The first conveying equipment is arranged between the external storage area and the sorting work station; the second conveying device is arranged between the sorting work station and the packing work station. In this embodiment, the first conveying device is a conveying belt, the external shuttle vehicle takes out the turnover box and the articles to be sorted and packed in the turnover box from the vertical warehouse according to the order demand information issued by the background system 13 and places the turnover box and the articles to be sorted and packed on the conveying belt, and the first conveying device is controlled by the control system 11 to convey the articles to the sorting workstation according to the order demand information; the second conveying devices are shuttles (as shown at 5 in fig. 2) and have at least 5 pieces, so that the sorting robot 15 can place different kinds of objects on different shuttles according to the order requirement information (one order may include different kinds of objects, and the stacking order and manner of the different kinds of objects are different) to facilitate the subsequent stacking by the stacking robot 18, and meanwhile, the utilization rate of the shuttles can be improved.
Preferably, to improve the sorting efficiency of the baling station, as shown in fig. 2, the first conveying device has sorting target locations including first and second sorting target locations symmetrically arranged at ends (e.g., 7, 9 of fig. 2) of the first conveying device adjacent to one end of the baling station. The number of the sorting vision devices 14 and the code scanning devices 16 is at least 2, and the sorting vision devices 14 are respectively positioned above the first sorting target position and the second sorting target position. In this way, the sorting robot 15 is installed at 1, and a sorting vision device 14 is installed above 3 and 4, respectively, for collecting information of articles to be sorted and feeding back the information of the articles to the sorting robot 15. The positions 7 and 9 are respectively a first sorting target position and a second sorting target position (in this embodiment, articles are placed in the turnover box and conveyed by the first conveying equipment), the turnover box can pick and place the articles to be sorted in the turnover box 9 in the process of being conveyed to the position 7, the picked and placed turnover box moves to the position 8 by the first conveying equipment and then is conveyed away from the middle, the operation efficiency of the sorting robot 15 is improved by sequentially rotating, and the like until the sorting robot 15 picks the order task number issued by the upper computer, and the sorting robot 15 does not finish the task.
Preferably, in order to improve the stacking efficiency of the packing workstation, as shown in fig. 2, the second conveying device has a stacking target position, and the stacking target position is arranged at an end (as shown in fig. 6 of fig. 2) of the second conveying device near one end of the packing workstation, so that the stacking robot 18 (as shown in fig. 2 at 2) can conveniently grab the object to be stacked, the operation time is shortened, and the operation efficiency is improved.
According to the improvement of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a sorting and packing method of the intelligent sorting and packing system is also provided, the method comprises:
1) the sorting vision device 14 identifies information of the articles to be sorted and feeds the information back to the sorting robot 15; the sorting robot 15 picks up the articles to be sorted according to the article information identified by the sorting vision device 14; the code scanning device 16 scans codes on the picked articles and feeds the codes back to the sorting robot 15;
the sorting robot 15 sends the article information identified by the sorting vision device 14 and the code scanned by the code scanning device 16 to the control system 11;
2) the control system 11 judges whether the article information identified by the sorting vision device 14 is matched with the article information corresponding to the code scanned by the code scanning device 16, and when the article information is matched with the article information, sends a sorting signal to the sorting robot 15, and enters step 3); when the two are not matched, generating an alarm signal to the background system 13, and ending the sorting and packaging operation;
3) the sorting robot 15 places the picked items in the work area of the packing work station;
4) the packaging workstation stacks the articles transferred by the picking workstation according to the order demand information generated by the system and performs packaging operation on the stacked articles; outputting the packed articles, and finishing the sorting and packing operation.
According to the improvement of the invention, as shown in fig. 4, a sorting and packing method of the intelligent sorting and packing system is also provided, which comprises the following steps:
1) the sorting vision device 14 identifies information of the articles to be sorted and feeds the information back to the sorting robot 15; the sorting robot 15 picks up the articles to be sorted according to the article information identified by the sorting vision device 14; the code scanning device 16 scans codes on the picked articles and feeds the codes back to the sorting robot 15;
the sorting robot 15 sends the article information identified by the sorting vision device 14 and the code scanned by the code scanning device 16 to the control system 11;
2) the control system 11 judges whether the article information identified by the sorting vision device 14 is matched with the article information corresponding to the code scanned by the code scanning device 16, and when the article information is matched with the article information, sends a sorting signal to the sorting robot 15, and enters step 3); when the two are not matched, generating an alarm signal to the background system 13, and ending the sorting and packaging operation;
3) the sorting robot 15 places the picked items in the work area of the packing work station;
4) the palletizing vision device 17 identifies the information of the objects placed in the working area of the packing workstation and feeds the information back to the palletizing robot 18;
the palletizing robot 18 palletizes the objects to be palletized according to the object information recognized by the palletizing vision device 17; after the palletizing task is finished, feeding back the information of the objects identified by the palletizing vision device 17 in real time to the control system 11;
5) the control system 11 determines whether the item information identified by the palletization vision device 17 matches the order requirement information,
when the two are matched, sending a packing signal to the packing equipment 19, and carrying out packing operation by the packing equipment 19; and when the two are not matched, generating an alarm signal to the background system 13, and finishing the sorting and packaging.
According to the improvement of the invention, as shown in fig. 3, a sorting and packing method of the intelligent sorting and packing system is also provided, which comprises the following steps:
1) the sorting vision device 14 identifies information of the articles to be sorted and feeds the information back to the sorting robot 15; the sorting robot 15 picks up the articles to be sorted according to the article information identified by the sorting vision device 14; the code scanning device 16 scans codes on the picked articles and feeds the codes back to the sorting robot 15;
the sorting robot 15 sends the article information identified by the sorting vision device 14 and the code scanned by the code scanning device 16 to the control system 11;
2) the control system 11 judges whether the article information identified by the sorting vision device 14 is matched with the article information corresponding to the code scanned by the code scanning device 16, and when the article information is matched with the article information, sends a sorting signal to the sorting robot 15, and enters step 3); when the two are not matched, generating an alarm signal to the background system 13, and ending the sorting and packaging operation;
3) the sorting robot 15 places the sorted items on the conveying device 12, and the conveying device 12 conveys the items to the work area of the packing work station under the control of the control system 11 according to the order demand information.
4) The palletizing vision device 17 identifies the information of the objects placed in the working area of the packing workstation and feeds the information back to the palletizing robot 18;
the palletizing robot 18 palletizes the objects to be palletized according to the object information recognized by the palletizing vision device 17; after the palletizing task is finished, feeding back the information of the objects identified by the palletizing vision device 17 in real time to the control system 11;
5) the control system 11 determines whether the item information identified by the palletization vision device 17 matches the order requirement information,
when the two are matched, sending a packing signal to the packing equipment 19, and carrying out packing operation by the packing equipment 19; and when the two are not matched, generating an alarm signal to the background system 13, and finishing the sorting and packaging.
The intelligent sorting and packaging system and the sorting and packaging method thereof provided by the invention have the following advantages:
1) the system and the sorting and packaging method thereof can realize automatic and high-speed repetitive operation, and carry out unmanned sorting and packaging operation at a working time far higher than that of manual work; and two procedures of automatic judgment and error prevention are added in the sorting and packaging processes, so that the operation efficiency is improved, and the error rate and the labor cost are greatly reduced.
2) The system and the sorting and packing method thereof can effectively link the sorting work station and the packing work station through the conveying equipment, meet the ordered conveying of articles, have compact equipment structure and reduce the installation space.
3) The system and the sorting and packaging method thereof can complete sorting and packaging operation according to the order demand information, can meet the application in the industries of food, medical treatment, cosmetics and the like, and have wide application.

letter sorting workstation, it is connected through first conveying equipment with external storage area, including letter sorting vision device, letter sorting robot and sweep a yard equipment, letter sorting vision device, sweep a yard equipment and all be connected with letter sorting robot electricity, wherein:
the sorting vision device is used for identifying information of the articles to be sorted and feeding the information back to the sorting robot;
the code scanning device is arranged to scan codes on articles and feed back the codes to the sorting robot;
the sorting robot is arranged to generate sorting coordinates according to the article information identified by the sorting vision device, sort the articles to be sorted according to the sorting coordinates, and transfer the sorted articles to the working area of the packing workstation through the second conveying equipment;
the sorting robot is also arranged to send the article information identified by the sorting vision device and the code scanned by the code scanning equipment to the control system through a network;
the control system comprises a database module and a controller, wherein:
the database module is used for storing the article codes, the article information and the binding relationship of the article codes and the article information;
the controller is set to call the article information corresponding to the code stored in the database module according to the code scanned by the code scanning device, judge whether the article information identified by the sorting vision device is matched with the article information corresponding to the code scanned by the code scanning device,
when the two are matched, sending a sorting signal to the sorting robot;
when the two are not matched, generating an alarm signal to a background system;
the packing workstation is arranged to receive the articles transferred by the sorting workstation, stack and pack the articles, and output the articles to the outside after the packing is finished.

The intelligent sorting and packaging system of claim 1, wherein the packaging workstation comprises a palletizing vision device, a palletizing robot and a packaging device, the palletizing vision device and the packaging device are both electrically connected with the palletizing robot, and wherein:
the palletizing vision device is used for identifying the information of the objects placed in the working area of the packing workstation and feeding the information back to the palletizing robot;
the palletizing robot is set to generate palletizing coordinates according to the object information recognized by the palletizing vision device and palletize objects to be palletized according to the palletizing coordinates; feeding back the information of the stacked objects to the control system through a network;
the packaging equipment is arranged to receive the objects to be packaged stacked by the stacking robot and perform packaging operation.

the controller is further configured to determine, responsive to the item information identified by the palletizing vision device, whether the item information identified by the palletizing vision device matches the order requirement information,
when the two are matched, sending a packing signal to packing equipment;
and when the two are not matched, generating an alarm signal to the background system.
4. The intelligent sorting and packaging system of claim 3, wherein the number of the sorting vision devices and the code scanning devices is at least 2, and the sorting vision devices are respectively positioned above the first sorting target position and the second sorting target position.
5. The intelligent sortation and packing system of claim 3, wherein the second conveyor apparatus has a palletized target location disposed at an end of the second conveyor apparatus adjacent an end of the packing station.
6. A sorting and packaging method of an intelligent sorting and packaging system, which is based on the intelligent sorting and packaging system of any one of claims 1-5, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
1) the sorting vision device identifies information of the articles to be sorted and feeds the information back to the sorting robot; the sorting robot picks the articles to be sorted according to the article information identified by the sorting vision device; the sorting is that the sorting robot alternately sorts the articles to be sorted from the first sorting target position and the second sorting target position;
the code scanning device scans codes on the picked articles and feeds the codes back to the sorting robot;
the sorting robot sends the article information identified by the sorting visual device and the code scanned by the code scanning equipment to the control system;
2) the control system judges whether the article information identified by the sorting vision device is matched with the article information corresponding to the code scanned by the code scanning equipment, and when the article information is matched with the article information, a sorting signal is sent to the sorting robot, and the step 3 is carried out; when the two are not matched, generating an alarm signal to a background system, and finishing the sorting and packaging operation;
3) the sorting robot conveys the sorted articles through the second conveying equipment and places the sorted articles in a working area of the packing work station;
4) the packaging workstation stacks the articles transferred by the picking workstation according to the order demand information generated by the system and performs packaging operation on the stacked articles; outputting the packed articles, and finishing the sorting and packing operation.
7. A sorting and packaging method of an intelligent sorting and packaging system, which is based on the intelligent sorting and packaging system of any one of claims 3-5, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
1) the sorting vision device identifies information of the articles to be sorted and feeds the information back to the sorting robot; the sorting robot picks the articles to be sorted according to the article information identified by the sorting vision device; the sorting is that the sorting robot alternately sorts the articles to be sorted from the first sorting target position and the second sorting target position;
the code scanning device scans codes on the picked articles and feeds the codes back to the sorting robot;
the sorting robot sends the article information identified by the sorting visual device and the code scanned by the code scanning equipment to the control system;

5) the control system judges whether the article information identified by the palletizing vision device is matched with the order demand information,
when the two are matched, sending a packing signal to packing equipment, and carrying out packing operation by the packing equipment; and when the two are not matched, generating an alarm signal to a background system, and finishing the sorting and packaging.
