本发明涉及造纸设备领域,具体的说涉及一种具有分离杂质功能的切草机。
背景技术
草料中常含有碎石、木块、铁钉等杂质,经切草机切碎后若不分离出来,则跟着草料进入制浆等下道工序,造成设备堵塞、损坏,目前的切草机不具备分离功能。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述的不足,提供了一种具有分离杂质功能的切草机,包括切草机本体,所述切草机本体包括进料口和出料口,所述出料口下端连接输送通道,所述输送通道的入口处内壁上设有若干喷嘴,所述输送通道的出口下方设有振动筛,所述振动筛的正下方设有收集箱,所述振动筛的侧下方设有输送带,所述振动筛的筛网倾斜设置。
优选的,所述筛网的倾斜角度为30-65°。
优选的,所述筛网网眼尺寸为15-25mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中,喷嘴喷水,将含有杂质的草料冲到振动筛的筛网上,在振动筛的作用下,杂质落入收集箱中,草料滚落至输送带上,进入下道工序,本发明的分离效果好,分离杂质效果高。

所述筛网7网眼尺寸为15-25mm。
