Abstract
本发明提供了本发明涉及一种润肠通便改善便秘的膳食食品,属膳食食品或食品领域,本发明的膳食食品既可缓泻又可急攻的(调节用药浓度),饮用方便的,无副作用的治疗便秘,同时提供该治疗便秘膳食食品的制备方法。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润肠通便改善便秘的膳食食品,属膳食食品或食品领域。
背景技术
便秘是指大便秘结不通,排便时间延长,或有便意而排出困难的一种病症。便秘在人群中的患病率高达27%,但只有一小部分便秘者会就诊。便秘可以影响各年龄段的人。女性多于男性,老年多于青、壮年。因便秘发病率高、病因复杂,患者常有许多苦恼,便秘严重时会影响生活质量。便秘常表现为:便意少,便次也少;排便艰难、费力;排便不畅;大便干结、硬便,排便不净感;便秘伴有腹痛或腹部不适。部分患者还伴有失眠、烦躁、多梦、抑郁、焦虑等精神心理障碍。
便秘给人们的日常生活带来烦闷和痛苦,甚至影响睡眠与饮食。如果便秘长期不进行治疗,由于每日排便次数减少,毒素易被吸收,危及人们的身体健康。此外,如果过分用力排便,易导致冠状动脉和脑血流的改变,脑血流量降低,排便时易发生昏厥,冠状动脉供血不足者可能发生心绞痛、心肌梗死,高血压者可引起脑血管意外,还可引起动脉瘤或室壁瘤的破裂、心脏附壁血栓脱落、心律失常甚至发生猝死;由于结肠肌层张力低下,可发生巨结肠症,用力排便时腹腔内压升高可引起或加重痔疮,强行排便时损伤肛管、可引起肛裂等其他肛周疾病;粪便嵌塞后会产生肠梗阻、粪性溃疡、尿潴留及大便失禁,还有结肠自发性穿孔或乙状结肠扭转。因此,预防便秘,对防止疾病的发生起着重要作用。
目前国内外对便秘的治疗,主要采用手段:1.润滑性泻剂:如石蜡油、麻仁丸,因其不被吸收而起到软化大便,使之易于排出。但长期服用或已变成习惯性用药,则有少量矿物油被吸收,结果造成淋巴结、肝、脾中呈水滴状积聚,对年老体衰病人特别是长期卧床者带来很大危险;2.稀释性泻剂:如硫酸镁、镁乳等。以增加小肠和结肠的渗透负荷来起作用,也能刺激胆囊的收缩和胆汁的促水泻作用一起产生了结肠的分泌增加。但剂量大时,对小肠刺激过度,引起腹痛,长期服用可对肝、脾、肠系统造成损害;3.刺激性泻药如酚酞、果导、双蜡苯啶等,作用于肠道,刺激肠蠕动而排便。但长期服用可造成小肠吸收不良,还可损伤肠肌丛神经节细胞,因而造成进一步的便秘,甚者可造成低血钾至洋地黄中毒。以上药物,对顽固性、习惯性便秘者,长期服用后,均有耐药样反应,很多病人用上类各种药物仍不能排便,最后不得不灌肠。
便秘除因体弱、疾病、长期卧床者外,还与饮食结构、气候、情绪、紧张生活节奏等有关。在我国的常发便秘人口约达1亿人。许多人因滥用强泻剂或灌肠等而影响肠功能加重便秘,成为顽固不治之症。
本发明的目的在于提供一种对于各种类型便秘有效的,既可缓泻又可急攻的(调节用药浓度),饮用方便的,无副作用的治疗便秘的膳食食品。本发明的另一目的是提供该治疗便秘膳食食品的制备方法。发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种疗效好、疗程较短、无毒副作用的的润肠通便改善便秘的膳食食品。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种膳食食品,其含有菊粉3000-8000份、椰子粉1000-4000份、圆苞车前子壳粉200-2000份、低聚果糖200-2000份、低聚木糖200-2000份、甜菊糖苷1-50份、抗性糊精2000-8000份。
本发明的膳食食品,包括菊粉5000份、椰子粉2000份、圆苞车前子壳粉700份、低聚果糖500份、低聚木糖500份、甜菊糖苷15份、抗性糊精3285份。
本发明的膳食食品,每份食品含有菊粉3-8g、椰子粉1-4g、圆苞车前子壳粉0.2-2g、低聚果糖0.1-0.5g、低聚木糖0.5-2g、甜菊糖苷0.001-0.05g、抗性糊精2-8g。
本发明的膳食食品,每份食品含有菊粉5g、椰子粉2g、圆苞车前子壳粉0.7g、低聚果糖0.5g、低聚木糖0.5g、甜菊糖苷0.015g、抗性糊精3.285g。
本发明还公开了这种膳食食品的加工方法,加工步骤包括:
(1)、对原辅料采用紫外照射进行杀菌处理,
(2)、将有颗粒或结块的原辅料碎后过40目筛,然后按配方中各组分重量称量,备用;
(3)、将甜菊糖苷、抗性糊精按照等量递加的原则置于其它容器中预先混合均匀;
(4)、将称量好的椰子粉与步骤(3)混合均匀的预混原辅料一起置于混合机中混合;
(5)、将称量好的有菊粉、圆苞车前子壳粉、低聚果糖、低聚木糖与步骤(4)混合均匀的预混原辅料一起置于混合机中混合;过40目筛。
(6)、将所得产品进行定量分装或压片,包装袋包装或者罐装包装。
根据膳食食品制备后水分测量的结果,可以增加步骤:将过筛网后的粒在60~85℃的温度下干燥,同时进行搅拌使各组份充分混合均匀,干燥至产品水份(重量)低于5%。
在本发明中,菊粉防便秘及治疗肥胖症,膳食纤维减少食物在胃肠的停留时间,以及增加粪便量,有效地治疗便秘。其减肥作用是提高内容物的黏度,降低食物从胃进入小肠的速度,减少食物的摄食量。控制血脂,可有效降低血清总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),提高高密度脂蛋白/低密度脂蛋白比率,改善血脂状况;降低血糖,它在肠道的上部不会被水解成单糖,因而不会升高血糖水平和胰岛素含量;促进矿物质的吸收,能大大提高Ca2+、Mg2+、Zn2+、Cu2+、Fe2+”等矿物质的吸收;调节肠道微生物菌群,改善肠道健康,防止便秘,摄入菊粉后能增强胃肠道蠕动,提高肠胃功能,增加消化和食欲,提高机体免疫力;抑制有毒发酵产物的生成,保护肝脏,预防结肠癌。低聚果糖是一种天然活性物质,是具有调节肠道菌群,增殖双歧杆菌,促进钙的吸收,调节血脂,免疫调节,抗龋齿等保健功能的新型甜味剂。低聚木糖可以降低肠道PH值,抑制有害菌生长,使益生菌在肠道大量增殖;其双歧因子功能是其它聚合糖类的10-20倍,双歧杆菌利用低聚木糖,产生大量的短链脂肪酸;能刺激肠道蠕动,增加粪便湿润度,并保持一定的渗透压,从而防止便秘发生各种消化液几乎都不能分解低聚木糖,它的能量值几乎为零,既不影响血糖浓度,也不增加血糖中胰岛素水平,并且不会形成脂肪沉积,因此糖尿病人、肥胖病人和低血糖病人均可放心食用。
椰子粉富含人体所需的多种脂肪酸、十八种氨基酸、钙、锌、锰、铁、维生素C等营养元素。是迄今为止世界上氨基酸含量最高的天然饮品;能够起到润肠通便的作用,适合总坐在电脑前而引起便秘的患者。抗性糊精除了可增加食物的纤维含量,由于它还具有提供热量持久的特点,所以也许它对体重控制有潜在的作用;抗性糊精通过结肠发酵表现出益生元作用,以改善肠道菌群失调。圆苞车前子壳粉使肠内细菌正常,促进肠蠕动、帮助排便、减少便秘的发生,促使腹压正常、改善静脉异常,还可减少有害菌生成、降低大肠癌的罹患率。具吸水、保水及膨润效果:增加排便量,使肠管内压正常、减少憩室病、痔疮的发生。调节养分吸收:除了可增加饱足感,减少食量,进而控制体重之外,亦可减少醣类吸收,调整血糖值、减少饥饿感、强化对糖尿病情的控制;甚至,还有减少中性脂肪的吸收、降低心脏病罹患率的功能;促进唾液分泌:使口气清新,并减少龋齿的发生。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明制备的膳食食品长期服用对便秘有特殊疗效,可以促进肠胃的消化,对身体起调理作用。本发明制备的膳食食品方便携带,适合日常作为普通食品服用;同时本发明的制备方法简单,易操作,便于普遍推广,易于实现标准化、规范化、工厂化生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例并对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
制备一种膳食食品,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)、对原辅料采用紫外照射进行杀菌处理;
(2)、将有颗粒或结块的称量原辅料碎后过40目筛,然后按配方中各组分重量称量:菊粉50千克、椰子粉20千克、圆苞车前子壳粉7千克、低聚果糖5千克、低聚木糖5千克、甜菊糖苷0.15千克、抗性糊精32.85千克,备用;
(3)、将甜菊糖苷、抗性糊精按照等量递加的原则置于其它容器中预先混合均匀;
(4)、将称量好的椰子粉与步骤(2)混合均匀的预混原辅料一起置于混合机中混合;
(5)、将称量好的有菊粉、圆苞车前子壳粉、低聚果糖、低聚木糖与步骤(4)混合均匀的预混原辅料一起置于混合机中混合;过40目筛;
(6)、将所得产品进行定量分装成10000袋,包装袋包装。
实施例2
制备一种膳食食品,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)、对原辅料采用紫外照射进行杀菌处理;
(2)、将有颗粒或结块的称量原辅料碎后过40目筛,然后按配方中各组分重量称量:菊粉50千克、椰子粉20千克、圆苞车前子壳粉7千克、低聚果糖5千克、低聚木糖5千克、甜菊糖苷0.15千克、抗性糊精32.85千克,备用;
(3)、将甜菊糖苷、抗性糊精按照等量递加的原则置于其它容器中预先混合均匀;
(4)、将称量好的椰子粉与步骤(2)混合均匀的预混原辅料一起置于混合机中混合;
(5)、将称量好的有菊粉、圆苞车前子壳粉、低聚果糖、低聚木糖与步骤(4)混合均匀的预混原辅料一起置于混合机中混合;过40目筛;
(6)、95%的乙醇湿法制粒,20目筛网过筛;
(7)、将过筛网后的物料在70~75℃的温度下干燥,干燥至产品水份(重量)低于5%,
过20目筛网后备用;
(8)、将所得颗粒进行定量分装,平均分装成约10000包,包装袋包装或者罐装包装。
实施例3
制备一种膳食食品,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)、对原辅料采用紫外照射进行杀菌处理。
(2)、将有颗粒或结块的称量原辅料碎后过40目筛,然后按配方中各组分重量称量:菊粉50千克、椰子粉20千克、圆苞车前子壳粉7千克、低聚果糖5千克、低聚木糖5千克、甜菊糖苷0.15千克、抗性糊精32.85千克,备用;
(3)、将甜菊糖苷、抗性糊精按照等量递加的原则置于其它容器中预先混合均匀;
(4)、将称量好的椰子粉与步骤(2)混合均匀的预混原辅料一起置于混合机中混合;
(5)、将称量好的有菊粉、圆苞车前子壳粉、低聚果糖、低聚木糖与步骤(4)混合均匀的预混原辅料一起置于混合机中混合;过40目筛。
(6)、95%的乙醇湿法制粒,20目筛网过筛;
(7)、将过筛网后的物料在70~75℃的温度下干燥,干燥至产品水份(重量)低于5%,过20目筛网后备用;
(6)、将所得颗粒进行压片制成约100000片,包装袋包装或者罐装包装。
以下通过试验例进一步说明本发明的有益效果。
试验例1本发明膳食食品对便秘人群改善情况
实验人群:200例,其中男102例,女98例;年龄50~72岁,平均年龄63岁。三天未排便者53例,4天未排便者52例,5天未排便者47例,7天未排便者33例,15天未排便者15例。200例便秘者均为粪便干硬难解,部分患者曾口服西药不能解除大便。治疗前患者均停用各种通便药。
治疗方法:冲服实施例1的药物,每日一次,每次一袋,两周为一疗程。
疗效评价:显效:临床症状消失,大便每日1次,稳定半个月。
有效:临床症状基本消失或明显好转,大便基本正常或次数明显增加。
无效:症状或大便次数无明显改善。
治疗结果:200例老年便秘者,显效109例,有效78例,无效13例,显效率54.5%,总有效率93.5%。其中1例症状为“原稀糊状便”改善为“糊状便”,由“下坠感明显”改善为“下坠感消失”,提示本品具有双向调节作用。服用本品期间均未发现毒副作用,患者易接受。

Claims (9)
1.一种膳食食品,其特征在于食品包含以下成分:菊粉3000-8000份、椰子粉1000-4000份、圆苞车前子壳粉200-2000份、低聚果糖200-2000份、低聚木糖200-2000份、甜菊糖苷1-50份、抗性糊精2000-8000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膳食食品,其特征在于食品包含的成分为:菊粉5000份、椰子粉2000份、圆苞车前子壳粉700份、低聚果糖500份、低聚木糖500份、甜菊糖苷15份、抗性糊精3285份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膳食食品,其特征在于每份食品含有菊粉3-8g、椰子粉1-4g、圆苞车前子壳粉0.2-2g、低聚果糖0.1-0.5g、低聚木糖0.5-2g、甜菊糖苷0.001-0.05g、抗性糊精2-8g。
4.根据权利要求3所述的膳食食品,每份食品含有菊粉5g、椰子粉2g、圆苞车前子壳粉0.7g、低聚果糖0.5g、低聚木糖0.5g、甜菊糖苷0.015g、抗性糊精3.285g。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于所述的膳食食品通过以下方法制备:
(1)、对原辅料采用紫外照射进行杀菌处理,
(2)、将有颗粒或结块的原辅料碎后过40目筛,然后按配方中各组分重量称量,备用;
(3)、将甜菊糖苷、抗性糊精按照等量递加的原则置于其它容器中预先混合均匀;
(4)、将称量好的椰子粉与步骤(3)混合均匀的预混原辅料一起置于混合机中混合;
(5)、将称量好的有菊粉、圆苞车前子壳粉、低聚果糖、低聚木糖与步骤(4)混合均匀的预混原辅料一起置于混合机中混合;过40目筛。
(6)、将所得产品进行定量分装或压片,包装袋包装或者罐装包装。
6.根据权利要求5所述的膳食食品,其特征在于根据膳食食品制备后水分测量的结果,可以增加步骤:将过筛网后的粒在60~85℃的温度下干燥,干燥至产品水份(重量)低于5%。
7.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的膳食食品,其特征在于该食品形态是粉状、颗粒状、片状。
8.根据权利要求7所述的膳食食品,其特征在于该食品形态是粉状。
9.权利要求1-4任一项所述的膳食食品在制备用于预防和治疗便秘中的应用。
