胡麻仁味甘，性平；入肺、脾、肝、肾经；有润燥滑肠、滋养肝肾功效；用于津枯血燥、大便秘结以及病后体虚、眩晕乏力等症。
枸杞有补肾益精、养肝明目、补血安神、生津止渴、润肺止咳功效。
《药性论》认为肉苁蓉益髓、悦颜色、延年、治女人血崩、壮阳、大补益、主赤白下。
冰糖味甘、性平、归脾、肺经，能补中益气、和胃、止渴化痰。
