Abstract
本申请涉及一种中药益肾散处方及制备工艺，依超声波法灭菌、破壁、萃取。极大限度的提取了药物中有效成份，充分保存了中药原生态的生物学特性。优于传统煎、熬的医疗服用方法。工艺流程：中药净化、风选、除杂、称重→加溶媒→磨浆→超声波灭菌、破壁、萃取→浓缩除醇→微波干燥→菌检→包装。

属于中国中药生物科技领域，依物理超声波法产出。
背景技术：
本产品依隋唐时期，中药方剂八法，即补法而制备。对肾功能不全及肾衰有明显疗效。
发明内容：
巴戟天10％，熟地10％，大腹皮10％，茯苓10％，鹿角胶5％，陈皮7％，白桑皮10％，肉桂10％，汉防己5％，葫芦巴5％,生甘草5％，锁阳10％,地肤子3％。
主治：
肾阳虚排尿困难、肾功能低下、肾衰症侯者。、
功能：
温补肾阳、利尿通淋。
服用方法：
每日两次，每次10克，1％淡盐水送服。
工艺流程：
中药风选、除杂，净化称重→加七倍药重的去离子水及总重量的1％高纯度的医用乙醇浸泡30min→浸后药液投入胶体磨，磨浆后中药纤维在5µm→磨浆药液投入匀浆机，转数为15r/min,时间为30min，温度为40℃→充分匀浆后药液投入超声波中药提取机灭菌、破壁、萃取，在有效压力80Mpa—450 Mpa间选用80 Mpa，有效温度30℃—120℃中选用48℃，频率25KHz，时间40min，得提取液→提取液投入动态循环低温浓缩器，浓缩温度45℃，得浓缩液→浓缩液脱醇→得脱醇浓缩液后投入微波干燥机，在有效温度30℃—120℃间选用最佳温度48℃，时间40min，得益肾制干粉→菌检→包装。
Claims (4)
1.一种中药益肾散处方，巴戟天10％，熟地10％，大腹皮10％，茯苓10％，鹿角胶5％，陈皮7％，白桑皮10％，肉桂10％，汉防己5％，葫芦巴5％,生甘草5％，锁阳10％,地肤子3％。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的中药益肾散处方的工艺，将药物风选、除杂，净化称重→加七倍药重的去离子水及总重量的1％高纯度的医用乙醇浸泡30min→浸后药液投入胶体磨，磨浆后中药纤维在5µm→磨浆药液投入匀浆机，转数为15r/min,时间为30min，温度为40℃→充分匀浆后药液投入超声波中药提取机灭菌、破壁、萃取，在有效压力80Mpa—450 Mpa间选用80 Mpa，有效温度30℃—120℃中选用48℃，频率25KHz，时间40min，得提取液→提取液投入动态循环低温浓缩器，浓缩温度45℃，得浓缩液→浓缩液脱醇→得脱醇浓缩液后投入微波干燥机，在有效温度30℃—120℃间选用最佳温度48℃，时间40min，得益肾制干粉→菌检→包装。
3.凡用本发明制剂基本配方而改变工艺路线或改超声波提取为原始的传统方法煮煎制备的都将落入权利要求范围内。
4.凡用本发明制剂基本配方而改变制剂方案的，如丸、散、膏、丹等都将落入权利要求范围内。
