
(6)将坯体送入窑炉中,在1250±10℃的温度下,烧制5.2h,制得所述功能性陶瓷茶器。
上述制备的功能性陶瓷茶器,可以稳定释放出7-14um的远红外线磁波和每一立方厘米3750以上个负离子,然后由远红外线磁波、负离子与水发生共振,可将大的水分子团震散而变成小的水分子团,更易于人体吸收,从而促进人体新陈代谢与血液循环,更利于使用者的身体健康。
实施例3
一种功能性陶瓷茶器,由以下重量份的原料组成:电气石17份、瓷土12份、沸石4份、磁铁矿9份、氧化铝9份、氧化钠7份、氧化铁6份、氧化钙4份、氧化钡3.6份、氧化钛1.6份、氧化镧1份、氧化铈1份、氧化钴0.6份、氧化钐0.7份、氧化钇0.4份、氧化钒0.35份、氧化锆0.3份、氧化锶0.2份、釉浆40份、料浆59份。
釉浆包括以下重量份的原料:钾长石23份、高岭土18份、石英40份、霞石12份、膨润土10份、木鱼石7份、氧化铝8份、氧化铁7份、碳酸镁7份、氧化钡4份、碳酸锰4份。
料浆包括以下重量份的原料:钠长石13份、石英27份、蒙脱石8份、蛭石6份、碱土7份、萤石6份、沸石4份、绿泥石2份。
一种功能性陶瓷茶器的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、制备料浆:将料浆的原料按其重量份称重后,进行破碎,过180目筛,然后湿球磨制得料浆,其中,料:球:水=1:9:1.9,球磨时间16h;
(2)、制备釉浆:将釉浆的原料按其重量份称重后,进行破碎,过180目筛,然后湿球磨制得釉浆,其中,料:球:水=1:1.7:1.9,球磨时间21h;
(3)、将除釉浆和料浆之外的原料按其重量份称重混合,在1300℃的温度下煅烧6.5h,研磨成微粒状,过筛,然后与步骤(1)和步骤(2)中制得的料浆和釉浆混合,得泥料;
(4)、将泥料进行湿球磨,其中料:球:水=1:1.6:0.7,球磨时间22h;
(5)、将湿球磨后的泥料进行除气、陈泥后,干燥制成坯体;
(6)将坯体送入窑炉中,在1250±10℃的温度下,烧制5h,制得所述功能性陶瓷茶器。

Claims (8)
1.一种功能性陶瓷茶器,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料组成:电气石15-18份、瓷土10-15份、沸石3-5份、磁铁矿8-10份、氧化铝8-10份、氧化钠6-8份、氧化铁5-7份、氧化钙3-5份、氧化钡3-4份、氧化钛1-2份、氧化镧0.8-1.2份、氧化铈0.9-1.1份、氧化钴0.5-0.8份、氧化钐0.6-0.8份、氧化钇0.3-0.5份、氧化钒0.2-0.5份、氧化锆0.2-0.4份、氧化锶0.1-0.3份、釉浆36-45份、料浆56-62份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性陶瓷茶器,其特征在于:所述釉浆包括以下重量份的原料:钾长石20-25份、高岭土15-20份、石英35-45份、霞石10-15份、膨润土8-12份、木鱼石5-8份、氧化铝6-10份、氧化铁5-8份、碳酸镁6-8份、氧化钡3-5份、碳酸锰2-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性陶瓷茶器,其特征在于:所述料浆包括以下重量份的原料:钠长石10-15份、石英25-30份、蒙脱石6-10份、蛭石4-8份、碱土6-8份、萤石5-8份、沸石3-5份、绿泥石1-3份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种功能性陶瓷茶器的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)、制备料浆;
(2)、制备釉浆;
(3)、将除釉浆和料浆之外的原料按其重量份称重混合,在1250-1350℃的温度下煅烧6-7h,研磨(微粒状)过筛,然后与步骤(1)和步骤(2)中制得的料浆和釉浆混合,得泥料;
(4)、将泥料进行湿球磨,其中料:球:水=1:1.5-1.8:0.6-0.8,球磨时间20-24h;
(5)、将湿球磨后的泥料进行除气、陈泥后,干燥制成坯体;
(6)将坯体送入窑炉中,在1250±10℃的温度下,烧制4.8-5.2h,制得所述功能性陶瓷茶器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种功能性陶瓷茶器的制备方法,其特征在于:所述釉浆的制备方法包括:将釉浆的原料按其重量份称重后,进行破碎过筛,然后湿球磨制得釉浆。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种功能性陶瓷茶器的制备方法,其特征在于:所述湿球磨的环境为:料:球:水=1:1.5-1.8:1.8-2,球磨时间18-24h。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种功能性陶瓷茶器的制备方法,其特征在于:所述料浆的制备方法包括:将料浆的原料按其重量份称重后,进行破碎过筛,然后湿球磨制得料浆。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种功能性陶瓷茶器的制备方法,其特征在于:所述湿球磨的环境为:料:球:水=1:1.8-2:1.8-2,球磨时间15-18h。
