tobacco and tobacco plant extracts: 0 to 20 percent; food gum: 1 to 12 percent; humectant: 30-70%; anticorrosive material: 0.1 to 0.5 percent; the tobacco essence and flavor: 0.5-15%; purified water: 5 to 25 percent; waterproof material: 0.1 to 0.5 percent; tobacco and plant extracts for cigarettes, which are commonly used in the tobacco industry, such as tobacco extracts, tobacco essential oil and tobacco powder, are well known cigarette additives in modern tobacco plant production, however, with technological progress, substances with corresponding smells, such as lotus plant extracts and dried orange peel plant extracts with lotus, tea and dried orange peel related smells, extracted from other plants or chemically synthesized, and the extracts are also made into tobacco powder to adjust the cigarette taste;
the food gum is one or more of gelatin, arabic gum, agar, carrageenan, pectin, xanthan gum, colloidal silicon dioxide, and beta-cyclodextrin; the food gum is also called as a thickening agent, and can play roles in emulsification and stabilization for the formation of gel;
the humectant is one or more of glycerol, propylene glycol and sorbitol; the moisture content of the tobacco and the postponed moisture content have very important significance for the quality of tobacco processing and tobacco products, the physical property of the tobacco can be improved, the moisture retention and moisture absorption capacity of the tobacco can be enhanced, the sensory quality of cigarettes can also be improved, the final presented state of the fuming gel is a gel state, and the moisture can be ensured not to be easily volatilized naturally by the humectant;
the preservative is one or a combination of more of potassium sorbate, sodium sulfite, sodium bisulfite, dehydroacetic acid and sodium salt thereof; in consideration of subsequent production and storage, the bacteria are prevented from being brought in during the preparation process, so that the preservative is added for corrosion prevention;
the waterproof material is one or a combination of more of hexadecanoic acid, ethyl palmitate and ethyl stearate; because the formed smoke gel is in a gel state, and the purpose of the smoke gel is to prevent the cigarette from mildewing due to the fact that moisture in the air is not absorbed, the waterproof material can prevent the moisture in the gel from naturally diffusing, can reduce the moisture absorption of the gel to the air, and fundamentally improves the storage capacity of the cigarette.
As a more preferable mixture ratio, the fuming gel can also comprise the following components in percentage by weight: tobacco and tobacco plant extracts: 5 to 10 percent; food gum: 6 to 10 percent; humectant: 40-70 percent; anticorrosive material: 0.05 to 0.2 percent; the tobacco essence and flavor: 0.5-15%; water: 5 to 25 percent; waterproof material: 0.1 to 0.3 percent.
In summary, the better and safer method for increasing the amount of smoke in the prior art is to spray glycerin or propylene glycol on the surface of the cut tobacco, but the glycerin or propylene glycol is liquid and can easily absorb moisture in the air, so that only a small amount of glycerin or propylene glycol can be sprayed on the surface during the use process. The liquid glycerin and the propylene glycol are prepared into solid gel, so that the problem that the cigarettes are mildewed due to small addition amount and easy moisture absorption can be solved.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the fuming gel, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 0-20% of tobacco and plant extract for tobacco, 5-10% of humectant and 0.1-0.5% of preservative according to the weight percentage, and uniformly stirring to obtain a component A;
(2) weighing 1-12% of food gum, 30-40% of humectant and 5-25% of purified water according to the weight percentage, and stirring in water bath to obtain a component B;
(3) (ii) a Adding the component A into the component B, and heating and stirring uniformly to obtain a component C; when the component C is cooled to 40-50 ℃, 0.5-15% of edible essence, 15-30% of humectant and 0.1-0.5% of waterproof material are weighed according to the weight percentage, and the mixture is filled into a mould to be molded after being uniformly stirred to obtain the fuming gel.
In the step (2), the conditions of water bath stirring are as follows: the water bath temperature is 60-80 ℃, the stirring speed is 300-500r/min, and the stirring time is 10-20 min; the dissolution speed is high when the water bath temperature is 60-80 ℃, the tobacco and tobacco plant extract and the humectant can be better and uniformly stirred in the step (3) of adding the component A into the component B and heating and uniformly stirring to obtain a component C, the heating and stirring temperature is 60-80 ℃, and the stirring speed is 300-; and stopping heating when the component A is completely added into the component B; in order to be capable of presenting gel shape, the gel is naturally formed at a lower temperature when the components are completely fused, but for better subsequent processing, the fluid which is not completely gel is required to be introduced into a mold for shape fixation, and the mold can be in the shape of cake, sphere, square and the like and can be cut into fuming gel with the thickness of 1-5 mm; because of the size limitation of the cigarette, the formed gel is generally cut into a cylindrical shape, please refer to fig. 1, the diameter of the formed gel is the diameter of the target cigarette, and the thickness of the formed gel is about 1-5 mm; the gel can be melted into liquid at the heating temperature of more than 60 ℃, and if cut tobacco is added into the cigarette, the gel can flow onto the cut tobacco after being melted, so that the fragrance is increased and the smoke amount is increased on the whole.
The invention also discloses a low-temperature cigarette with the fuming gel, wherein the cigarette paper is internally wrapped with a 4 bearing part and a 2 cooling part which are sequentially arranged, the other end of the 2 cooling part is connected with a 1 filter tip, the low-temperature cigarette also comprises 3 fuming gel, the fuming gel is prepared by the preparation method of the fuming gel, and two ends of the fuming gel are respectively connected with the bearing part and the cooling part; heating and melting the fuming gel to generate smoke;
because in the present use situation, the low-temperature smoke generally has two heating modes, one is an internal heating mode, namely a needle type internal heating smoking set; the other is a peripheral heating mode, and a sleeve type peripheral heating smoking set is adopted; the gel can be independently fuming, and the cut tobacco is not required, so that three forms of low-temperature tobacco products are correspondingly adopted;
referring to fig. 2, when one of the cut tobacco 41 and the cut tobacco sheet is used as the 4 bearing part to prevent the 3 fuming gel from falling, the 3 fuming gel flows onto the cut tobacco when being heated and melted, and can be independently fuming and mix with the cut tobacco to generate flavor.
Please refer to fig. 3, further comprising a 421 sealing portion abutting against the carrying portion to prevent the carrying portion from sliding; the bearing part is a plurality of 42 porous ceramic particles with the diameter of 0.5-1.5mm, and the sealing part is tinfoil paper or tipping paper; unlike tobacco shreds which can be contained directly in cigarette paper, 42 porous ceramic particles can greatly increase the rate of oil penetration and the amount of tobacco tar that can be stored. Therefore, the porous ceramic is used for guiding oil after the fuming gel is melted, and the defects of the traditional oil guiding medium can be effectively overcome.
Referring to fig. 4, the bearing part is food-grade tin foil paper or cigarette paper, and the smoking gel is half-wrapped by the food-grade tin foil paper or the cigarette paper directly as long as the smoking gel does not fall off; smoking and fragrance diffusion is now performed independently by the smoking gel.
The invention is illustrated by the following examples
Example 1
Preparation method of 100g homogeneous lotus leaf gel-like cigarette flavor fuming gel
(1) Accurately weighing 5g of lotus leaf powder (100 mesh sieve), 10g of lotus leaf distillate, 0.1g of potassium sorbate, 0.2g of ethyl palmitate, 0.3g of ethyl stearate and 10g of propylene glycol, and uniformly mixing to obtain a first component;
(2) accurately weighing 2g of gelatin, 3g of agar and 1g of colloidal silicon dioxide, adding 30g of glycerol and 23.4g of water, stirring in water bath at the water bath temperature of 80 ℃ and the stirring speed of 300r/min for 20min to obtain a second component;
(3) adding the component one into the component two; simultaneously weighing 5g of lotus leaf essence and 10g of glycerol, adding the mixture of the first component and the second component after cooling to about 40 ℃, stirring for 5min, and filling for preliminary molding;
(4) re-forming the preliminarily formed fuming gel into a cake shape to obtain the lotus leaf-fragrance-grid independent fuming gel, and accurately measuring the thickness of the fuming gel to be 3-5 mm for later use;
(5) and cutting the plant tobacco shred products with the length ratio of the fuming gel of about 3.5:6.5 into filaments, filling the plant tobacco shred products serving as a bearing part and the fuming gel between the bearing part and a cooling part, and adding a filter tip to prepare the test cigarette containing the independent fuming gel and the non-tobacco products.
Example 2
Preparation method of 100g homogeneous gel-like cigarette flavor fuming gel
(1) Accurately weighing 8g of tobacco distillate, 0.15g of potassium sorbate, 10g of propylene glycol, 0.15g of ethyl palmitate and 0.3g of ethyl stearate, and uniformly mixing to obtain a first component;
(2) weighing 3g of gelatin, 2g of agar and 5g of colloidal silicon dioxide, adding 30 parts of glycerol and 18.4 parts of water, stirring in water bath at the water bath temperature of 85 ℃ and the stirring speed of 400r/min for 15min to obtain a second component;
(3) adding the first component into the second component, simultaneously weighing 8g of edible essence and 15g of glycerol, adding the mixture of the first component and the second component after cooling to about 40 ℃, stirring for 5min, and filling for preliminary molding;
(4) re-forming the preliminarily formed fuming gel into a cake shape to obtain the independent fuming gel with the cigarette fragrance style, and accurately measuring the thickness of the cake-shaped fuming gel to be 3-5 mm for later use;
(5) taking a tobacco product (containing disordered tobacco leaves or paper-making process thin slices, ordered dry-process thin slices and ordered thick liquid process thin slices) with the length ratio of the fuming gel of about 3:7, filling a tobacco branch section at the lower end of the tobacco product and the fuming gel at the upper end, and sequentially adding a cooling part and a filter tip to prepare a test cigarette containing independent fuming gel and the tobacco product.
Example 3
Preparation method of fuming gel-porous ceramic particle low-temperature cigarette branch section
(1) Adding an alcohol solvent into porous ceramic particles with the diameter of 1-5mm, soaking for 24h, then soaking for 2h with clear water, and drying for later use;
(2) a blank tobacco pipe is taken, the bottom of the blank tobacco pipe is sealed and bonded by tipping paper, 0.4g of porous ceramic particles and the cake-shaped fuming gel in the embodiment 2 are added at one time, and a cooling layer and a filter stick are arranged to prepare the test cigarette.
Example 4
Preparation method of fuming gel-aluminum foil paper low-temperature cigarette branch section
(1) Accurately weighing 10g of tobacco and plant extract for tobacco (100 mesh sieve fraction), 0.2g of potassium sorbate, 10g of propylene glycol, 0.1g of ethyl palmitate and 0.3g of ethyl stearate, and uniformly mixing to obtain a first component;
(2) weighing 2g of gelatin, 3g of agar and 3g of colloidal silicon dioxide, adding 40g of glycerol and 11.4g of water, stirring in water bath at the water bath temperature of 90 ℃ and the stirring speed of 300r/min for 10min to obtain a second component;
(3) adding the first component into the second component, simultaneously weighing 10g of edible essence and 10g of glycerol, adding the mixture of the first component and the second component after cooling to about 40 ℃, stirring for 5min, and filling for preliminary molding;
(4) the fuming gel is made into a hemispherical shape, and the tin foil paper and the fuming gel are wrapped by half;
(5) and taking a blank smoke tube, perforating the periphery of the middle part of the smoke tube, and sequentially filling the cooling part and the filter stick to prepare the test cigarette.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) the fuming gel provided by the invention can be independently fuming and can generate fragrance, and the waterproof performance is good; the forms of low-temperature cigarette products are enriched;
(2) in the prior art, in order to improve the smoke volume and aroma of low-temperature cigarettes, an atomizing agent is added into a low-temperature cigarette carrier, so that the cigarettes are easy to mildew due to moisture regain;
(3) the invention can control the smoke amount and the fragrance amount by adjusting the adding and using amount of the fuming gel;
(4) the low-temperature cigarette with the gel prepared by the invention can be heated by using a needle type internal heating appliance and can also be heated by using an external heating smoking set, and is very convenient and design-friendly; the produced cigarette has purer fragrance, higher smoke concentration and less miscellaneous gas.
The above disclosure is only one or more specific embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and any variations that can be made by those skilled in the art are intended to fall within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The fuming gel is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
tobacco and tobacco plant extracts: 0 to 20 percent; food gum: 1 to 12 percent; humectant: 30-70%; anticorrosive material: 0.1 to 0.5 percent; the tobacco essence and flavor: 0.5-15%; purified water: 5 to 25 percent; waterproof material: 0.1 to 0.5 percent.
2. A smoking gel according to claim 1 wherein one more optimised component is: the paint consists of the following components in percentage by weight: tobacco and tobacco plant extracts: 8 to 15 percent; food gum: 6 to 10 percent; humectant: 50-60 percent; anticorrosive material: 0.1 to 0.2 percent; the tobacco essence and flavor: 5 to 10 percent; water: 11.4 to 23.4 percent; waterproof material: 0.4-0.5%.
3. A method of making a smoking gel, comprising the steps of:
(1) weighing 0-20% of tobacco and plant extract for tobacco, 5-10% of humectant and 0.1-0.5% of preservative according to the weight percentage, and uniformly stirring to obtain a component A;
(2) weighing 1-12% of food gum, 30-40% of humectant and 5-25% of purified water according to the weight percentage, and stirring in water bath to obtain a component B;
(3) (ii) a Adding the component A into the component B, and heating and stirring uniformly to obtain a component C; when the component C is cooled to 40-50 ℃, 0.5-15% of edible essence, 15-30% of humectant and 0.1-0.5% of waterproof material are weighed according to the weight percentage, and the mixture is filled into a mould to be molded after being uniformly stirred to obtain the fuming gel.
4. A process for the preparation of a fuming gel as claimed in claim 3, wherein in step (2), the conditions of water bath agitation are as follows: the water bath temperature is 60-80 ℃, the stirring speed is 300-500r/min, and the stirring time is 10-20 min.
5. The method for preparing a fuming gel as recited in claim 3, wherein in the step (3), the component A is added into the component B and heated and stirred uniformly to obtain the component C, the heating and stirring temperature is 60-80 ℃, and the stirring speed is 300-500 r/min; and when the component A is completely added into the component B, the heating is stopped and only the stirring is carried out.
6. A method of producing a smoking gel according to claim 3 wherein in step (3) the mould may be in the shape of a cake, sphere, square or the like and may be cut to a size of 1-5mm in thickness.
7. A low-temperature cigarette with a smoke generating gel is characterized by further comprising a smoke generating gel, wherein the smoke generating gel is prepared by the smoke generating gel preparation method according to any one of claims 3 to 6, and two ends of the smoke generating gel are respectively connected with the bearing part and the cooling part; the fuming gel is heated and melted to generate smoke.
8. The low temperature cigarette with a smoking gel of claim 7, wherein the carrier is one of cut tobacco, shredded tobacco lamina.
9. The low-temperature cigarette with smoking gel according to claim 7, further comprising a sealing part which is abutted against the bearing part to prevent the bearing part from sliding off; the bearing part is a plurality of porous ceramic particles with the diameter of 0.5-1.5mm, and the sealing part is tinfoil paper or tipping paper.
10. The low temperature cigarette with smoking gel of claim 7, wherein the carrier is food grade tinfoil or cigarette paper.
