本发明公开了一种生物质热裂解反应釜,其包括反应釜体、设于所述反应釜体下端部上的加热组件,所述加热组件包括包覆于所述反应釜体下端部上的加热室、用于向加热室内提供燃烧气体的主气管,其特征在于:所述反应釜体的侧壁上设有回气管,所述主气管上设有支气管,所述回气管至少有一段包覆于所述支气管上,所述回气管的上端连接在所述反应釜体的上端部的侧壁上,其下端连接在主气管上。回气管将含有反应物或催化剂的热气体回收并包覆在供料的支气管上,对支气管内的反应物或催化剂预热,不仅节省了大量原料,而且降低了热能的浪费。

技术领域
本发明属于环保设备领域,特别涉及一种生物质热裂解反应釜。
背景技术
现有的热解裂解装置一般包括两套加热装置,加热装置的个部件之间大多采用连接管连接,其他在连接管内穿行时会有一部分的热损失,因此现有的装置不仅需要大量热能而且热能损耗较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种热能利用率高的生物质热裂解反应釜;
为达到上述效果,本发明所采用的方案是:一种生物质热裂解反应釜,其包括反应釜体、设于所述反应釜体下端部上的加热组件,所述加热组件包括包覆于所述反应釜体下端部上的加热室、用于向加热室内提供燃烧气体的主气管,其特征在于:所述反应釜体的侧壁上设有回气管,所述主气管上设有支气管,所述回气管至少有一段包覆于所述支气管上,所述回气管的上端连接在所述反应釜体的上端部的侧壁上,其下端连接在主气管上;
所述主气管与所述回气管连接的侧壁为所述支气管与主气管连接的侧壁;
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:回气管将含有反应物或催化剂的热气体回收并包覆在供料的支气管上,对支气管内的反应物或催化剂预热,不仅节省了大量原料,而且降低了热能的浪费。

如图1所示,生物质热裂解反应釜包括反应釜体1、设于所述反应釜体1下端部上的加热组件,所述加热组件包括包覆于所述反应釜体1下端部上的加热室2、用于向加热室2内提供燃烧气体的主气管3,其特征在于:所述反应釜体1的侧壁上设有回气管4,所述主气管3上设有支气管5,所述回气管4至少有一段包覆于所述支气管5上,所述回气管4的上端连接在所述反应釜体1的上端部的侧壁上,其下端连接在主气管3上;所述主气管3与所述回气管4连接的侧壁为所述支气管5与主气管3连接的侧壁;

1.一种生物质热裂解反应釜,其包括反应釜体、设于所述反应釜体下端部上的加热组件,所述加热组件包括包覆于所述反应釜体下端部上的加热室、用于向加热室内提供燃烧气体的主气管,其特征在于:所述反应釜体的侧壁上设有回气管,所述主气管上设有支气管,所述回气管至少有一段包覆于所述支气管上,所述回气管的上端连接在所述反应釜体的上端部的侧壁上,其下端连接在主气管上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物质热裂解反应釜,其特征在于:所述主气管与所述回气管连接的侧壁为所述支气管与主气管连接的侧壁。
