技术领域
本发明是一种羊绒棉面料,属于服装面料技术领域。
背景技术
纯棉面料是以棉花为原料,经纺织工艺生产的面料,具有吸湿、保湿、耐热、耐碱、卫生等特点。一般而言,纯棉面料的吸湿抗热性较好,而且穿着舒适。一些对服装吸湿性要求比较高的行业的工作服就可以选择纯棉面料进行加工。比如说夏季的学校校服等。
随着世界经济的快速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,纺织布料已经成为人们制备衣服等不可缺少的生活用品,现有用于服装或其它保暖纺织品的面料以传统的天然纤维为主,如棉纤维、竹炭纤维、大豆纤维、丝织物、毛织物、麻织物等,它们具有一定的保暖性,但都不能防水,且容易燃烧,更不能防静电。随着工业的发展,化纤织物的出现,这些功能得到了实现,虽然化纤织物手感柔软、色泽多样、抗皱性好,但是穿着后感觉不舒适,且性能差、不全面,弹性小,耐磨度不高,结构也较为复杂。
现有技术中的羊绒棉面料吸湿性差,手感不柔和,外观颜色不美观,耐磨性不佳,所以急需要一种羊绒棉面料来解决上述出现的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种羊绒棉面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种羊绒棉面料,包括外层以及里层,所述外层由山羊绒纤维以及PTT纤维组成,所述里层由莫代尔纤维以及纯棉纤维组成;
所述外层与里层由以下步骤制成:
制备外层,首先使用梳棉机对PTT纤维进行预开松,然后按照比例与山羊绒纤维通过合毛机进行合毛;
然后再次将合毛后的PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维输送至A186型梳棉机内,将锡林速度调整至330r/min,刺辊速度调节为330r/min,道夫转速调整至330r/min,再将锡林与盖板之间的隔距调整至0.35mm、0.30mm、0.30mm、0.30mm以及0.35mm,对PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维梳棉处理;
将梳棉后的PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维输送至并条机中,同时将车间温度控制在20℃~25℃,车间湿度控制在75%,再将并条干定量调整至15m/g,后区牵伸倍数调整至1.7,罗拉中心距调整至60mm×70mm,罗拉转速调整至96r/min,将PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维进行并条;
将并条后的PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维输送至粗纱机中,然后将粗纱干重调整至3.6g/10m,总牵伸7.7倍,后区牵伸1.25倍,加压225N×118N×137N,粗纱捻系数124,罗拉中心距调整至54mm×60mm,钳口隔距5.5mm,锭速调整至680r/min,将PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维进行粗纱;
再将粗纱后的PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维输送至细纱机中,将捻系数调整至388,罗拉中心距调整至59mm×68mm,双锭加压调整至140N×100N×140N,钳口隔距4.0mm,后区牵伸1.21倍,前罗拉转速调整至110r/min,锭速调节至9520r/min,进行细纱处理;
将细纱后的PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维输送至络筒机中,再将槽筒速度调节至1400r/min,然后络筒机将PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维编织成完整面料;
再将面料输送至35℃—40℃的温水浸泡低速运转均匀至浸透,浴比1:30进行浮色清洗,加入2%枧油,再浸泡时间约1分钟,再次加入4%枧油,浸泡5—15min,然后加入清水漂洗至水清,加入4%的软剂,浸泡30min,然后对面料进行脱水烘干,并出布,制成外层;
制备里层,将莫代尔纤维与纯棉纤维置于吊筐内,装入染槽,拧紧槽盖,开启循环泵,染液由散毛桶的多孔芯轴中喷出,通过莫代尔纤维与纯棉纤维,再回到循环泵,染色工艺按升温工艺曲线控制,染毕,放去残液,注入清水,循环清洗去除纤维上的浮色,然后吊起散毛筐,取出散纤维;
按比例称取干燥染色莫代尔纤维及纯棉纤维,手撕均匀,将混合均匀的纤维喂入梳棉机,拉成生条,并条粗纱,再纺成细纱,将纱锭纺成筒,出布,制成里层。
进一步地,所述山羊绒纤维含量为60%~80%,所述PTT纤维含量为20%~40%。
进一步地,所述莫代尔纤维含量为50%,所述纯棉纤维含量为50%。
进一步地,所述外层保以及里层通过热定型熔融连接复合成一体。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种羊绒棉面料,因本发明设置了外层以及里层,使本发明使织物组织更加紧密,产品外观更加丰满,且手感滑糯,富于弹性,同时耐磨性好,吸湿性佳的优点。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种羊绒棉面料,包括外层以及里层,外层由山羊绒纤维以及PTT纤维组成,里层由莫代尔纤维以及纯棉纤维组成。
山羊绒纤维含量为60%~80%,PTT纤维含量为20%~40%。
莫代尔纤维含量为50%,纯棉纤维含量为50%。
外层保以及里层通过热定型熔融连接复合成一体。
作为本发明的一个实施例:外层与里层由以下步骤制成:
(1)制备外层,首先使用梳棉机对PTT纤维进行预开松,然后按照比例与山羊绒纤维通过合毛机进行合毛;
然后再次将合毛后的PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维输送至A186型梳棉机内,将锡林速度调整至330r/min,刺辊速度调节为330r/min,道夫转速调整至330r/min,再将锡林与盖板之间的隔距调整至0.35mm、0.30mm、0.30mm、0.30mm以及0.35mm,对PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维梳棉处理;

将细纱后的PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维输送至络筒机中,再将槽筒速度调节至1400r/min,然后络筒机将PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维编织成完整面料;
再将面料输送至35℃—40℃的温水浸泡低速运转均匀至浸透,浴比1:30进行浮色清洗,加入2%枧油,再浸泡时间约1分钟,再次加入4%枧油,浸泡5—15min,然后加入清水漂洗至水清,加入4%的软剂,浸泡30min,然后对面料进行脱水烘干,并出布,制成外层;
(2)制备里层,将莫代尔纤维与纯棉纤维置于吊筐内,装入染槽,拧紧槽盖,开启循环泵,染液由散毛桶的多孔芯轴中喷出,通过莫代尔纤维与纯棉纤维,再回到循环泵,染色工艺按升温工艺曲线控制,染毕,放去残液,注入清水,循环清洗去除纤维上的浮色,然后吊起散毛筐,取出散纤维;
按比例称取干燥染色莫代尔纤维及纯棉纤维,手撕均匀,将混合均匀的纤维喂入梳棉机,拉成生条,并条粗纱,再纺成细纱,将纱锭纺成筒,出布,制成里层。

将并条后的PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维输送至粗纱机中,然后将粗纱干重调整至3.6g/10m,总牵伸7.7倍,后区牵伸1.25倍,加压225N×118N×137N,粗纱捻系数124,罗拉中心距调整至54mm×60mm,钳口隔距5.5mm,锭速调整至680r/min,将PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维进行粗纱;
再将粗纱后的PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维输送至细纱机中,将捻系数调整至388,罗拉中心距调整至59mm×68mm,双锭加压调整至140N×100N×140N,钳口隔距4.0mm,后区牵伸1.21倍,前罗拉转速调整至110r/min,锭速调节至9520r/min,进行细纱处理;
将细纱后的PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维输送至络筒机中,再将槽筒速度调节至1400r/min,然后络筒机将PTT纤维以及山羊绒纤维编织成完整面料;
再将面料输送至35℃—40℃的温水浸泡低速运转均匀至浸透,浴比1:30进行浮色清洗,加入2%枧油,再浸泡时间约1分钟,再次加入4%枧油,浸泡5—15min,然后加入清水漂洗至水清,加入4%的软剂,浸泡30min,然后对面料进行脱水烘干,并出布,制成外层;
制备里层,将莫代尔纤维与纯棉纤维置于吊筐内,装入染槽,拧紧槽盖,开启循环泵,染液由散毛桶的多孔芯轴中喷出,通过莫代尔纤维与纯棉纤维,再回到循环泵,染色工艺按升温工艺曲线控制,染毕,放去残液,注入清水,循环清洗去除纤维上的浮色,然后吊起散毛筐,取出散纤维;
按比例称取干燥染色莫代尔纤维及纯棉纤维,手撕均匀,将混合均匀的纤维喂入梳棉机,拉成生条,并条粗纱,再纺成细纱,将纱锭纺成筒,出布,制成里层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊绒棉面料,其特征在于:所述山羊绒纤维含量为60%~80%,所述PTT纤维含量为20%~40%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊绒棉面料,其特征在于:所述莫代尔纤维含量为50%,所述纯棉纤维含量为50%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊绒棉面料,其特征在于:所述外层保以及里层通过热定型熔融连接复合成一体。
