Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of novel tobaccos, and particularly relates to a cigarette structure of a heating nonflammable cigarette.
Background
The main characteristic of the heating non-burning type cigarette is that the heating temperature of the non-burning type cigarette is lower than 350 ℃, and only a small amount of second-hand smoke is generated in the heating process, so that the attention of various large tobacco companies in China and abroad is obtained, and the heating process becomes a hot spot of current research.
The existing smoking articles of the heated non-combustible cigarettes are divided into cut tobacco type and sheet type, cut tobacco type fillers are cut tobacco or cut tobacco stems, and the conventional cigarette technology is adopted, and the cut tobacco type fillers are formed by a cigarette machine; the sheet filler is tobacco sheet, and is prepared into sheet filaments by adopting a composite technology, and the sheet filaments are formed by a multi-element chewing rod composite tipping machine. The current filler of the cigarette smoke section is filiform due to the characteristics of the tobacco shred process and the flake process.
The conventional heating non-combustible cigarette heater is divided into two types of plug-in heating and non-plug-in wrapping heating, and the plug-in heating is performed in a mode of heating by inserting a pin-type or sheet-type heating body into a smoking article in a cigarette. Before sucking, the consumer first inserts the heating body into the cigarette, and the cut tobacco in the cigarette easily falls out and enters the heater. After smoking, the consumer can adhere the coked smoking article in the cigarette to the pin or sheet heater and become lodged in the heating cavity of the heater, resulting in a second puff with off-flavors and more harmful ingredient emissions. The retention of the smoking article also makes the second heating temperature transfer poor, while making cleaning extremely inconvenient, reducing user experience and product safety. Residues are accumulated in the heater for a long time, so that the heater is extremely easy to scale and damage, and the service life of the heater is reduced.
In addition, if the cigarette is a shredded cigarette or a cut stem heated non-combustible cigarette, the cigarette can only be applied to a needle type heating appliance or a wrapped type heating appliance, because when the blade type heating body is inserted into the cigarette, the smoke-producing product at the front end of the cigarette is easily pushed into the hollow section of the rear section of the smoke-producing product due to the large resistance, so that the hollow section is blocked, the smoke resistance of the cigarette is increased, and a consumer cannot suck the heated aerosol.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provides a cigarette structure special for heating non-combustible cigarettes by an inserted heating appliance.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the heating non-burning cigarette consists of a cylindrical hollow winding drum, a cleaning isolation sleeve arranged at the front end of the winding drum, a smoke product section and a cooling filtering section which are sequentially arranged in the winding drum, wherein the cleaning isolation sleeve covers the area of the cross section of the winding drum and is provided with a plurality of air inlets, and the thickness of the cleaning isolation sleeve is 3 mu m-3mm; one end of the smoke product section is tightly connected with the cleaning isolation sleeve, and the other end of the smoke product section is connected with the cooling filtering section; the cooling filtering section is formed by combining one or more of a limiting section, a temperature control section, a hollow section and a filtering and adsorbing section; the diameter of the smoking article section and the cooling filter section = the inner diameter of the drum.
Preferably, the cleaning isolation sleeve is made of a sheet flexible material, the cleaning isolation sleeve is wrapped and covered at the front end of the winding drum, and the part which is covered over the cross section area of the winding drum is folded and extruded and then is adhered to the wall of the front section of the winding drum through food glue to be tightly combined with the outer wall of the winding drum into a whole. When the cleaning isolation sleeve with the structure is selected, the outside of the winding drum is also wrapped with an attractive paper with the same length as the winding drum along the axial direction of the winding drum.
Preferably, the cleaning isolation sleeve is in a shape of a circular sheet, the diameter of the cleaning isolation sleeve=the outer diameter of the winding drum, and the cleaning isolation sleeve covers the winding drum and the end heads of the smoke product sections in a sticking mode.
Preferably, the cleaning isolation sleeve is of a round bottle cap-shaped structure sleeved at the front end of the winding drum, and the fastening edge part of the cleaning isolation sleeve is wrapped and meshed on the outer drum wall at the front end of the winding drum or is clamped in the inner drum wall at the front end of the winding drum.
The material of the winding drum material and the cleaning isolation sleeve is one of aluminum foil, a composite of aluminum foil and paper, plastic, silica gel, paper material, wood, metal and polylactic acid.
The smoke product segment is one or more of an elongated strip-shaped smoke product which is manufactured into a cylinder shape by paper rolls in advance and is arranged in an axial same sequence along the winding drum, a curved wire-shaped smoke product which is manufactured into a cylinder shape by paper rolls in advance and is arranged in a mixed sequence, and an irregular granular smoke product.
The limiting section is a cylinder prepared from one or more of ceramic, wood, silica gel, plastic, polylactic acid, acetate fiber, plant powder, metal or other plastic high-temperature resistant materials, at least 1 through-type aerosol passing opening is formed in the limiting section, the shape of the aerosol passing opening is one of a circle, an ellipse, a fusiform, a fan shape, a triangle and a 4-24 polygon, and the cross section area of the aerosol passing opening is 10% -95% of the cross section area of the limiting section.
The temperature control section is a cylinder formed by wrapping a plurality of strands of polylactic acid fibers or fibers with a heat absorption function by paper materials according to the axial direction of a winding drum, at least 1 hollow pipeline is also arranged in the cylinder in a penetrating way, a plurality of holes are formed in the pipe wall of the hollow pipeline, and the total cross section area of the hollow pipeline is 10-95% of the cross section area of the limiting control filtering unit; the filtering and adsorbing section is a cylinder formed by wrapping at least one of a plurality of strands of polylactic acid fibers, acetate fibers and wood pulp fibers by a paper material.
Preferably, the limit section is a spiral limit spring, the limit section is not adjacent to the hollow section, and the diameter of the limit spring is smaller than or equal to the inner diameter of the winding drum.
Preferably, the temperature control section is a cylindrical acetate fiber filter stick or a wood pulp fiber paper filter stick, polylactic acid powder or particles are uniformly added into the acetate fiber or the wood pulp fiber of the filter stick, and the particle size range of the polylactic acid powder or particles is 20-1200 meshes.
Preferably, the temperature control section is a spiral temperature control spring wrapped with polylactic acid fibers, and the diameter of the temperature control spring is smaller than or equal to the inner diameter of the winding drum.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the cleaning isolation sleeve is arranged, so that when a user inserts the heating body into the cigarette, tobacco shreds do not fall out, and meanwhile, tiny parts in the smoking article cannot fall into the heater in the heating process, so that the cleaning in the heater is ensured.
2. The thickness of the cleaning isolation sleeve is 3 mu m at the minimum, and the cleaning isolation sleeve is made of flexible materials, so that a consumer can easily puncture the cleaning isolation sleeve through the heating body when using the cleaning isolation sleeve, and the cleaning isolation sleeve is extremely convenient to use.
3. Due to the cleaning isolation sleeve, when a consumer pulls out the heating body after sucking, the cleaning isolation sleeve can isolate the coked fuming product adhered and stuck on the heating body, so that the heater is ensured to be kept clean after being used each time.
4. According to the invention, by arranging the limiting section, the problem that the heating effect is affected due to insufficient contact between the heating body and the smoking article caused by extruding the smoking article (particularly the coiled wire-shaped smoking article) in the winding drum into the rear section of the cigarette when the heating body (particularly the blade-type heating body) is inserted into the cigarette can be well prevented, and the problem that the aerosol channel is blocked due to extrusion deformation of the smoking article can be effectively relieved. Meanwhile, the limiting section is provided with a plurality of holes, so that the position of the smoking article can be limited, and meanwhile, the gas mist can be effectively conveyed, and the design is quite reasonable.
5. According to the invention, the temperature control section is arranged, so that the hollow pipeline can not deform when the polylactic acid fiber blocks part of the aerosol channels due to deformation caused by heat absorption due to the characteristics of the hollow pipeline, and the function of normally conveying the aerosol can be achieved. Therefore, the temperature of the aerosol can be effectively controlled and reduced, and the problem that the aerosol channel is blocked by the thermal deformation of the polylactic acid fiber is solved.
6. According to the invention, the temperature of the aerosol in the central part of the cigarette is effectively reduced by arranging the holes on the pipe wall of the hollow pipeline in the temperature control section. When the heated aerosol with heat is transferred to the rear section (sucking end) of the cigarette through the limiting section, the heat in the aerosol near the side wall of the winding drum in the cigarette is absorbed by the heat absorbing fiber on the temperature control section at the corresponding position in the cigarette, meanwhile, the fiber gradually deforms to block part of the aerosol channel, and when the hotter aerosol which is not contacted with the heat absorbing fiber in the central part of the cigarette passes through the hollow pipeline, the heat energy in the aerosol is continuously absorbed by the heat absorbing fiber at the position corresponding to the opening on the pipe wall, so that the cooled aerosol can be normally continuously transferred to the sucking end of the cigarette through the pipeline.
7. The invention mainly cooperates with the temperature control section to jointly reduce the temperature of the aerosol by arranging the hollow section. Meanwhile, the unit which can be flexibly arranged at the rear section of the cigarette can not only play a role in cooling, but also have the roles of reducing suction resistance, dredging aerosol and providing a movable space for a limiting section or a temperature control section.
8. When the limit section adopts the limit spring made of metal materials, relatively more smoke heat energy can be absorbed by adjusting the density of the spiral ring of the limit spring, and the limit section has a limit function. The limit spring has elasticity, so that the pressure of pushing the heating body to the rear section of the cigarette, which is generated when the heating body is inserted into the smoking article, can be absorbed, and the smoking article is not extruded, deformed and accumulated together to cause poor contact with the heating body or partially block the smoke passage. When the heating body is inserted in place, its rebound force will cause the smoking article (in particular the tobacco thread) pressed to be displaced towards the rear section to be pushed back into position, thereby maintaining good contact with the heating body.
9. When the temperature control section adopts a metal spiral spring wrapped with polylactic acid fibers or other heat absorption fibers, the inside of the spring is a hollow channel, so that the aerosol can be effectively conveyed, and meanwhile, when the aerosol passes through the spiral spring cooling section, the heat in the aerosol can be absorbed by the polylactic acid fibers and the metal materials at the same time, and the corresponding aerosol heat can be absorbed by adjusting the diameter and the length of the spiral spring and the density of the polylactic acid fibers wrapped on the spiral spring according to the needs, so that the temperature control section is a scientific and effective temperature control means.
10. When the acetate fiber filter stick with the polylactic acid powder or particles uniformly added is adopted in the temperature control section, when the hotter aerosol passes through the section, the heat in the aerosol is preferentially absorbed by the polylactic acid powder in the acetate fiber, and the polylactic acid powder generates phase transition to gradually melt and deform when absorbing heat energy, but the acetate fiber cannot deform and still can keep good aerosol trafficability, so that the normal flow of the smoke can be ensured while the temperature of the smoke is reduced, and the conveying channel of the smoke cannot be blocked.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited by the examples.
Example 1
A heated non-combustible cigarette is prepared by making a paper roll with thickness of 0.3mm into a cylindrical hollow roll with length of 45mm and diameter of 7.1mm. Firstly, placing a smoke product section and a cooling filter section in a winding drum in sequence, wherein the first section is a smoke product section formed by filling microwave expansion tobacco stem particles from one end (the front end of a cigarette) inserted into a heating body, and the length of the first section is 12mm; the second section is a cylindrical limit section made of high-temperature-resistant ABS material, the length of the limit section is 3mm, 7 circular aerosol passing holes are formed in the limit section along the axial direction of the smoke shaft, one of the limit section is a large open hole, the aperture is 2mm, 6 small holes are formed in the periphery in a surrounding mode, and each diameter is 1mm; the third section is a temperature control section made of acetate fiber filter sticks added with polylactic acid particles, the length is 15mm, the particle size of the polylactic acid particles is 80-100 meshes, the fourth section is a hollow section, and the length is 9mm; the fifth section is a filtering and adsorbing section (the rear end of a cigarette) which is rolled into cylindrical acetate fiber, and the length of the filtering and adsorbing section is 6mm. The method comprises the steps of pre-die-cutting an aluminum foil with the thickness of 10 mu m into a disc-shaped isolation cleaning sleeve with the diameter of 25mm, arranging 30 circular air inlets within the diameter range of 7mm in the center of the isolation cleaning sleeve, covering the front end face of a cigarette with the diameter of 0.1mm, overlapping the circular opening of the cross section of the front section of the cigarette with the position of a central opening, folding the redundant part of the disc exceeding the cross section of the cigarette, wrapping the folded part on the wall of the outer cylinder of the front section of the cigarette coated with glue in advance, and tightly attaching the folded part with the wall of the outer cylinder in a mode of extrusion tightening of a grinding tool; finally, wrapping the roll by glue along the axial direction of the roll by using tipping paper (aesthetic paper) for a conventional cigarette with the thickness of 0.1mm, wherein the length of the tipping paper is consistent with that of the roll.
Example 2
A heated non-combustible cigarette is prepared by grinding PP plastic into cylindrical hollow roller with thickness of 0.1mm, length of 48mm and diameter of 7mm. Firstly, placing a smoke product section and a cooling filter section in a winding drum in sequence, and starting from one end (the front end of a cigarette) inserted into a heating body, wherein the first section is an elongated strip-shaped plant sheet smoke product section which is manufactured into a cylinder shape by a paper roll in advance and is arranged in an axial and same sequence along the winding drum, and the length of the elongated strip-shaped plant sheet smoke product section is 13mm; the second section is a cylindrical limit section made of acetate fiber, the length is 7mm, the center of the limit section is provided with 1 circular aerosol passing hole along the axial direction of the cigarette, and the aperture is 4mm; the third section is a temperature control section, the length is 20mm, the temperature control section is a cylinder formed by wrapping a plurality of strands of polylactic acid fibers by paper materials according to the axial direction of a winding drum, a hollow pipeline with the diameter of 3mm is also arranged in the cylinder in a penetrating way, and a plurality of holes are formed in the wall of the hollow pipeline; the fourth section is a filtering and adsorbing section (the rear end of a cigarette) which is rolled into cylindrical acetate fiber, and the length of the filtering and adsorbing section is 8mm. The method comprises the steps of preparing a round bottle cap-shaped isolation cleaning sleeve from a high-temperature resistant silica gel material in advance, wherein the diameter of the isolation cleaning sleeve is 7mm, the length of the isolation cleaning sleeve is 8mm, the thickness of the isolation cleaning sleeve is 0.3mm, the edge of the isolation cleaning sleeve is 0.5mm, 20 round air inlets are formed in the cover surface of the bottle cap, the diameter of each air inlet is 0.2mm, and the isolation cleaning sleeve is sleeved on the front end of a cigarette holder in a positioning extrusion mode; finally, a piece of conventional cigarette with a thickness of 0.2mm is wrapped with tipping paper (aesthetic paper) along the axial direction of the roll with glue to wrap the remainder of the roll without the cap.
Example 3
A heated non-combustible cigarette is prepared by making aluminum foil into cylindrical hollow roll with thickness of 0.3mm, length of 46mm, and diameter of 6.8mm. Firstly, placing a smoking article section and a cooling filter section in a winding drum in sequence, and starting from one end (the front end of a cigarette) inserted into a heating body, wherein the first section is an irregular granular smoking article section which is manufactured into a cylinder shape by a paper roll in advance and is arranged in a same sequence along the axial direction of the winding drum, and the length of the irregular granular smoking article section is 12mm; the second section is a cylindrical limit section made of ceramics, the length is 6mm, the center of the limit section is provided with 1 circular aerosol passing hole along the axial direction of the cigarette shaft, and the aperture is 2mm; the periphery of the round aerosol passing hole is also provided with 6 triangular aerosol passing holes; the third section is a temperature control section, the length is 18mm, the temperature control section is a cylinder formed by wrapping a plurality of strands of polylactic acid fibers by paper materials according to the axial direction of a winding drum, four hollow pipelines with the diameter of 2mm are also arranged in the cylinder in a penetrating manner, and a plurality of holes are formed in the pipe wall of the hollow pipeline; the fourth section is a hollow section with the length of 3mm, and the fifth section is a filtration and adsorption section (the rear end of a cigarette) which is rolled into cylindrical wood pulp fiber, and the length of the filtration and adsorption section is 7mm. The aluminum foil is made into a disc-shaped isolation cleaning sleeve, the diameter of the isolation cleaning sleeve is 6.8mm, the thickness of the isolation cleaning sleeve is 0.3mm, 30 circular air holes are formed in the isolation cleaning sleeve, the diameter of each air hole is 0.15mm, and the cleaning isolation sleeve is covered on the winding drum and the end heads of the smoke product sections in a pasting mode; finally, a piece of conventional cigarette with a thickness of 0.2mm is wrapped with tipping paper (aesthetic paper) along the axial direction of the roll with glue to wrap the remainder of the roll without the cap.
Example 4
A cigarette is prepared by heating polylactic acid to obtain cylindrical hollow roller with thickness of 0.03mm, length of 50mm, and inner diameter of 7.2mm. Firstly, placing a smoking article section and a cooling filter section in a winding drum in sequence, and starting from one end (the front end of a cigarette) inserted into a heating body, wherein the first section is an irregular granular smoking article section which is manufactured into a cylinder shape by a paper roll in advance and is arranged in a same sequence along the axial direction of the winding drum, and the length is 18mm; the second section is a spiral limit spring, the diameter of the limit spring is 7.2mm, and the length of the limit spring is 8mm; the third section is a temperature control section, the length is 10mm, the temperature control section is a cylinder formed by wrapping a plurality of strands of polylactic acid fibers by paper materials according to the axial direction of a winding drum, eight hollow pipelines with the diameter of 1.5mm are also arranged in the cylinder in a penetrating way, and a plurality of holes are formed in the pipe wall of the hollow pipeline; the fourth section is a hollow section with the length of 8mm, the fifth section is a filtering adsorption section (the rear end of a cigarette) made of wood pulp fiber rolled into a cylinder shape, and the length is 6mm. The method comprises the steps of manufacturing polylactic acid into a circular isolation cleaning sleeve, wherein the diameter of the isolation cleaning sleeve is 7.23mm, the thickness of the isolation cleaning sleeve is 0.03mm, 18 circular air holes are formed in the isolation cleaning sleeve, the diameter of each air hole is 0.2mm, and the cleaning isolation sleeve is covered on the winding drum and the end heads of the smoke product sections in a pasting mode; finally, a piece of conventional cigarette with a thickness of 0.2mm is wrapped with tipping paper (aesthetic paper) along the axial direction of the roll with glue to wrap the remainder of the roll without the cap.
Example 5
A heated non-combustible cigarette is prepared by making a cylindrical hollow roller with a thickness of 0.6mm and a length of 46mm and a roller diameter of 7mm from wooden material. Firstly, placing a smoke product section and a cooling filter section in a winding drum in sequence, wherein the first section is a smoke product section formed by filling microwave expansion tobacco stem particles from one end (the front end of a cigarette) inserted into a heating body, and the length of the first section is 12mm; the second section is a cylindrical limit section made of high-temperature-resistant metal material, the length of the limit section is 5mm, 4 square aerosol passing holes are axially formed in the limit section along the axis of the smoke shaft, and the side length of each aerosol passing hole is 2mm; the third section is a spiral temperature control spring wrapped with polylactic acid fibers, the diameter of the temperature control spring is 6mm, the length of the temperature control spring is 15mm, the particle size of polylactic acid particles is 80-100 meshes, the fourth section is a hollow section, and the length of the fourth section is 9mm; the fifth section is a filtering and adsorbing section (the rear end of the cigarette) made of rolled cylindrical acetate fiber and wood pulp fiber, and the length of the filtering and adsorbing section is 5mm. The method comprises the steps of pre-die-cutting a wooden material with the thickness of 0.6mm into a disc-shaped isolation cleaning sleeve with the diameter of 15mm, arranging 21 circular air inlets within the diameter range of 6.4mm in the center of the isolation cleaning sleeve, covering the isolation cleaning sleeve on the front end face of a cigarette, overlapping the position of a central opening with a circular opening of the cross section of the front section of the cigarette, folding the redundant part of the disc exceeding the cross section of the cigarette, wrapping the folded part on the outer cylinder wall of the front section of the cigarette coated with glue in advance, and tightly attaching the folded part with the outer cylinder wall in a mode of extrusion tightening of a grinding tool; finally, wrapping the roll by glue along the axial direction of the roll by using tipping paper (aesthetic paper) for a conventional cigarette with the thickness of 0.1mm, wherein the length of the tipping paper is consistent with that of the roll.
