本发明公开了一种耐火隔热砖的制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
随着高强度、低导热轻质隔热材料在钢铁工业的广泛应用,将会提高钢包、中间包等盛钢容器的保温效果,降低钢水的温降率,提高铸坯的质量,同时还能减少耐火材料的熔损和降低吨钢耐火材料消耗。莫来石轻质砖的Al2O3含量为50~80wt%,以莫来石(3Al2O3·2SiO2)为主晶相和结合相的新型优质隔热耐火材料,具有优良的高温机械性能和化学稳定性能。目前生产轻质莫来石隔热砖大多是以铝矾土和蓝晶石、硅线石为主要原料,但我国这些资源相对短缺,且以上述原料生产的莫来石轻质砖成本太高。
轻质隔热材料的制备主要有以下几种方法:(1)燃尽物加入法,在料浆中添加可燃物或易挥发物质形成气孔的工艺,此法气孔分布很难均匀,可燃物燃烧不充分易造成黑心的现象,同时对环境也会造成较大污染;(2)多孔材料法,采用天然的硅藻土或合成的氧化铝空心球等多孔材料作为原料来制备轻质耐火砖,该方法制得的制品强度高、孔径均匀和易于控制,但是属于二次工艺,成本高;(3)泡沫法,此法先将发泡剂与稳定剂以一定的比例配制,然后溶入到一定量的水中,配成泡沫剂,再将泡沫剂通过机械搅拌的方式得到的泡沫,加入到预先制备好的泥浆中混合均匀,经浇注成型、养护干燥和烧成而得到制品。该法可以制备出形状复杂的泡沫陶瓷制品,且所得到的制品多为闭气孔,孔径分布均匀,还可用于制备容重较小的轻质材料。但是该方法需要加入大量结合剂,且存在干燥周期较长,制品收缩大等缺点,严重制约着轻质材料的性能。目前传统的耐火隔热砖存在的力学性能和保温性能无法进一步提高的问题,还需对其进行研究。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:针对传统耐火隔热砖力学性能和保温性能无法进一步提高的问题,提供了一种耐火隔热砖的制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
(1)按重量份数计,将10~20份白炭黑,5~8份纳米铁粉,30~40份水球磨混合,得1号混合液;
(2)按重量份数计,将10~20份二甲基硅油,20~30份丙烯腈,10~20份偶氮二异丁腈,10~20份正戊烷,10~20份甲基丙烯酸甲酯搅拌混合,得2号混合液;
(3)将2号混合液与1号混合液按质量比1:5~1:10低温高速剪切,充氮高压保温反应,降温,泄压,出料,过滤,洗涤,得改性囊泡;
(4)按重量份数计,将30~40份粘土,40~50份粉煤灰,10~20份改性囊泡,3~5份柠檬酸,30~40份预处理甘蔗渣粉,8~10份氟化钠溶液,8~10份尿素,8~10份蓝晶石,5~8份硅烷偶联剂,5~8份磷脂,50~80份水搅拌混合,压制成型,干燥,得干燥砖坯;
(5)将干燥砖坯充氮炭化,逐级升温,高温烧结,降温,即得轻质粉煤灰耐火隔热砖。
所述充氮高压保温反应条件为:氮气的充入速率为60~90mL/min,压力0.5~0.8MPa,温度为60~80℃,保温反应30~50min。
所述预处理甘蔗渣粉的制备过程为:将甘蔗渣粉碎,过筛,得甘蔗渣粉,将甘蔗渣粉与氢氧化钠溶液按质量比1:10~1:20恒温搅拌,过滤,洗涤,干燥,即得预处理甘蔗渣粉。
所述硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH-550,硅烷偶联剂KH-560或硅烷偶联剂KH-570中的任意一种。

本发明通过添加改性囊泡,在充氮炭化过程中,随着体系的温度逐渐升高,改性囊泡内部的有机溶剂受热迅速气化,有机溶剂汽化扩散产生内压力,一方面,内压力使得体系中的孔隙得到拓宽,使得体系的保温性能得到提升,另一方面,内压力对体系进行进一步的压实,使得体系的力学性能得到提升,随着温度逐渐升高,使得囊泡表面的二甲基硅油分解,产生的游离基与无机粒子结合,形成交联结构,交联结构具有良好的隔热、阻氧的效果,从而使得体系的保温性能得到提升,随着温度再次升高,改性囊泡表面包覆的有机质炭化,并在氟化钠和纳米铁粉的催化作用下,二氧化硅与炭质反应,生成碳化硅,生成的碳化硅具有增强作用,从而使得体系的力学性能得到进一步的提升。

实例3
将甘蔗渣置于粉碎机中粉碎,过60目的筛,得甘蔗渣粉,将甘蔗渣粉与质量分数为30%的氢氧化钠溶液按质量比1:20置于反应釜中,于温度为90℃,转速为500r/min条件下,恒温搅拌50min,得混合料液,再将混合料液过滤,得滤渣,接着用质量分数为30%的盐酸将滤渣洗涤至洗涤液为中性,接着将洗涤后的滤渣置于烘箱中,于温度为110℃条件下,干燥至恒重,即得预处理甘蔗渣粉;按重量份数计,将20份白炭黑,8份纳米铁粉,40份水置于球磨机中球磨混合60min,得1号混合液;按重量份数计,将30份丙烯腈,20份偶氮二异丁腈,20份正戊烷,20份甲基丙烯酸甲酯置于1号烧杯中,于转速为500r/min条件下,搅拌混合50min,得2号混合液;将2号混合液与1号混合液按质量比1:10置于剪切均质机中,于温度为5℃条件下,低温高速剪切10min,得均质混合液,接着将均质混合液置于高压反应釜中,并以90mL/min速率向反应釜内充入氮气,于压力0.8MPa,温度为80℃,充氮高压保温反应50min后,将高压反应釜内温度降至室温后,打开阀门泄压,出料,得混合浆液,再将混合浆液过滤,得滤饼,接着用去离子水将滤饼洗涤8次,得改性囊泡;按重量份数计,将40份粘土,50份粉煤灰,20份改性囊泡,5份柠檬酸,40份预处理甘蔗渣粉,10份质量分数为5%的氟化钠溶液,10份尿素,10份蓝晶石,8份硅烷偶联剂,8份磷脂,80份水置于混料机中,于转速为500r/min条件下,搅拌混合30min,得混合浆料,向模具表面喷洒废弃机油,接着将混合浆料注入模具中,接着将模具置于成型机中,于压力为3MPa条件下,压制成型,得砖坯,再将砖坯置于烘箱中,于温度为105~110℃条件下,干燥至恒重,得干燥砖坯;将干燥砖坯置于烧结炉中,并以80mL/min速率向炉内充入氮气,以10℃/min速率将炉内温度升至650℃,于温度为650℃条件下,充氮炭化3h后,以15℃/min速率将炉内温度升至1500℃,于温度为1500℃条件下,高温烧结3h后,随炉降至室温,即得轻质粉煤灰耐火隔热砖。所述硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH-550。所述磷脂为大豆磷脂。
实例4

将实例1至5所得耐火隔热砖和对比例产品进行性能检测,具体检测方法如下:
检测上述粉煤灰砖的抗压、抗折强度以及导热系数,具体检测结果如表1所示:

由表1检测结果可知,本发明所得耐火隔热砖具有优异的力学性能和保温性能。

Claims (5)

1.一种耐火隔热砖的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤如下:
(1)按重量份数计,将10~20份白炭黑,5~8份纳米铁粉,30~40份水球磨混合,得1号混合液;
(2)按重量份数计,将10~20份二甲基硅油,20~30份丙烯腈,10~20份偶氮二异丁腈,10~20份正戊烷,10~20份甲基丙烯酸甲酯搅拌混合,得2号混合液;
(3)将2号混合液与1号混合液按质量比1:5~1:10低温高速剪切,充氮高压保温反应,降温,泄压,出料,过滤,洗涤,得改性囊泡;
(4)按重量份数计,将30~40份粘土,40~50份粉煤灰,10~20份改性囊泡,3~5份柠檬酸,30~40份预处理甘蔗渣粉,8~10份氟化钠溶液,8~10份尿素,8~10份蓝晶石,5~8份硅烷偶联剂,5~8份磷脂,50~80份水搅拌混合,压制成型,干燥,得干燥砖坯;
(5)将干燥砖坯充氮炭化,逐级升温,高温烧结,降温,即得轻质粉煤灰耐火隔热砖。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种耐火隔热砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述充氮高压保温反应条件为:氮气的充入速率为60~90mL/min,压力0.5~0.8MPa,温度为60~80℃,保温反应30~50min。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种耐火隔热砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述预处理甘蔗渣粉的制备过程为:将甘蔗渣粉碎,过筛,得甘蔗渣粉,将甘蔗渣粉与氢氧化钠溶液按质量比1:10~1:20恒温搅拌,过滤,洗涤,干燥,即得预处理甘蔗渣粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种耐火隔热砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH-550,硅烷偶联剂KH-560或硅烷偶联剂KH-570中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种耐火隔热砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述磷脂为大豆磷脂,花生磷脂或牛奶磷脂中的任意一种。
