Abstract
一种有机硅改性双组份聚氨酯环防水涂料,是采用嵌段共聚改性法,使用聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚醚单元醇与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)聚合反应,形成含‑Si‑O‑结构的聚氨酯预聚体,再与交联组分B组分反应交联成膜。A组分由聚二甲基硅氧烷110份、聚醚二元醇350份、聚醚三元醇120份、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)98份、稳定剂1份组成,B组分由聚醚二元醇60份、MOCA50份、氯化石蜡90份、石油树脂240份、滑石粉100份、重质碳酸钙150份、触变剂0.3、份防沉剂4份、金属羧酸盐催化剂0.4份、其它10份组成。得到一种弹性高、延伸性大、粘结力强、能适应基层微量变化,耐腐蚀、耐候性、耐老化、无污染、抗沾污、耐磨性的环保型聚氨酯防水涂料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯防水涂料,具体来说涉及一种采用有机硅改性的双组份聚氨酯防水涂料。
背景技术
聚氨酯防水涂料于20世纪60年代最先在美国、日本、德国等工业发达国家研发并普及,70年代我国才开始进行聚氨酯防水涂料理论及应用的研究。它具有耐磨、耐油,耐酸碱、奶水及化学药品和施工范围广等多种优异性能以及施工方便等因素,自首次开发应用以来,取得了极大的发展和广泛运用。国家化学建材“九五”计划将其列为重点发展品种。
目前制备聚氨酯涂料通常以TDI(2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯或2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯)、MDI(二苯基甲烷-4,4`-二异氰酸酯)、PAPI(多本机多次甲基多异氰酸酯)和聚醚做基本原料。这样导致聚氨酯防水涂料的耐候性差,在紫外线作用下易氧化,使涂膜发黄、粉化。
有机硅高分子通常系指聚硅氧烷,其基本结构单元是-Si-O-,与硅原子相连的为各种有机基团。有机硅高分子兼具有机聚合物和无机化合物的特性,最显著的两个基本性能是:高耐氧化性和低表面能,使其在应用中表现出特殊的耐候性、保光性、透气性、防水性、抗沾污和耐磨性。但纯有机硅高分子产品成本高,漆膜交联温度高,强度低,对固体表面粘附性差,限制了应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有的聚氨酯防水涂料的不足,提供一种采用嵌段共聚改性法,使用聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚醚单元醇与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)聚合反应,形成含-Si-O-结构的聚氨酯预聚体,再与交联组分B组分反应交联成膜的双组份聚氨酯防水涂料及其制备方法。并在体系中添加石油树脂,氯化石蜡,得到一种弹性高、延伸性大、粘结力强、能适应基层微量变化,耐腐蚀、耐候性、耐老化、无污染、抗沾污、耐磨性的环保型聚氨酯防水涂料。
一种有机硅改性双组份氨酯防防水涂料制备方法其原料组成的重量比如下。
A 组份按重量比由以下组份组成:
原料名称 重量比
聚二甲基硅氧烷 80 ~150 份
聚醚二元醇 200 ~ 450 份
聚醚三元醇 80 ~ 150 份
甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI) 80 ~ 150 份
稳定剂 1份
B组份按重量比由以下组份组成:

聚醚二元醇 50 ~ 150 份
MOCA 20 ~ 80 份
氯化石蜡 50 ~ 150 份
石油树脂 150 ~ 300 份
滑石粉 100 ~ 150 份
重质碳酸钙 80 ~ 150 份
触变剂 0.2~0.6 份
防沉剂 2 ~ 5 份
金属羧酸盐催化剂 0.3~0.6 份
其它 10 份
生产工艺工程:
A组分的制备:
(1)将聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚醚二元醇、聚醚三元醇、稳定剂加入到反应釜中
(2)升温至80℃~100℃并开始搅拌
(3)抽真空脱水脱气1h~2h
(4)当温度降到60℃以下时,加入甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)98 份
(5)原料在70℃~90℃下反应2h~3h后抽真空脱气,冷却至室温,便得到A组分—有机硅聚氨酯预聚体
B组分的制备:
(1)将聚醚二元醇、氯化石蜡、石油树脂加入反应釜内慢慢升温至80℃搅拌
(2)高速搅拌下慢慢加入MOCA,待交联剂溶解后,再加入滑石粉、重质碳酸钙、防沉剂
(3)温度升到120℃时,真空脱水1h~2h
(4)温度降到60℃以下时,加入触变剂、金属羧酸盐催化剂
(5)冷却至室温即得B组分。
具体实施方式
A 组份按重量比由以下组份:

聚二甲基硅氧烷 110 份
聚醚二元醇 350 份
聚醚三元醇 120 份
甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI) 98 份
稳定剂 1份
A组分的制备:
(1)将聚二甲基硅氧烷110份、聚醚二元醇350份、聚醚三元醇120份、稳定剂1份加入到反应釜中
(2)升温至80℃~100℃并开始搅拌
(3)抽真空脱水脱气1h~2h
(4)当温度降到60℃以下时,加入甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)98 份
(5)原料在70℃~90℃下反应2h~3h后抽真空脱气,冷却至室温,便得到A组分—有机硅聚氨酯预聚体
B组份按重量比由以下组份:

聚醚二元醇 60 份
MOCA 50 份
氯化石蜡 90 份
石油树脂 240 份
滑石粉 100 份
重质碳酸钙 150 份
触变剂 0.3 份
防沉剂 4 份
金属羧酸盐催化剂 0.4 份
其它 10份
B组分的制备:
(1)将聚醚二元醇60 份、氯化石蜡90份、石油树脂240 份加入反应釜内慢慢升温至80℃搅拌
(2)高速搅拌下慢慢加入交联剂MOCA 50 份,待交联剂溶解后,再加入滑石粉100 份、重质碳酸钙150 份、防沉剂4 份
(3)温度升到120℃时,真空脱水1h~2h
(4)温度降到60℃以下时,加入触变剂0.3 份、金属羧酸盐催化剂0.4 份
(5)冷却至室温即得B组分
使用方法:将A组分与B组分按1:2.5的比例充分混合后,涂刷于防水基层表面,涂膜厚度按具体施工要求。
Claims (4)
1.一种有机硅改性双组份聚氨酯防水涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
制备预聚体:将聚二甲基硅氧烷、低聚物多元醇和多异氰酸酯按比例在80~85℃温度下在反应釜中搅拌3小时,得到预聚体;制备固化剂:将低聚物多元醇,交联剂按照配比量90~100℃下在反应釜中搅拌30min,待交联剂充分融化,混合均匀之后开始抽真空3h,并降温至60~70℃,按比例加入改性剂、催化剂以及填料充分搅拌1h,得到固化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种有机硅改性双组份聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述预聚体原料中,采用嵌段共聚改性法,使用聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚醚单元醇与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)聚合反应,形成含-Si-O-结构的聚氨酯预聚体。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种有机硅改性双组份聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述固化剂原料中,低聚物多元醇为聚醚,交联剂为莫卡(MOCA)。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种有机硅改性双组份聚氨酯防水涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述固化剂原料中,采用氯化石蜡、石油树脂的一种或几种的混合。
