The invention aims to provide a heated cigarette with a cooling section, and aims to solve the problems that the heated cigarette is complex in structural design, long in process, more in processing equipment and high in manufacturing cost, meanwhile, a large amount of aroma substances and atomizing agents are remained in a smoking section due to low temperature, smoking experience of the heated cigarette is different from that of a traditional heated cigarette, and the acceptance degree of a consumer on the heated cigarette is restricted.
In order to achieve the purpose, the method is realized by the following technical scheme:

The following embodiments are merely exemplary, and are not to be construed as limiting the technical aspects of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the application provides a three-stage low-temperature heating cigarette capable of improving aroma and concentration, which comprises a tobacco shred section 1, a temperature control section 2 and a filter stick section 3, wherein the temperature control section is positioned between the tobacco shred section and the filter stick section; the pressure difference is formed between the high pressure generated by the vaporization of the aroma substances in the tobacco shreds and the mouth end when the tobacco shreds are heated, and the smoke is taken out by suction; the temperature control section 2 is utilized to be provided with the temperature reduction hole 4 for reducing the suction resistance, and simultaneously, the Venturi phenomenon is formed, so that the smoke is better taken out.
The tobacco section is a part which is integrally heated by a heated body (the heated body refers to a heating cavity in a conventional smoking set), the tobacco is heated by the heated body to produce fragrance and fog, the length of the tobacco section is consistent with that of the heated body (the axial length of the heating cavity), the range is 10-50mm, the heating temperature of the heated body is 400-450 ℃, and the outlet temperature of the tobacco section is 180-220 ℃. The heating temperature of the heating body can be designed to be 400 ℃, 405 ℃, 410 ℃, 420 ℃, 425 ℃, 430 ℃, 435 ℃, 440 ℃, 445 ℃ or other temperatures in the range, so that the technical scheme of the application can be realized. The diameter of the cigarette is less than the diameter of the heating body by 0.3mm, so that better contact and sealing effects are achieved, heat loss is reduced, air enters a heating section during heating and suction, and harmful substances are reduced.
The temperature control section is the part which is not heated by a heating body, the temperature of the smoke passing through the temperature control section is reduced by utilizing the active carbon, the gel and the like with stronger cooling and adsorption effects, and meanwhile, the adsorbed spice in the temperature control section cooling material is heated to raise the temperature and release the fragrant substances, so that the fragrance amount and the concentration are further increased. The perfume is the perfume which is conventionally used at present, namely the technical scheme of the application can be realized.
The length of the temperature control section is 10-25mm, and the outlet temperature of the temperature control section is 70-80 ℃; drilling cooling holes on the cigarettes in the temperature control section, wherein the distance between the positions of the cooling holes and the outlet of the temperature control section is 0-25mm, the aperture of each cooling hole is 0.2-0.6mm, the number of the cooling holes in each row is 3-21, and the number of the rows of the cooling holes is 1-3; in this embodiment, the length of the temperature control section is 20mm, the outlet temperature of the temperature control section is 80 ℃, the aperture of the cooling holes is 0.2mm, the number of the cooling holes in each row is 15, and the cooling holes are arranged in two rows and are symmetrically arranged. In other embodiments of the present application, the number of rows of cooling holes, the number of each row, and the distance from the outlet of the temperature control section are varied as desired. In other embodiments of the present application, not less than 50% of the cooling holes pass through the cigarette paper, forming concave holes on the side surface of the temperature control section, and realizing rapid cooling of the smoke by increasing the surface area of the temperature control section. The tobacco core material of the tobacco shred section is one or more of tobacco shreds, slice shreds, expanded tobacco shreds, tobacco particles, cut stems and the like, 10-20% of fogging agents such as propylene glycol, glycerol and the like are added to the tobacco core material of the tobacco shred section, so that the release of smoke and aroma substances is facilitated, and meanwhile, substances such as tobacco extracts, fruit extracts and the like with the functions of enhancing aroma, thickening, improving taste, improving smoke and the like are added for improving the smoking quality.

5. The heated cigarette rod with a temperature-reducing section of claim 1, wherein a flavoring is adsorbed in the material of the temperature-controlling section.

The heated cigarette rod with a cooling section of claim 1, wherein the perforation position of the cooling holes is 0-25mm away from the outlet of the temperature control section, the diameter of the cooling holes is 0.2-0.6mm, the number of rows of cooling holes is 1-3, and the number of cooling holes in each row is 3-21.
