本发明公开一种治疗胃癌的内服中药，由下列成份组成，各组分的重量份为：滕梨根20‑40，白英20‑40，白花舌草20‑40，半枝莲20‑40，猫爪草15‑30，天花粉15‑30，炒白术15‑30，炒白芍15‑30，党参15‑30，黄芪15‑30，仙茅10‑25，制附片6‑15，全虫3‑10，干蟾酥皮3‑10。制成内服剂型口服。本发明的中药优点是配伍合理，服用方便，疗效可靠，无毒副作用，能够有效的改善患者临床症状，提高生活质量，延长生存期，部分患者追访6‑8年仍健康生活着。

一种治疗胃癌的内服中药
技术领域
本发明涉及中草药领域，具体涉及一种治疗胃癌的中药。
背景技术
胃癌已成为消化系统最常见的一种恶性肿瘤，临床上以纳差、食后不适、泛吐黏水、胃脘胀满、隐痛，大便溏黑为主要特征。其中65岁以上老年患者占比例有上升的趋势，大部分晚期患者因肿瘤长期消耗出现低蛋白血症，贫血及转移脏器损害等症状，严重影响患者的生活质量、降低生存期。目前国内外还没有一种有效的方法能够达到根治的疗效，而中医药有着独特的理论体系，在治疗消化道癌方面有着独特的方法和疗效，可改善患者临床症状，提高生活质量，延长生存期。
对于中晚期胃癌治疗目的有两个：一是延长生存时间，二是提高生存质量。中医认为，胃癌主要病机是气机不畅，气血虚弱，多因饮食不节或误食不洁之物，至脾胃虚弱，脾不健运，痰浊内生，血行受阻，脉络瘀阻，气滞血瘀，痰浊与气血相撞，则生癌症，久病伤络，络伤血溢，溢于大肠则大便暗黑。
胃癌治疗时，在应用解毒化瘀散结、活血健脾和胃的同时，应当重视人体的阳气，将肿瘤病邪所积累的阴寒、聚集、瘀滞等逐渐温化，使之减少、缩小，甚至消失。
我们把现代医学的化疗、放疗都归为“苦寒”，克消、攻伐的范围，久之必伤脾胃，损之阳气，使病患者机体本来就不足“阳”变得更弱，反倒助长癌肿发展。胃癌不论是手术后的化疗、放疗，还是中老年性晚期不能手术的患者，治疗中应重视温补肾阳这个中医的精髓。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种治疗胃癌的中药，本中药具有温补脾肾升阳，清热解毒和胃，活血散结止痛之功效。对中晚期或者手术后化疗的胃癌病患者有着较为理想的临床效果。
本发明采用的技术方案如下。
一种治疗胃癌的内服中药，其特征在于由下列组分组成，各组分的重量份为：滕梨根20-40，白英20-40，白花舌草20-40，半枝莲20-40，猫爪草15-30，天花粉15-30，炒白术15-30，炒白芍15-30，党参15-30，黄芪15-30，仙茅10-25，制附片6-15，全虫3-10，干蟾酥皮3-10。
所述的治疗胃癌的中药，由下列组分组成，各组分的重量份为：滕梨根30，白英30，白花舌草30，半枝莲30，猫爪草25，天花粉25，炒白术25，炒白芍25，党参25，黄芪25，仙茅18，制附片9，全虫5，干蟾酥皮5。
用法及用量。本发明的药物可以采用中药药剂的常规方法制备成各种常规内服剂型。如将这些原料研成粉末混合均匀制散剂冲服或制成其它丸、蜜、胶囊等口服剂型，也可以直接制成汤剂口服，每日1剂，煎水2至3次服完；制成丸剂时每天服用量为生药粉12-15克，30天为一疗程，一般1-4个疗程。
本发明的中医理论和用药依据。
中医认为胃癌属于“噎膈、反胃”等范畴。《灵枢经》邪气藏府病形篇中说：“脾脉……微急为膈中，食饮入而还出，后沃沫”。可见该病因脾有寒，而脾脉微急，则脾不运化，饮食入而即吐，因脾不能运液，津结为诞，故吐出饮食后又吐诞沫，粘液不能通过其间产生积聚难消，蕴瘀化热，呃逆反食。
本发明的用药依据：滕梨根清热解毒，消肿止血；白英清热利湿，解毒消肿；白花舌草清热解毒利湿；半枝莲清热解毒，散瘀止血消肿；猫爪草解毒消肿，化瘀散结；天花粉清热生津，消肿排脓；炒白术健脾益气；炒白芍养血敛阴止痛；党参补中益气养血；黄芪补气升阳健脾；仙茅温肾助阳暖脾；制附片补火助阳，散寒止痛，抑清热解毒之药之寒凉；全虫攻毒散结，通络止痛；干蟾酥皮消肿止痛，解毒辟疫。诸药合用，共奏温补脾肾升阳，清热解毒和胃，活血散结止痛之功效。对于改善临床症状，提高生活质量，有显著的临床疗效，更重要的是能够延长生成期。
现代药理证明，以上药物能够有效的抑制癌肿的生长，干预肿瘤细胞代谢，调解体液免疫，增强自然杀伤细胞活性，对癌肿块有显著的缩小作用，更重要的能提高人体的免疫功能，延长生存期。
纵观全方，配伍严谨，君、臣、佐、使分明，切中胃癌的病机，充分体现了“扶正袪邪”的治疗原则。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1：滕梨根20-40，白英20-40，白花舌草20-40，半枝莲20-40，猫爪草15-30，天花粉15-30，炒白术15-30，炒白芍15-30，党参15-30，黄芪15-30，仙茅10-25，制附片6-15，全虫3-10，干蟾酥皮3-10。将上述中药原料清洗烘干然后研磨，呈粉末，过目100-200目筛，消毒后加入适量蜂蜜制成丸剂或片剂，每粒药含生药粉0.5克，连服1-4个疗程。
实施例2：滕梨根30，白英30，白花舌草30，半枝莲30，猫爪草25，天花粉25，炒白术25，炒白芍25，党参25，黄芪25，仙茅18，制附片9，全虫5，干蟾酥皮5。将上述中药原料清洗烘干然后研磨，呈粉末，过目100-200目筛，消毒后加入适量蜂蜜制成丸剂或片剂，每粒药含生药粉0.5克，连用1-4个疗程。
治疗结果：用该发明治疗胃癌20例，男11例，女9例，年龄65-85岁，三年生存期95%，四年生存期80%，五年生存期60%，六年生存期55%，8年生存期30%。
在实例2的配方中，配伍合理，疗效确切，全方具有温补脾肾升阳，清热解毒和胃，活血散结止痛作用，从而阻断了胃癌生长和发展的病理环节，是治疗本病的关键所在。
典型病例。
病例1：刘某，女，78岁，五河县退休干部，于2011年6月检查为胃癌，由于年高体弱，不易手术治疗，于2011年11月前来诊治，纳差，食后胃脘作前，泛吐黏水，给予本发明中药口服2个月，于2012年1月二诊，主诉体力增加，进食后胃脘胀满作痛明显减轻，嘱守上方服用2个月，至今3年仍良好。
病例2：张某，81岁，蚌埠市禹会区退休工人，于2012年患胃癌，由于年龄较大，医院建议保守治疗。服用本发明中药4个月，临床症状明显改善，现追访仍健在。
病例3：梁某，男，66岁，明光市潘村人，2013年10月患胃癌，即行手术根治，病理报告为胃贲门腺癌，已浸至浆膜层，手术后化疗一个月，食后即吐，身体虚弱，2013年12月来我处要求服本发明中药，连服3个月，饮食佳，体重增加，至今仍良好。

1.一种治疗胃癌的内服中药，其特征在于由下列组分组成，各组分的重量份为：滕梨根20-40，白英20-40，白花舌草20-40，半枝莲20-40，猫爪草15-30，天花粉15-30，炒白术15-30，炒白芍15-30，党参15-30，黄芪15-30，仙茅10-25，制附片6-15，全虫3-10，干蟾酥皮3-10。
