Abstract

Description

本发明涉及印刷电路板。
在安装工程的许多领域中,特别是在用于电话和数据通信的弱电系统中,使用的印刷电路板的数量正在不断地增长。
但是,它造成下述问题,即,存在对模块和具有数目不等的模件的多模块印刷电路板的要求,同时有关系统的结构需随着使用额外的或较少特定类型印刷电路板的要求而经常变化。
就备件的储存而论,所有这些均要求大量模块印刷电路板和供各系统之用的相同元件,那是既复杂又昂贵。
因此,本发明的主要目的是提供分别满足这些确定的多重和单一模块化要求的印刷电路板。
按照本发明,这首先是通过相互紧邻的模块化连接和开关装置的多模块装置获得的,该印刷电路板具有在连接和开关装置的每个相邻模件之间的额定断路点,以便用断路法获得单模件印刷电路板。
现在,这些措施允许预制具有任意数目的模件的多模块印刷电路板,因此用简单的断路便适合于由此获得单一模块或包括较少数目的模件的部分多模块板,从而显著简化了生产和备件的储存。
如果印刷电路板准备用作连接电线,这些电线是用高导性的金属套加以屏蔽以免受外部电场的干扰,则根据本发明印刷电路板的一个最佳实施例可用贯穿该印刷电路板整个长度的金属接地焊盘(Pad)来获得,该焊盘具有一个额定断开点,各断开点处于印刷电路板的额定断开点的延长部分,以便用断路法同时隔开印刷电路板和接地焊盘。
所以,本发明还涉及用于连接屏蔽导线的上述印刷电路板的装配模件,供弱电系统工程的配线板和配线系统之用。
在电话或其它信号传输领域中,屏蔽电线以免受外部电场干扰是必不可少的。但是,它们在(例如印刷电路板等等的)连接系统中的布局却成了问题,特别在有关RF方面的导线连接区的屏蔽的最佳接地方面。
借助于金属接地焊盘使上述类型的装配模件,可用于任何地方和用于连接屏蔽导线的任何系统中,并保证导线的最佳RF接地连接,现在成为可能,该焊盘可用固定方式与连接系统,例如印刷电路板等等连接同时在该焊盘上以导电方式支撑至少一个具有接近壳形的导线接纳区并设计成能可拆地包围至少一个导线的弹簧夹。
在这方面,对本发明来说必需把金属接地焊盘制成多重模件并具有许多相互紧邻排列的弹簧夹,该接地焊盘具有一个额定断开点,各断开点位于两个相邻弹簧夹之间以便经断开便可获得单一模件。
一般地,该弹簧夹可以是与接地焊盘铆接的弹簧臂,但最好该弹簧夹呈U形。这使一个较好实施例是这样的即该弹簧夹包括至少两个在彼此顶上以便容纳直径不等的导线的导线接纳区。
按照本发明,该弹簧夹也可用作应力解除装置,或者该接地焊盘可设置用于适应电缆连接器穿过的狭槽。
按照本发明的实施例的例子现将参照附图更详细地加以描述,附图中:

图2是按照本发明的装配模件的示意图。
图1的印刷电路板1是以多模块方式形成,具有相互紧换着排列的连接模件,并且是由(例如)接线装置3和线心连接装置2之类的器件组成,同时包括对应于相关用途并安置在连接模件之内的印刷电路,该连接模件在本文中不作进一步详述。
按照本发明,这多重模件印刷电路板1具有在模件2,3之间并以预定间距排列的平行槽,该槽形成额定断开点4以便通过断开获得单一模件。
如果印刷电路板准备用来连接用高度导电的金属套管加以屏蔽以免受外部电场干扰的电线,则把横过印刷电路板1的整个长度延伸的金属接地焊盘21按装起来,该焊盘21具有一个各处于印刷电路板1的额定断开点4的延长部分的额定断开点24,以便通过断开同时隔开印刷电路板和接地焊盘。
上述装配模件在下文中将参照图2进一步详细地加以陈述。
在这情况下,用于连接具有带状导线区11的屏蔽导线10的图2装配模件包括多重模件金属接地焊盘21,该焊盘可以固定方式与任何连接系统连接,在本例情况下是与印刷电路板1(图1),例如,通过胶合或通过形成穿过那里的钻孔7,通过螺钉连接或铆接。
另外的钻孔6可通过接地导线的焊接用于接地连接。
多重模件接地焊盘21具有以预定间距排列的平行槽或诸如此类,它形成额定断开点24,以便通过断路法得到单一模件。
以这种方式标明的接地焊盘21的每个单一模件分别装有一个金属弹簧夹22和22′,最好用铆接8或诸如此类加以安装,包括一个接近壳形的导线接纳区33,借助于该区,弹簧夹22和22′至少部分地以可拆卸方式分别包围带状导线区11,从而形成在导线和接地焊盘之间的最佳RF接地连接。
显然,在没有问题的情况下和在任何时间分隔这种连接均是可能的。
根据弹簧拉力,弹簧夹22和22′也可分别用作应力缓减装置,或者接地焊盘21可设置适用于电缆连接器9穿过的狭槽5。
该弹簧夹也可制成舌簧式弹簧22′或U形弹簧夹22,最好包括两个在彼此顶上的导线接纳区,以便容纳直径不等的导线。
装配模件的这一实施例最好是制成多重模件并且此后能随意地加以减少或分开,这使得在确保RF方面的最佳接地的同时要连接屏蔽导线的所有区域中均可不加限制地使用该模件。
一般来说,在没有脱离本发明基本原理的范围的情况下,印刷电路板模件的结构是完全不受约束的。(例如)具有对于某一用途最大数目邻接模件的印刷电路板的多模块结构是基础,然后可根据某种目的需求只要沿额定断开点断开该印刷电路板即可。
在显示和描述本发明的较好实施例的同时,应该清楚地理解,本发明不限于那一点上,而是可在下述权利要求书的范围内加以体现和实践。

Claims (8)

1、一种印刷电路板,其特征在于,模块化连接和开关装置(2,3),相互紧邻着的多模块装置,
印刷电路板(1)具有一个额定断开关(4),各断开关(4)处于连接和开关装置的相邻模件(2,3)之间,以便用断路法获得单一模件印刷电路板。
2、如在权利要求1中所定义的印刷电路板,对屏蔽导线的连接来说其特征在于跨过印刷电路板(1)的整个长度延伸的金属接地焊盘(21)具有一个额定断开点(24),
各断开关(24)处于印刷电路板(1)的额定断开点(4)的延长部分,以便用断路法同时断开印刷电路板和接地焊盘。
3、用于连接屏蔽导线的印刷电路板的装配模件,供弱电系统工程的配线板和配线系统之用,其特征在于:
可用固定方式与印刷电路板连接的接地焊盘(1),在其上以导电方式支撑至少一个具有接近壳形的导线接纳区(3)并准备用来可拆卸地包围至少一根导线的弹簧夹(2,2′)。
4、如权利要求3中所定义的装配模件,其特征在于:
金属接地焊接(1)被制成多重模件并具有许多相互紧邻排列的弹簧夹(2),
接地盘(1)具有一个额定断开点(4),各断开点处于两个相邻弹簧夹(2)之间,以便用断路法获得单一模件。
5、如权利要求3所定义的装配模件,其特征在于:
