C. preparation of protective liquid
Water, glycerol and propylene glycol according to a weight ratio of 80: 7: 22, uniformly mixing to obtain the protective solution;
D. fuming capsule dropping system

Sensory evaluation was also conducted using a currently marketed cigarette without combustion by heating using a tobacco sheet as a control sample, and the evaluation results are also shown in table 1.

The results of the panel test in Table 1 show that: the capsule containing smoke can well provide the smoke amount, the fragrance satisfaction and the physiological strength when the capsule containing smoke is heated and the cigarette is not combusted by using a central heating mode or a peripheral heating mode, has slightly better mouthfeel compared with the cigarette which is not combusted by heating and is sold and used by using tobacco sheets in the market, has comfortable mouthfeel and beautiful fragrance, and meets the psychological and physiological requirements of consumers.

Claims (10)

1. D. fuming capsule dropping system
And (4) dripping the capsule wall material liquid in the step (B) and the smoke agent core liquid in the step (A) into the protective liquid in the step (C) by using a capsule dripping device to obtain the smoke generating capsule.
4. The heated non-combustible tobacco rod of claim 1 or 2 wherein the flavoring is a tobacco, mint, floral, fruity or vinous flavoring; the alkaloid is nicotine, caffeine, nicotine, theophylline or arecoline.
5. The non-combustible heated tobacco rod of claim 3 wherein the epoxy oligomer is a mixture of 3, 4-epoxycyclohexyl-3 ', 4' -epoxycyclohexyl formate and bis- (3, 4-epoxycyclohexyl) adipate.
6. The non-combustible heated tobacco rod of claim 3 wherein the reactive diluent is one or more reactive diluents selected from the group consisting of 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylate, triacrylate, and pentaerythritol hexaacrylate; the photoinitiator is benzoin dimethyl ether, 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone or a mixture thereof.
7. The non-combustible heated tobacco rod of claim 1 wherein the ultraviolet light absorber is phenyl paraben, 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone or a mixture thereof.
8. The cigarette as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature control section is a cylinder formed by extrusion molding food grade silica gel, and having a solid middle part and gear-shaped periphery.
9. The heated nonflammable tobacco rod of claim 1, wherein said filter segment is a cellulose acetate filter rod, a polylactic acid filter rod or a mixture thereof.
10. The heated non-combustible tobacco rod of claim 1, wherein the circumference of the smoking section, the temperature regulating section and the filter section is 16-25 cm.
