Abstract

本发明是一种高温高压阀门的保护系统,属于阀门技术领域,具体来说,是针对高压高温阀门开启时前后较大压差的保护技术。高温阀出口连接保护阀,保护阀后连接喷管。保护阀通过调节气缸内的压力来控制活塞的上下运动,通过阀杆,带动阀芯上下运动,实现阀门的快速开闭。保护阀开启通一定流量的常温空气,使高温高压阀出口压力与进口压力达到相对平衡的状态,保证阀门在高压的工况下安全可靠运行。本发明可以运用于蓄热式加热器系统等试验设备及其它工业领域。

Description

一种高温高压阀门的保护系统
技术领域
本发明属于阀门技术领域,具体来说,是针对高压高温阀门开启时前后较大压差的保护技术。
背景技术
目前的工业上,比如化工燃烧炉最高的工作温度为1300K,但是压力很低,通常低于1MPa。类似系统的高温、高压快速响应开关阀国外的Fluidyne等公司研制过,日本航空宇宙技术研究所报告中的《冲压发动机试验设备(RJTF)》提出过类似的高温高压阀保护思路,但是只是简要介绍并没有具体结构,除此之外,没有其他相关文献和类似专利。尽管国内有些阀门工作温度可达1600K,但工作压力很低。为了适应阀门在超高温下使用的要求,超高温阀门可以增加隔热衬里或通水或气冷却等来保护。对于高压阀门,则可以通过采用热处理和表面硬化处理的方法提高其抗挤压和耐冲蚀性能。但是对于高温高压阀门,特别是承受高温能力在1800K以上,耐压为5MPa以上的超高温快速阀的保护,国内目前还没有能够满足条件的高温阀门产品和类似的保护措施。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构工艺简单、不易损坏、维护成本低的高温高压快速阀保护装置,使阀门能够在1600K和5MPa以上的高温高压工况下安全有效地工作。
本发明的上述目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
高温高压阀以直角截止阀为例,因本发明重点是高温高压阀阀门出口处的保护阀,因此简化并省略了高温高压阀的部分结构,本发明也可应用于其它形式高温高压阀的保护。本发明提出的是一种高温高压阀保护系统,保护阀不限阀门类型。本发明,即高温高压阀保护系统也以直角截止阀为例,也可以是其它形式阀门,如电动阀等,根据实际情况满足其工作过程即可。
保护阀采用了直角式截止阀结构,采用气动装置,启闭件为圆柱形阀芯,主要部件包括阀芯、阀体、汽缸、支架、轴套等。高温高压阀和保护阀后(图示出口处)接喷管。
a.角式截止阀阀芯阀杆结构
高温高压阀开启后,保护阀是处于高温、高压介质的流体中,工作环境恶劣,设计成四层三体式结构。最外层和下护板为保护层,采用钴基硬质合金;第二层为隔热层,选用硅酸铝纤维布;再里面一层为阀芯阀杆主体(阀杆头部,最外层保护套,一端与阀杆头部焊接,另一端浮动,不会产生热变形应力,保护套的外表面堆焊钴基硬质合金),材料选用超强型耐高温特钢合金。阀芯外面有两个球形密封面,堆焊Co119,分别和阀座密封面形成密封。第四层为水冷却管。冷却液从管内进入,流经阀杆头部,再从阀杆主体的内孔,即冷却管的外壁排出。
b.执行器—气动控制系统的结构(角式截止阀)
本阀门的传动链是:气动执行机构→阀杆→阀芯。气缸内活塞的上下运动,通过阀杆,带动阀芯上下运动,实现阀门的快速开闭。阀门的气动控制系统包括气缸、活塞、减振储能机构气控元件等。气缸设计成单缸双作用气缸,气缸的上、下座分别固定多根减振储能弹簧,弹簧分长、中、短三组,分级减振阻尼。在气缸座的上、下端分别安装液动阻尼油缸,阻尼效果可由操作者控制调节阀。
保护阀的工作过程:调节气缸内的压力来控制活塞的上下运动,通过阀杆,带动阀芯上下运动,实现阀门的快速开闭。
有益效果
本发明设计了一种高温高压阀门的保护系统,主要由保护阀和喷管组成,保护阀设计成四层三体式结构,分别采用钴基硬质合金、硅酸铝纤维布、超强型耐高温特钢合金耐高温材料和水冷却管来保证阀门在1800K以上超高温的工况下能够安全可靠运行;调节气缸内的压力来控制活塞的上下运动,通过阀杆,带动阀芯上下运动,实现阀门在1秒左右快速开闭;保护阀开启通一定流量的常温空气,使高温高压阀出口压力与进口压力相当,达到保护高温高压阀的目的,保证阀门在5MPa以上高压的工况下能够安全可靠运行。本发明是一种结构工艺简单、不易损坏、维护成本低的高温高压快速阀保护装置。

具体实施方式
本发明是一种高温高压阀门的保护系统。
参阅图1、图2,本发明由保护阀气缸、保护阀支架一、保护阀支撑杆、保护阀销轴、保护阀进水管一、保护阀出水管一、保护阀填料压盖、保护阀填料、保护阀轴套、保护阀支架二、保护阀阀芯、保护阀进水管二、保护阀出水管二、保护阀阀体组成;高温阀出口连接保护阀,保护阀后连接喷管。
保护阀对高温高压阀门的保护通过以下技术途径实现:在高温高压阀开启之前,保护阀开启并通一定流量的常温空气,由于喷管的作用,阀门出口压力上升,使高温高压阀出口压力与进口压力相当,当高温高压阀开启时,前后压力就达到相对平衡的状态,以保证阀门在高压的工况下安全可靠运行。但是,一连串的阀门动作可能会导致高温高压阀出口处的压力变得过高,保护阀导入的空气可能会回流至高温高压阀上游,为避免这种情况发生,可以控制保护阀关闭的时间,使高温高压阀开启到保护阀关闭的时间间隔控制在1秒左右。

Claims (1)

1.一种高温高压阀保护系统,包括保护阀、喷管,保护阀为直角式截止阀,采用气动装置,启闭件为圆柱形阀芯,主要部件包括阀芯、阀体、气缸、支架、轴套,保护阀固定在高温高压阀出口的下方;
阀芯设置在阀杆内,阀杆设置在阀体内且部分从阀体底部伸出,阀杆的底部通过保护阀销轴连接保护阀气缸,阀体的侧壁上设置有保护阀进水管二,阀体常温空气入口的上方设置有保护阀出水管二,阀体的底部固定有保护阀支架二,保护阀支架二的底部固定有保护阀支架一,气缸固定在保护阀支架一的底部、其活塞杆穿过保护阀支架一与阀杆连接;
阀芯顶部开口、靠近其底部设置有保护阀进水管一,保护阀进水管一伸出阀杆的侧壁,阀杆的侧壁上设置有保护阀出水管一,保护阀出水管一与阀芯和阀杆之间的空腔相通,阀杆和保护阀支架二之间设置有保护阀轴套,保护阀轴套的下方、位于阀杆和保护阀支架二之间设置有保护阀填料;
阀杆头部,最外层设有保护套,一端与阀杆头部焊接,另一端浮动。
