Claims (10)
- 式I所示化合物的晶型A其特征在于,在X-射线粉末衍射图谱中,所述晶型A具有2θ=5.5°±0.2°、10.1°±0.2°、13.8°±0.2°、19.7°±0.2°、23.7°±0.2°、24.1°±0.2°的衍射峰。
- 权利要求1所述的式I所示化合物的晶型A,其特征在于,所述晶型A具有如下晶胞参数:α=90°β=98.54(3)°γ=90°空间群:P21/cZ=4。
- 权利要求1或2所述的式I所示化合物的晶型A,其特征在于,用DSC进行表征时,所述晶型A的起始温度为199.0℃±5℃,峰值温度为200.4℃±5℃。
- 一种制备权利要求1-3中任一项所述的式I所示化合物的晶型A的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:1)将式I所示化合物溶于结晶溶剂中,优选加热使其溶解;和2)冷却析晶、过滤、洗涤并干燥以获得所述晶型A。
- 权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤1)中,所述结晶溶剂选自甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇、叔丁醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、水或其混合溶剂;优选乙醇。
- 权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤1)中,每1g式I所示化合物对应加入的结晶溶剂的量为2~10mL,优选4~8mL,更优选5~7mL。
- 权利要求4-6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤1)中,加热温度为40℃~90℃,优选50℃~80℃,更优选70℃~80℃。
- 一种结晶组合物,其特征在于,权利要求1-3中任一项所述的式I所示化合物的晶型A占所述结晶组合物重量的50%以上,优选80%以上,更优选90%以上,最优选95%以上。
- 一种药物组合物,其包含有效量的权利要求1-3中任一项中所述的式I所示化合物的晶型A、权利要求8所述的结晶组合物或其组合。
- 权利要求1-3中任一项所述的式I所示化合物的晶型A、权利要求8所述的结晶组合物或者权利要求9所述的药物组合物在制备用于治疗Toll样受体7相关疾病的药物中的用途,优选地,所述疾病为病毒感染。
