Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性胶复合窗膜,从下到上依次包括:离型膜层、水性安装胶层、第一PET层和水性耐刮层,水性安装胶层包括10~30%的水性树脂、1~5%的异氰酸酯、2~10%的多元醇、0.5~1.5%的交联剂。本发明的水性胶复合窗膜由于采用水性树脂胶黏剂相比原先的溶剂型粘合胶,污染性低、成本低,且无有机小分子析出,性能更加优于普通溶剂型窗膜。

一种水性胶复合窗膜
技术领域
本发明属于窗膜技术领域,具体涉及一种水性胶复合窗膜。
背景技术
随着全球汽车销量的日益增长,窗膜需求量也随之增加,目前市场上的窗膜产品绝大部分均使用溶剂型黏合胶进行复合,此法生产时使用大量对人体有害的甲苯、丁酮等溶剂,胶中含有大量有机小分子。随着时间的推移与车内温度变化,这些溶剂、有机小分子会逐渐析出,对车内驾乘人员的身体健康造成影响。在目前全球绿色环保产品概念下,环保窗膜成为各大研发机构的新课题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种水性胶复合窗膜,具有耐刮、经济、环保性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种水性胶复合窗膜,从下到上依次包括:离型膜层、水性安装胶层、第一PET层和水性耐刮层,所述水性安装胶层包括10~30%的水性树脂、1~5%的异氰酸酯、2~10%的多元醇、0.5~1.5%的交联剂。
进一步地,水性树脂为水性聚氨酯树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂或羧基丁苯胶乳液。
进一步地,异氰酸酯为异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种任意比例的混合物。
进一步地,多元醇为聚己内酯二醇、聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇、聚酯多元醇中的一种或一种以上任意比例的混合物。
进一步地,水性耐刮层与第一PET层之间还设有第二PET层,所述第一PET层和所述第二PET层之间通过设置水性复合胶层进行粘结。
进一步地,水性复合胶层为单组份或双组份的水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯胶黏剂。
进一步地,含氟化合物为含氟(甲基)丙烯酸酯的共聚物、氟化镁、偏二氟乙烯与四氟乙烯的共聚物及含氟单官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯或含氟二官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯与其他多官能(甲基)丙烯酸酯的共聚物。
进一步地,水性耐刮层与第一PET层之间还设有一层或多层PET层。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的窗膜由于采用水性树脂胶黏剂相比原先的溶剂型粘合胶,污染性低、成本低,且无有机小分子析出,性能更加优于普通溶剂型窗膜。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种水性胶复合窗膜,从下到上依次包括:离型膜层1、水性安装胶层2、第一PET层3和水性耐刮层6。其中,水性安装胶层包括10%的水性聚氨酯树脂、1%的异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、20%的聚酯多元醇、0.5%的三羟基丙烷。
实施例2
一种水性胶复合窗膜,从下到上依次包括:离型膜层1、水性安装胶层2、第一PET层3和水性耐刮层6。其中,水性安装胶层包括30%的水性丙烯酸树脂、5%的六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、10%的聚己内酯二醇、1.5%的三羟基丙烷。
实施例3
一种水性胶复合窗膜,从下到上依次包括:离型膜层1、水性安装胶层2、第一PET层3、水性复合胶层4、第二PET层5和水性耐刮层6。其中,水性安装胶层包括20%的水性羧基丁苯胶乳液、3%的六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、5%的聚碳酸酯二元醇、1%的三羟基丙烷;水性复合胶层为双组份聚氨酯丙烯酸酯胶黏剂。
上述实施例制备的水性胶复合窗膜复合性能较强,无溶剂污染,且成本较低,并且避免了有机小分子的析出,性能更加优于普通溶剂型窗膜。

Claims (7)

1.一种水性胶复合窗膜,其特征在于,从下到上依次包括:离型膜层(1)、水性安装胶层(2)、第一PET层(3)和水性耐刮层(6),所述水性安装胶层包括10~30%的水性树脂、1~5%的异氰酸酯、2~10%的多元醇、0.5~1.5%的交联剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性胶复合窗膜,其特征在于,所述水性树脂为水性聚氨酯树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂或羧基丁苯胶乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性胶复合窗膜,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯为异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种任意比例的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性胶复合窗膜,其特征在于,所述多元醇为聚己内酯二醇、聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇、聚酯多元醇中的一种或一种以上任意比例的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性胶复合窗膜,其特征在于,所述水性耐刮层(6)与第一PET层(3)之间还设有第二PET层(5),所述第一PET层(3)和所述第二PET层(5)之间通过设置水性复合胶层(4)进行粘结。
6.根据权利要求5所述的水性胶复合窗膜,其特征在于,所述水性复合胶层为单组份或双组份的水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯胶黏剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性胶复合窗膜,其特征在于,所述水性耐刮层(6)与第一PET层(3)之间还设有一层或多层PET层。
