Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动车自动离合混合动力驱动系统,包括一个内置有发电机以及发动机的发电发动机一体机,该发电发动机一体机具有一个相匹配使用的变速箱,该变速箱与发电发动机一体机在电机不工作时两者是分离状态的。本发明采用的是自动离合变速箱,只要不加速电机不转动,都是电机和变速箱是分离状态,滑行中无阻力电车省电,且具有水冷冷却的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动车领域,具体涉及一种电动车自动离合混合动力驱动系统。
背景技术
目前电动车四轮车在行驶中电机和变速箱,没分离开,在控制器没驱动时,轮子滑行反冲电流导致控制器故障,车辆的续航能力较差,而且散热性能差,无法持续形式,且过高的热量导致电动车的使用寿命大大降低,因此需要非常好的散热性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电动车自动离合混合动力驱动系统,解决了目前电动车四轮车的一些问题,解决了在行驶中电机和变速箱,没分离开,在控制器没驱动时,轮子滑行反冲电流导致控制器故障问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种电动车自动离合混合动力驱动系统,包括一个内置有发电机以及发动机的发电发动机一体机,该发电发动机一体机具有一个相匹配使用的变速箱,该变速箱与发电发动机一体机在电机不工作时两者是分离状态的。
作为优选的技术方案,所述变速箱为双自动离合器,电机和发动机同时转动时,它们是互相推动同步正常运行的。
作为优选的技术方案,还包括一水冷电机,水冷电机连接变速箱,水冷电机具有一套水冷系统。
作为优选的技术方案,所述水冷系统包括一水冷控制器、储存水壶以及一散热水箱,储存水壶的输出端连接水冷电机的输入端,水冷电机的蔬菜端连接储存水壶的输入端,所述散热水箱的输入输出端分别连接储存水壶。
作为优选的技术方案,所述水冷控制器控制水冷电机以及设置于储存水壶与水冷控制器之间的循环泵的开关。
作为优选的技术方案,发电发动机一体机具有一个独立的整流桥,通过整流桥设置有一个控制发动机开关用的发动机启动器。
本发明的有益效果是:一、采用的是自动离合变速箱只要不加速电机不转动,都是电机和变速箱是分离状态,滑行中无阻力电车省电;
二、燃油发动机发电一体机驱动时可以发电,可以把电回收,使用方式是在电机转动行驶时,启动燃油发动机一体发电机,由于变速箱采用双自动离合器,电机和发动机同时转动时,它们是互相推动同步正常运行,它的优势滑行更远给你电车增加了里程,无反冲电流,发动机一体发电机,给电车增加了额外的动力里程,又不影响电机和发电发动机相冲突。

如图1所示,包括一个内置有发电机以及发动机的发电发动机一体机,该发电发动机一体机具有一个相匹配使用的变速箱,该变速箱与发电发动机一体机在电机不工作时两者是分离状态的。
其中,变速箱为双自动离合器,电机和发动机同时转动时,它们是互相推动同步正常运行的。由于变速箱采用双自动离合器,电机和发动机同时转动时,它们是互相推动同步正常运行,它的优势滑行更远给你电车增加了里程,无反冲电流,发动机一体发电机,给电车增加了额外的动力里程,又不影响电机和发电发动机相冲突。
还包括一水冷电机,水冷电机连接变速箱,水冷电机具有一套水冷系统,水冷系统包括一水冷控制器、储存水壶以及一散热水箱,储存水壶的输出端连接水冷电机的输入端,水冷电机的蔬菜端连接储存水壶的输入端,所述散热水箱的输入输出端分别连接储存水壶。通过水冷系统给整个电机实现实时降温,增加整体的散热性能,使得电动车持续散热。
其中,水冷控制器控制水冷电机以及设置于储存水壶与水冷控制器之间的循环泵的开关。
发电发动机一体机具有一个独立的整流桥,通过整流桥设置有一个控制发动机开关用的发动机启动器。
本发明的有益效果是:一、采用的是自动离合变速箱只要不加速电机不转动,都是电机和变速箱是分离状态,滑行中无阻力电车省电;

1.一种电动车自动离合混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于:包括一个内置有发电机以及发动机的发电发动机一体机,该发电发动机一体机具有一个相匹配使用的变速箱,该变速箱与发电发动机一体机在电机不工作时两者是分离状态的。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动车自动离合混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于:所述变速箱为双自动离合器,电机和发动机同时转动时,它们是互相推动同步正常运行的。
3.如权利要求1所述的电动车自动离合混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于:还包括一水冷电机,水冷电机连接变速箱,水冷电机具有一套水冷系统。
4.如权利要求3所述的电动车自动离合混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于:所述水冷系统包括一水冷控制器、储存水壶以及一散热水箱,储存水壶的输出端连接水冷电机的输入端,水冷电机的蔬菜端连接储存水壶的输入端,所述散热水箱的输入输出端分别连接储存水壶。
5.如权利要求4所述的电动车自动离合混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于:所述水冷控制器控制水冷电机以及设置于储存水壶与水冷控制器之间的循环泵的开关。
6.如权利要求1所述的电动车自动离合混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于:发电发动机一体机具有一个独立的整流桥,通过整流桥设置有一个控制发动机开关用的发动机启动器发电发动机运行时也在驱动变速箱运行同时也在发电。
