Abstract
本发明公开了用于生产生态优质猪肉的杂交方法,包括以下步骤:将杜洛克猪公猪分别与八眉猪母猪和东北民猪母猪配种,得到杜×八猪F1代公猪和母猪及杜×民猪公猪和母猪;将杜×八猪F1代公猪与杜×民猪母猪配种,将杜×八猪F1代母猪与杜×民猪公猪配种,得到的F2代即为商品优质肉猪F2;并提供了其专用饲料及制备方法。本发明涉及育肥猪阶段专用的氨基酸平衡模式下的低蛋白营养饲料方案及其对应的优质猪肉生产杂交模式,其采用特殊组合的土洋结合三元杂交,充分利用杂种优势,育肥猪饲养过程中饲喂优化营养饲料,制作程序完整,配方设计合理,采用原料新颖,绿色环保,该饲料不影响猪的生产性能,能改善育肥猪肉色和保水性能,提高养殖户的经济效益。

本发明涉及畜类肉质生产技术领域,具体涉及一种用于生产生态优质猪肉的杂交方法及其专用的猪饲料。
背景技术
八眉猪又称泾川猪或西猪,在我国西北地区分布很广,头较狭长,耳大下垂,因额部有纵行“八”字皱纹而命名,被毛为黑色。具有适应性强、耐粗饲、产子多及性状遗传稳定等优点,是在高原地区经长期自然和人工选择而形成的地方猪种。但八眉猪存在发育缓慢,后躯发育差,皮厚、瘦肉率低等缺点。八眉猪的肉质较好,肉色鲜红,肌肉呈大理石纹状,鲜嫩,味香,胴体瘦肉含蛋白质22.56%,眼肌的pH值为6.71,是一个良好的杂交母本品种,与国内外优良品种公猪杂交,具有较好的配合力。东北民猪属于华北猪种,全身被毛为黑色,体质强健,头中等大小,具有肉质好、抗寒性强和繁殖性能好等优点。肉质坚实,大理石纹分布均匀,肉色鲜红,色香味俱全,产子数多、抗病强、耐粗饲和杂交效果显著。但是东北民猪瘦肉率低和增肉速度慢,难以满足人们对猪肉数量的要求。杜洛克猪原产于美国,属于瘦肉型品种,全身被毛为红棕色,具有生长速度快,饲料报酬高,胴体品质好,眼肌面积大和瘦肉率高等优点。作为我国目前出口猪的常用终端父本,其产肉能力和肉质均具有良好的竞争力。
饲料是养殖业的基础,通过不同饲料原料的最优组合来满足生长猪的营养需求,对于生产优质的猪肉尤为重要。由于蛋白质资源的不足与晶体氨基酸的出现,氨基酸平衡低蛋白日粮的研究是必要而且可行的,在平衡赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸和色氨酸的同时适当降低猪日粮蛋白质水平,能显著提高氮的利用效率及降低尿氮的排放。饲料原料中干、湿料相结合,确保猪只可以采食到新鲜饲料,减少饲料酸化变质,提高饲料的利用率,并且减少呼吸道疾病。构树属于桑科构树属,为我国分布广泛的乡土树种,构树叶安全无毒,可供饲料和保健食品之用,可作为优质的饲料原料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种用于生产生态优质猪肉的杂交方法及其专用的猪饲料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种用于生产生态优质猪肉的杂交方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将杜洛克猪公猪与八眉猪母猪配种,得到杜八猪F1代公猪和杜八猪F1代母猪;
2)将杜洛克猪公猪与东北民猪母猪配种,得到杜民猪公猪和杜民猪母猪;
3)将步骤1)得到的杜八猪F1代公猪与步骤2)得到的杜×民猪母猪配种,得到的F2代即为商品优质肉猪F2;
4)将步骤1)得到的杜八猪F1代母猪与步骤2)得到的杜×民猪公猪配种,得到的F2代即为商品优质肉猪F2。
杂交方法为一种特殊组合的土洋结合三元杂交模式,如图1所示。
进一步的,上述的一种用于生产生态优质猪肉的杂交方法,所述杜洛克猪的毛色选择为红棕色,所述八眉猪的毛色选择为黑色,东北民猪的毛色选择为黑色。
进一步的,上述的一种用于生产生态优质猪肉的杂交方法,所述杜洛克猪公猪选择为8月龄以上,体重100kg以上;所述八眉猪母猪选择6.5月龄,体重75kg以上;所述东北民猪母猪选择为8月龄,体重50kg以上。
本发明的第二个目的是提供了上述杂交方法专用的猪饲料,是由按照重量份计的以下原料制备得到的:玉米5500~6500份,构树发酵饲料300~600份,脱脂米糠300~500份,大豆粕1500~1800份,膨化亚麻子200~300份,桑叶粉200~400份,玉米胚芽粕300~600份,玉米全干酒糟200~400份,石粉120~150份,0.5%育肥猪用复合多维和复合多矿50份,甘草粉50~100份,大豆油150~200份,饲料级氯化钠30~50份,地顶孢霉培养物15~25份,磷酸氢钙80~120份,包膜半胱胺30~60份,吡啶甲酸铬10~20份,麦饭石300~500份,赖氨酸45~55份,蛋氨酸7~9份,苏氨酸16~20份,色氨酸4~6份,缬氨酸0~25份,谷氨酸钠15~90份,蛋白酶K 2~6份,乳糖酶2~3份,复合有机铁合剂3~5份,鲜胡萝卜300~500份,鲜甜菜根200~300份,乙级以下的枸杞100~200份,红枣泥200~300份。

b)对步骤a)得到的构树枝叶通过挤压离心方式脱水,保证构树叶水分含量在40.0%以下;
c)将发酵原料中配比量的糖蜜、红糖用30~40℃的温水溶解搅拌均匀,加入发酵菌合剂混匀,再加入配比量的粉碎并脱水后的构树枝叶、小麦麸皮、玉米粉和玉米蛋白粉,控制最终含水量为30.0~40.0%,装入密封袋,生料密封发酵,存放发酵温度控制在20~30℃,发酵7天,即可得到构树发酵饲料。

本发明的有益效果为:
本发明选取红棕色的杜洛克猪个体作为父本,以黑色的八眉猪和东北民猪个体为母本,采用特殊组合的土洋结合三元杂交模式,通过两个不同阶段对所产后代进行培育,杂交选育后的商品优质肉猪F2代具有较好的杂种优势,既保留了本地猪种繁殖性能好、适应性强、耐粗饲和肉质优良的优势,又具有国外品种生长速度快和瘦肉率高等特点。
构树发酵饲料是一种利用乳酸菌、酵母菌和枯草芽孢杆菌等有益微生物对构树叶进行厌氧发酵,提高饲料原料营养物质的利用率,钝化抗营养因子,同时有益微生物大量繁殖、富集,功能性初级、次级代谢产物大量生成的一种新型发酵生物饲料。此外,在饲料营养方案中添加同属于桑科的饲用桑叶粉,能够改善猪肉品质;包膜半胱胺能够提高猪的生长性能,增加猪肉中硒的含量,改善胴体品质;胡萝卜中富含丰富的脂溶性维生素A,对动物的生长、健康、发育及繁殖等有重要作用;吡啶甲酸铬具有抗应激的作用,能够提高猪肉的抗氧化能力;甘草粉、枸杞等中草药特色原料不仅可以提高育肥猪的生长性能和免疫功能,降低育肥猪的腹泻率,而且能够改善育肥猪的肉品质。本发明的饲料营养方案,由豆粕、玉米和其他原料以一定的比例混合加工而成,既富含猪生长所需的各类营养元素而且无抗生素残留,绿色环保,在最大程度上钝化了饲料原料中的抗营养因子,保证猪在生长肥育阶段的营养供给,使养殖效益达到最大化,提高饲料的利用率,制备过程简单,在缩短生长周期的同时,又可以保证猪肉品质,而且不会影响消费者的健康。
本发明选取毛色不同的三个猪品种,通过特殊组合的土洋结合三元杂交模式,在饲养阶段饲喂优质饲料,获得商品优质肉猪,生产生态优质猪肉,满足消费者的需求。
本发明提供的一种用于生产生态优质猪肉的杂交方法及其专用的猪饲料,培育品种和饲料营养方案达到最优化,其配方合理,成本合算,低能环保,生长育肥效果明显,黑猪肉肉质优良,风味好。

实施例2:
1、试验材料与设计:
在甘肃临洮黑司令生态养猪场,随机选择60头生长状况和健康水平相同、体重大小相差不超过2kg的特殊组合的土洋结合三元杂交猪[(杜洛克猪♂×八眉猪♀)×(杜洛克♂×东北民猪♀)]进行育肥试验,分为对照组和试验组,每组30头,每组2个重复,每个重复15头猪。对照组饲喂某合资公司生产的肥育猪151#浓缩饲料(20.00%151#、70.00%玉米、5.00%次粉和5.00%小麦麸皮),试验组饲喂添加了本发明所述的饲料产品。两组采用同样的饲养管理方法直至出栏,经过56d的饲喂,测定其生长性能,在屠宰后对其胴体性状和肌肉品质等进行感官和理化检验。
2、检测指标及方法:
①生长性能:将试验猪于试验开始前一天空腹24h称重(始重),并于试验最后一天也空腹24h称重(末重),然后计算平均日增重。每天记录各组试验猪的采食量,试验结束后计算平均日采食量和料肉比。
②胴体性状:按NY/T825-2004猪胴体性状测定技术规范测定胴体重、左半胴体3点(肩部、胸部、腰部)平均背膘厚和眼肌面积。
③肉质品质:按NY/T821-2004猪肌肉品质测定技术规范取倒数第3胸椎至第4腰椎处背最长肌肉样,用以测定肉色、pH值(宰后45min和24h)、失水率、熟肉率、滴水损失和肌肉嫩度及氨基酸含量。一般来说,pH45min≤5.8,并且肉样中伴有灰白色和大量渗出液,可判定为PSE猪肉。
④数据处理:试验数据采用Microsoft Excel 2007和SPSS 18.0软件对试验数据进行整理、方差分析和多重比较,试验结果均以“平均值±标准差”表示。
3、试验结果与分析:
表1显示为饲料营养方案对育肥猪生长性能的影响。其中,同行数据无肩注或肩注相同字母表示差异不显著(P>0.05),相邻字母表示差异显著(P<0.05),相隔字母表示差异极显著(P<0.01),下表同。

注:上标“1”为必需氨基酸;上标“2”为主要鲜味氨基酸。
从上表1可见,与对照组相比,添加饲料营养方案后试验组末重和平均日增重分别显著提高了6.00%、11.59%(P<0.05),试验组平均日采食量和料肉比的变化均不显著(P>0.05);从上表2可见,经过56d的饲喂试验,与对照组相比,试验组眼肌面积、胴体重、屠宰率和平均背膘厚度差异均不显著(P>0.05);从上表3可见,与对照组相比,试验组失水率、剪切力变化差异显著,而熟肉率、滴水损失及肉色均不显著(P>0.05)。肉色介于3~4分之间为大众喜欢的颜色,也是猪肉正常的颜色。宰后胴体4℃条件下冷却24h后的pH值范围在5.3~5.7之间,本试验的结果显示,试验组pH的变化差异不显著(P>0.05);从上表4可见,试验中所测定了包括维持动物生命活动所需的必需氨基酸和肉类中的鲜味氨基酸共18种氨基酸,与对照组相比,试验组氨基酸总量显著增加了13.02%,差异显著(P<0.05);主要鲜味氨基酸总量增加了3.04%(P>0.05)。
4、结论
该发明专利以特殊组合的土洋结合三元杂交模式繁育为前提,在氨基酸平衡基础下,采用低蛋白日粮,添加由构树发酵饲料和中草药等配制而成的育肥猪饲料营养方案,能够保证土洋杂交猪的生产性能稳定,屠宰效果较好,尤其在肉质方面效果明显,改善了育肥猪的肉色和保水性能,能够很好的延缓猪肉酸度的下降,提高了养殖户的经济效益。
