Background
The cigarette that does not burn in heating is because heating temperature control is accurate, and the temperature is lower moreover for smoke composition is controllable, and harmful substance compares traditional cigarette and rarely a lot, consequently receives liking of vast smokers in recent years.
At present, the existing heating non-combustion cigarette mainly takes an IQOS (quality of quality) cigarette of Femo and a GLO (tobacco grade) cigarette of Enume tobacco, and the cigarette structure also mostly adopts a quaternary structure. The filter tip in the cigarette structure has stronger adsorption effect on aerosol, and the smoke volume is far inferior to that of the traditional cigarette during smoking, so that the smoking experience of smokers is poorer; and the cigarette is not burnt by heating with the quaternary structure, the processing process is more complicated, and the cost is higher.
In view of this, the present application is specifically made.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
An object of the present application is to provide a cigarette and cigarette system that does not burn by heating to solve the above-mentioned problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the following technical scheme is adopted in the application:
a heating non-combustion cigarette comprises a smoking section, a smoke passing section and a wrapping element, wherein the smoking section is provided with an aerosol generation substrate, and the smoke passing section comprises a first functional section and a second functional section;
the first functional segment is arranged between the smoking segment and the second functional segment;
the wrapper element circumferentially wraps the smoking segment and the smoke passing segment.
The cigarette structure tends to be simple and the production and processing cost is reduced by arranging the smoking section and the smoke passing section and arranging the first functional section and the second functional section in the smoke passing section; meanwhile, under the condition of reducing the temperature of the smoke, the problems of insufficient smoke, weakened aroma and the like caused by the quaternary structure are avoided, the smoke volume and the aroma degree are improved, and the smoking experience of smokers is finally improved.
Preferably, the end of the smoking segment away from the first functional segment is provided with sealing paper.
The sealing paper is mainly arranged to facilitate the filling of the aerosol generating substrate during production.
Preferably, the second functional section is provided with one or more through holes along its length.
Further preferably, a cross section of the through-hole in a radial direction thereof is circular, polygonal, or irregular.
More preferably, the through-hole has a circular cross section in a radial direction thereof.
The second functional section is provided with reasonable pore channels, so that the maximum possible smoke volume can be kept under the condition of effectively reducing the smoke temperature, the suction resistance is in a proper level, and the best suction experience is obtained.
Alternatively, when one through hole is provided, the diameter of the through hole may be any value between 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 3.5mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.0mm, 5.5mm, 6.0mm, 6.5mm, 7.0mm, 7.5mm, and 2.0 to 7.5 mm; when a plurality of through holes are provided, the diameter of each of the through holes may be independently any value between 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.0mm, 1.1mm, 1.2mm, 1.3mm, 1.4mm, 1.5mm, and 0.5-1.5 mm.
Preferably, the second functional segment is an acetate fiber rod, a polypropylene fiber rod or a polylactic acid rod.
More preferably, the acetate fiber rod is a hollow acetate fiber rod, and the wall thickness of the hollow acetate fiber rod is 0.2-2 mm.
Alternatively, the wall thickness of the hollow acetate rod may be any value between 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.4mm, 1.6mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm and 0.2-2 mm.
Preferably, the wrapping element comprises a paper tube.
The wrapping element may be selected from paper tubes or other materials that may be used.
More preferably, the outer surface of the paper tube is coated with tipping paper.
Preferably, the starting material of the aerosol-generating substrate comprises a particulate and/or sheet-like starting material.
More preferably, the raw material of the aerosol-generating substrate comprises a tobacco raw material and/or a non-tobacco raw material.
The aerosol-generating substrate may be a tobacco material, reconstituted tobacco, granular or sheet smoking material, or the like, or may be a non-tobacco material. These materials are arranged in an ordered or disordered state in the aerosol-generating substrate.
Preferably, the first functional segment comprises a paper filter rod or cooling particles, the length of the paper filter rod is 5-10mm, and the diameter of the paper filter rod is 6.0-7.3 mm.
The first functional segment, on the one hand, provides an additional source of aroma and, on the other hand, functions to reduce the temperature of the smoke from the aerosol generating substrate by virtue of its own porous structure.
Alternatively, the length of the paper filter tip may be any value between 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, and 5-10 mm; the diameter of the paper filter tip can be any value between 6.0mm, 6.2mm, 6.4mm, 6.6mm, 6.8mm, 7.0mm, 7.2mm, 7.3mm and 6.0-7.3 mm.
More preferably, the preparation method of the paper filter tip comprises the following steps:
embossing, wrinkling or shredding the paper substrate, and then forming to obtain the paper filter tip;
further preferably, the preparation method of the paper substrate comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps of (1) conducting anhydrous defibering on wood pulp fibers to form single fibers, conducting air blowing and forming to obtain a fiber thin layer, spraying an adhesive on at least one surface of the fiber thin layer, and conducting first drying to form a paper substrate;
preferably, the preparation method of the paper substrate further comprises the following steps: after the first drying, spraying perfume on at least one surface of the fiber thin layer, and after the second drying, performing calendaring and shaping to form the paper base;
preferably, the spraying of the spice is carried out while a smoke agent can be added; or spraying a smoke agent after the spraying of the spice;
preferably, the spraying of the perfume may also be performed after the cigarette is formed without burning by heating.
The paper filter tip prepared by the process has large fragrance carrying capacity, smoke can pass through the paper filter tip more easily, and the temperature of the smoke is reduced and the fragrance is improved under the condition of not greatly improving the suction resistance.
It should be noted that the width of the original paper substrate in the production process is much larger than the above value, and the paper substrate needs to be cut to the above width in advance in the use process, then embossed, wrinkled or shredded, and finally shaped to obtain the cigarette structure.
Preferably, the mass of the spraying spice is 1-300% of that of the paper base;

Preferably, the interior of the temperature reducing particles has a porous structure.
Further preferably, the preparation method of the cooling particles comprises the following steps:

Alternatively, the perfume loaded mass may be any value between 1%, 5%, 10%, 20%, 50%, 100%, 150%, 200%, 250%, 300%, and 1% -300% of the mass of the paper substrate.
Still more preferably, the particle size of the cooling particles is 20-60 mm.
Preferably, the mass of the spray perfume is 2-20% of the mass of the sieved particles.
Preferably, the carrier material comprises one or more of a smoke agent, a plant extract or a flavour.
Further preferably, the smoking agent comprises propylene glycol and/or glycerol.
The use of a smoke agent, particularly propylene glycol, allows the first functional segment to provide a more intense flavour at lower temperatures.
Optionally, the particle size of the cooling particles can be any value between 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm and 20-60 mm; the mass of the spray coating flavor may be any of 2%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 2% -20% of the mass of the sieved particles.
A preparation method of the non-burning cigarette with heating comprises the following steps:

A heating non-combustion cigarette system comprises the heating non-combustion cigarette and a heating device for heating the heating non-combustion cigarette.
Compared with the prior art, the application has at least the following beneficial effects:
the application provides a cigarette and heating incombustible cigarette system are not fired to heating, through setting up section of fuming, first functional section and second functional section, a cigarette simple structure, and smog volume is big, the flue gas temperature is low, and the suction experience feels good.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a cigarette without burning by heating comprises a smoking section 1, a smoke passing section 2 and a wrapping element 3, wherein the smoking section 1 is provided with an aerosol generating substrate which is granular reconstituted tobacco without burning by heating; the flue gas passing section 2 comprises a first functional section 4 and a second functional section 5; the first functional section 4 is a paper filter tip and is arranged between the smoking section 1 and the second functional section 5, and the length of the paper filter tip is 7mm, and the diameter of the paper filter tip is 6 mm; the wrapping element 3 is a paper tube, and circumferentially wraps the smoking section 1 and the smoke passing section 2. And sealing paper 6 is arranged at one end of the smoking segment 1 far away from the first functional segment 4.
In an alternative embodiment, the second functional segment 5 is made of an acetate fiber rod and is provided with a through hole 7 along the length direction; the through-hole 7 is circular in cross section in the radial direction thereof, and the diameter of the through-hole 7 is 6 mm.
In other embodiments, the cross-section of the through-hole 7 may be irregular, such as a pentagram or other regular or irregular polygon.
In another alternative embodiment, the outer surface of the wrapping element 3 is also provided with a layer of tipping paper (not shown in the figures).
The paper filter tip is formed by embossing and wrinkling a paper substrate, spraying essence and spice and forming the paper filter tip by a forming machine, the paper filter tip has a large proportion of fragrance carrying and adsorbing capacity, and the mass of the fragrance carried is 300% of that of the paper substrate. The essence and flavor is mixture of tobacco extract, propylene glycol and essence.
In an alternative embodiment, the method of making a paper substrate comprises: the method comprises the following steps of (1) conducting anhydrous defibering on wood pulp fibers to obtain single fibers, conducting air blowing and forming to obtain a fiber thin layer, spraying an adhesive on two surfaces of the fiber thin layer in sequence, and drying to form the paper filter stick paper; and spraying perfume on two sides of the paper filter stick paper, drying, and performing calendaring and shaping to form a paper substrate. The gram weight of the paper substrate is 60g/m2Having a thickness of 0.3mm, the paper substrate is cut to 140mm in width before being rolled into a filter rod and then embossed and creped.
It should be noted that the loading and spraying of the perfume can be carried out when the paper filter tip is prepared, and the perfume can be added when the cigarette which is not burnt is heated and finally filled. When the cigarette is canned, the cigarette can be injected and flavored by inserting the cigarette into the paper mouth rod section at the filter tip (the tail end of the second functional section) in a needle injection mode.
Processing a heating non-combustible cigarette sample to obtain a heating non-combustible cigarette with the total length of 45mm, firstly sealing one end of a paper tube by using sealing paper with high air permeability, canning aerosol of particles by using a cigarette filling machine to 10mm, then canning a paper filter tip with the diameter of 7mm, canning a hollow rod with the diameter of 28mm again, and finally wrapping tipping paper on the surface of the paper tube to finish the processing of cigarettes.
Comparative example 1
The comparison is carried out by using the heating of the Wanbao heets slice aerosol sold in the existing market without burning cigarettes. Sensory evaluation comparisons were made using an IQOS2.4 heater, with the results shown in table 1 below:

Referring to fig. 2, the cigarette without burning by heating comprises a smoking section 1, a smoke passing section 2 and a wrapping element 3, wherein the smoking section 1 is provided with an aerosol generating substrate which is a flaky reconstituted tobacco without burning by heating; the flue gas passing section 2 comprises a first functional section 4 and a second functional section 5; the first functional section 4 is filled with cooling particles and is arranged between the smoking section 1 and the second functional section 5; the wrapping element 3 is a paper tube, and circumferentially wraps the smoking section 1 and the smoke passing section 2. And sealing paper 6 is arranged at one end of the smoking segment 1 far away from the first functional segment 4. The outer surface of the wrapping element 3 is also provided with a layer of tipping paper.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in an alternative embodiment, the second functional segment 5 is made of a polypropylene fiber rod, and 4 through holes 7 are uniformly and symmetrically arranged along the length direction of the polypropylene fiber rod; each through-hole 7 is circular in cross section in its radial direction, and the diameter of each through-hole 7 is 1.5 mm.
The cooling particles are prepared by performing microwave expansion on tobacco stems to enlarge cell cavities of stem tissues, then performing moisture regain and granulation, performing secondary microwave expansion on the granulated particles, screening particles with the particle size of 20-60mm, and spraying and perfuming, wherein the perfuming amount is 10% of the mass of the screened particles; the flavoring agent is a mixture of herba Menthae extract, glycerol and essence. The obtained cooling particles have a porous structure inside.
Processing a cigarette sample which is not combusted by heating, wherein the total length of the cigarette is 45mm, firstly, filling cooling particles into a paper tube, and sealing two ends of the paper tube by adopting reticular sealing paper to form a particle cooling section with the length of 26 mm. And then, sealing one end of the paper tube by using sealing paper with high air permeability, canning the sheet-shaped heating non-combustion reconstituted tobacco by using a cigarette filling machine to 12mm, canning the packaged first functional section again, finally canning the four-hole polypropylene fiber rod, and wrapping the surface of the paper tube with tipping paper after canning is finished to finish the processing of cigarettes.
In an alternative embodiment, the first and second functional segments may be selected to be combined prior to loading with the smoking segment.
Comparative example 2
A comparison was made with the heated non-burning tobacco rod provided in comparative example 1.
Sensory evaluation comparisons were made using an IQOS2.4 heater, with the results shown in table 2 below:

Example 3
A cigarette without burning by heating comprises a smoking section 1, a smoke passing section 2 and a wrapping element 3, wherein the smoking section 1 is provided with an aerosol generating substrate which is a mixture of flaky and granular reconstituted tobacco leaves without burning by heating; the flue gas passing section 2 comprises a first functional section 4 and a second functional section 5; the first functional section 4 is obtained by filling the blasting beads and is arranged between the smoking section 1 and the second functional section 5; the second functional section 5 is a polylactic acid filter tip, a through hole 7 is arranged in the second functional section, and the section of the through hole 7 is polygonal (as shown in figure 4); the wrapping element 3 is a paper tube, and circumferentially wraps the smoking section 1 and the smoke passing section 2. And sealing paper 6 is arranged at one end of the smoking segment 1 far away from the first functional segment 4. The outer surface of the wrapping element 3 is also provided with a layer of tipping paper.
The paper substrate was prepared in the same manner as in example 1. The gram weight of the paper substrate is 50g/m2And 0.2mm in thickness, the paper substrate was cut to 120mm in width before being rolled into a filter rod.
The heating non-combustible cigarette sample is manufactured according to the specification, the smoking section, the first functional section and the second functional section are compounded by the ternary compounding machine, the cigarette processing is completed at one time, the production cost and the processing procedure are reduced, and the product efficiency is improved.
Comparative example 3
A comparison was made with the heated non-burning tobacco rod provided in comparative example 1.
Sensory evaluation comparisons were made using an IQOS2.4 heater, with the results shown in table 3 below:

As can be seen from the sensory evaluation statistics of tables 1-3, the cigarette which is not burnt by heating provided by the application is different from the existing quaternary structure, the cigarette structure tends to be simple, and the production and processing cost is reduced; meanwhile, under the condition of reducing the temperature of the smoke, the problems of insufficient smoke, weakened aroma and the like caused by the quaternary structure are avoided, the smoke volume and the aroma degree are improved, and the smoking experience of smokers is finally improved.
In order to further illustrate the influence of the length of the paper filter tip on the related performance of the cigarette, on the basis of the example 1, when the lengths of the first functional segments 4 are respectively selected to be 5mm, 7mm, 9mm and 11mm, the performances of the cigarette, such as the smoke volume, the smoke resistance, the smoke temperature and the like, are evaluated, and the results are shown in the following table 4:

As can be seen from table 4 above, when the length of the first functional segment 4 reaches 11mm, each index is poor, and when it reaches 7mm, each index is good. The length of the paper filter tip is preferably 5-10mm, most preferably 7 mm.
