Abstract

本发明是一种变压器线圈绕线装置,包括支撑板,在支撑板的左右两侧分别设置上下固定板,在支撑板的左右两侧还分别设置丝杆固定板,导向板之间连接导向杆,一平台在丝杆的作用下、经过导向杆限位进行移动,在平台上面设置匚型支架,在匚型支架与平台之间设置导向轮,在支撑板两侧还分别设置通过上下定位架安装的线圈架,穿过上下定位架和线圈架设置转动杆,在转动杆的上端连接线圈电机,在匚型支架上还设置有上下碰触块,绕线装置还包括PLC控制器。本发明结在绕制每层铜线圈的过程中都对转动杆进行转动,避免铜线因为回弹而产生的松弛,一个绕线装置可以完成两组绕线,同一个工作人员看管即可,提高了工作效率,减少劳动投入。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种绕线装置,具体的说是涉及一种变压器线圈绕线装置。
背景技术
变压器是利用电磁感应原理改变电流和电压的装置,主要部件线圈,目前的线圈的绕制有采用手工绕制和通过绕线机来绕制,手工绕制,工作效率低、并且质量无法保证,而目前的机械类的绕线机只能单一工作,工作效率低,并且在绕线中转动杆没有调整装置,会存在铜线松弛的现象。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种变压器线圈的绕线装置,该绕线装置能有效的对线圈架的转动杆进行调整,保证每一圈的铜线都很紧,没有松弛的现象,并且同一个绕线装置双向工作,提高工作效率。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明是一种变压器线圈绕线装置,包括支撑板,在支撑板的左右两侧分别设置上固定板和下固定板,在支撑板的左右两侧还分别设置用于固定丝杆的丝杆固定板,丝杆通过丝杆电机带动转动,在支撑板上还分别设置有导向板,导向板之间连接导向杆,一平台在丝杆的作用下、经过导向杆限位进行移动,在平台上面设置匚型支架,在匚型支架与平台之间设置有两个导向轮,在支撑板的两侧还分别设置通过上下定位架安装的线圈架,穿过上下定位架和线圈架设置转动杆,在转动杆的上端通过联轴器连接线圈电机,在匚型支架上还设置有上碰触块和下碰触块,在上固定板上与上碰触块对应的位置设置有上传感器,在下固定板上与下碰触块对应的位置设置下传感器,绕线装置还包括PLC控制器。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在线圈架的一侧设置风扇。
本发明的进一步改进在于:导向轮为橡胶导向轮。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的绕线装置通过PLC控制,PLC控制器控制丝杆电机、上传感器、下传感器,并且还控制了线圈电机,当匚型支架运行到上端碰触到上传感器,传感器将信号传递给控制器,控制器控制电机停止转动,并且带动线圈电机工作2-10秒,然后PLC控制器再控制丝杆电机转动,当匚型支架运行到下端碰触到下传感器,下传感器将信号传递给控制器,控制控制电机停止转动,并且控制器带动线圈电机工作2-10秒,然后PLC控制器再控制丝杆电机进行运动,由此来反复运功完成绕线,在丝杆上下运动转过的过程中,通过线圈电机对转动杆带动,起到了锁紧铜线的作用,避免铜线松散而影响后面的绕制工作,并且支撑板两侧的两组线圈架同时工作,提高了工作效率。
本发明结构简单、设计合理,在绕制每层铜线圈的过程中都对转动杆进行转动,避免铜线因为回弹而产生的松弛,一个绕线装置可以完成两组绕线,同一个工作人员看管即可,提高了工作效率,减少劳动投入。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1所示,本发明是一种变压器线圈绕线装置,包括支撑板1,在所述支撑板1的左右两侧分别设置上固定板2和下固定板3,在所述支撑板1的左右两侧还分别设置用于固定丝杆5的丝杆固定板4,所述丝杆5通过丝杆电机6带动转动,在所述支撑板1上还分别设置有导向板7,导向板7之间连接导向杆8,支撑板同一侧上面的导向板是两组,对称的设置在丝杆的两侧,每组上下各一块导向板,导向杆也是两根,一平台9在丝杆5的作用下、经过导向杆8限位进行移动,丝杆电机带动丝杆进行转动,从而带动丝杆上面的平台在限位杆的作用下上下移动,在所述平台9上面设置匚型支架10,在所述匚型支架10与所述平台9之间设置有两个导向轮11,铜线经过导向轮后再绕制在线圈架上面,完成绕线工作,所述导向轮11为橡胶导向轮,在所述支撑板1的两侧还分别设置通过上下定位架12安装的线圈架13,在所述线圈架13的一侧设置风扇20,风扇可以要摇头,对着匚型家吹风,对经过导向轮而发生摩擦的铜线进行降温,避免铜线绕制后温度存留在铜线内影响质量,穿过上下所述定位架12和所述线圈架12设置转动杆14,在所述转动杆14的上端通过联轴器连接线圈电机15,在所述匚型支架10上还设置有上碰触块16和下碰触块17,在所述上固定板2上与所述上碰触块16对应的位置设置有上传感器18,在所述下固定板3上与所述下碰触块17对应的位置设置下传感器19,所述绕线装置还包括PLC控制器,PLC控制器控制丝杆电机、上传感器、下传感器,并且还控制了线圈电机,当匚型支架运行到上端碰触到上传感器,传感器将信号传递给控制器,控制器控制电机停止转动,并且带动线圈电机工作5秒,然后PLC控制器再控制丝杆电机转动5秒,当匚型支架运行到下端碰触到下传感器,下传感器将信号传递给控制器,控制控制电机停止转动,并且控制器带动线圈电机工作5秒,然后PLC控制器再控制丝杆电机进行运动5秒,由此来反复运功完成绕线,在丝杆上下运动转过的过程中,通过线圈电机对转动杆带动,起到了锁紧铜线的作用,避免铜线松散而影响后面的绕制工作,并且支撑板两侧的两组线圈架同时工作,提高了工作效率。

1.一种变压器线圈绕线装置,包括支撑板(1),其特征在于:在所述支撑板(1)的左右两侧分别设置上固定板(2)和下固定板(3),在所述支撑板(1)的左右两侧还分别设置用于固定丝杆(5)的丝杆固定板(4),所述丝杆(5)通过丝杆电机(6)带动转动,在所述支撑板(1)上还分别设置有导向板(7),导向板(7)之间连接导向杆(8),一平台(9)在丝杆(5)的作用下、经过导向杆(8)限位进行移动,在所述平台(9)上面设置匚型支架(10),在所述匚型支架(10)与所述平台(9)之间设置有两个导向轮(11),在所述支撑板(1)的两侧还分别设置通过上下定位架(12)安装的线圈架(13),穿过上下所述定位架(12)和所述线圈架(12)设置转动杆(14),在所述转动杆(14)的上端通过联轴器连接线圈电机(15),在所述匚型支架(10)上还设置有上碰触块(16)和下碰触块(17),在所述上固定板(2)上与所述上碰触块(16)对应的位置设置有上传感器(18),在所述下固定板(3)上与所述下碰触块(17)对应的位置设置下传感器(19),所述绕线装置还包括PLC控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种变压器线圈绕线装置,其特征在于:在所述线圈架(13)的一侧设置风扇(20)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种变压器线圈绕线装置,其特征在于:所述导向轮(11)为橡胶导向轮。
