Abstract
本发明为头发纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维混纺纱的加工方法,包括涤纶条加工工序、精梳棉条加工工序、混纺加工工序,头发纤维为绒发纤维,头发纤维置于由水、半胱氨酸盐酸盐、单乙醇胺、硫基乙酸、碳酸氢铵组成的混合液中浸泡2.5~3小时;混合液中各组成成分的质量百分比含量:半胱氨酸盐酸盐3~5﹪、单乙醇胺5~8﹪、硫基乙酸1~5﹪、碳酸氢铵2~3﹪、余量为水。有益效果如下:本产品制成的混纺纱具有很高的舒适性、一定的强度、抗静电能力、抗电磁辐射能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺纱行业,具体涉及一种具有抗静电能力的头发纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维混纺纱的加工方法。
背景技术
小孩、孕妇对电磁辐射具有较高的敏感性,人发对电磁辐射具有一定的屏蔽作用,同时人发也能够导引出静电,减少静电对人体的危害。人发也贴合皮肤使得人体格外舒适。现有的技术中常常使用头发纤维与棉纤维混纺制成人发棉纤维混纺纱;或者将头发纤维和化学纤维混纺制成人发化纤混纺纱,其中人发棉纤维混纺纱和人发化纤混纺纱都具有一定的抗磁辐射效应和抗静电效应。但是人发棉纤维混纺纱具有一定的舒适度,但是耐磨性不够。人发化纤混纺纱具有一定的耐磨性但是舒适度达不到要求。现有的技术没有一种将头发纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维三者混纺的技术。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种头发纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维混纺纱的加工方法,发明目的是:开发了一种集合头发纤维、棉纤维、涤纶纤维三者合为一体的混纺纱,具有很高的舒适性、一定的强度、抗静电能力、抗电磁辐射能力。
本发明提供了下述技术方案:一种头发纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维混纺纱的加工方法,包括所述涤纶条加工工序、精梳棉条加工工序、混纺加工工序,其特征在于;所述头发纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维混纺纱中涤纶纤维质量含量30~40﹪、头发纤维质量含量25~30﹪、余量为棉纤维质量含量;所述头发纤维为绒发纤维,所述头发纤维置于由水、半胱氨酸盐酸盐、单乙醇胺、硫基乙酸、碳酸氢铵组成的混合液中浸泡2.5~3小时;所述混合液中各组成成分的质量百分比含量:半胱氨酸盐酸盐3~5﹪、单乙醇胺5~8﹪、硫基乙酸1~5﹪、碳酸氢铵2~3﹪、余量为水。
所述涤纶条加工工序包括涤纶纤维原料预处理、涤纶清花、涤纶梳棉、涤纶预并,通过所述涤纶条加工工序形成涤纶预并条;所述精梳棉条加工工序包括棉清梳联、棉预并、棉条并卷、棉精梳,通过所述精梳棉条加工工序形成精梳棉条;所述混纺加工工序包括并条、粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、成包,通过所述混纺加工工序形成所述头发纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维混纺纱;所述并条的对象为头发纤维预并条和所述精梳棉条。
本发明的有益效果如下:本混纺纱加人体理发产生的头发合理利用,通过水、半胱氨酸盐酸盐、单乙醇胺、硫基乙酸、碳酸氢铵组成的混合液进行浸泡软化。本产品制成的混纺纱具有很高的舒适性、一定的强度、抗静电能力、抗电磁辐射能力。
具体实施方式
一种头发纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维混纺纱的加工方法,包括所述涤纶条加工工序、精梳棉条加工工序、混纺加工工序,其特征在于;所述头发纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维混纺纱中涤纶纤维质量含量30~40﹪、头发纤维质量含量25~30﹪、余量为棉纤维质量含量;所述头发纤维为绒发纤维,所述头发纤维置于由水、半胱氨酸盐酸盐、单乙醇胺、硫基乙酸、碳酸氢铵组成的混合液中浸泡2.5~3小时;所述混合液中各组成成分的质量百分比含量:半胱氨酸盐酸盐3~5﹪、单乙醇胺5~8﹪、硫基乙酸1~5﹪、碳酸氢铵2~3﹪、余量为水。
所述涤纶条加工工序包括涤纶纤维原料预处理、涤纶清花、涤纶梳棉、涤纶预并,通过所述涤纶条加工工序形成涤纶预并条;所述精梳棉条加工工序包括棉清梳联、棉预并、棉条并卷、棉精梳,通过所述精梳棉条加工工序形成精梳棉条;所述混纺加工工序包括并条、粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、成包,通过所述混纺加工工序形成所述头发纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维混纺纱;所述并条的对象为头发纤维预并条和所述精梳棉条。
所述并条分为三次,分别为头并、二并、末并,所述头并为:所述头并的出条速度为210~250m/min;所述二并的出条速度为200~290m/min;所述末并的出条速度为190~220m/min。
所述棉清梳联的步骤是:抓棉机抓棉、风机除尘、混棉机混棉、开棉机开棉、除微尘机除微尘、梳棉机梳棉。所述棉预并的工艺参数是:棉预并干定量23.9g/5m,棉预并合并条数6条,棉预并出条速度425 m/min。所述粗纱的工艺参数是:粗纱干定量7.6g/5m,粗纱出条速度25m/min。所述头并的出条速度为300m/min;所述二并的出条速度为310m/min;所述末并的出条速度为310m/min;所述清花出条速度为75m/min。本产品经过权威机构的检验,本产品的单纱断裂强度达到12.7Cn/tex,达到并超出标准值。

1.一种头发纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维混纺纱的加工方法,包括所述涤纶条加工工序、精梳棉条加工工序、混纺加工工序,其特征在于;所述头发纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维混纺纱中涤纶纤维质量含量30~40﹪、头发纤维质量含量25~30﹪、余量为棉纤维质量含量;所述头发纤维为绒发纤维,所述头发纤维置于由水、半胱氨酸盐酸盐、单乙醇胺、硫基乙酸、碳酸氢铵组成的混合液中浸泡2.5~3小时;所述混合液中各组成成分的质量百分比含量:半胱氨酸盐酸盐3~5﹪、单乙醇胺5~8﹪、硫基乙酸1~5﹪、碳酸氢铵2~3﹪、余量为水;所述涤纶条加工工序包括涤纶纤维原料预处理、涤纶清花、涤纶梳棉、涤纶预并,通过所述涤纶条加工工序形成涤纶预并条;所述精梳棉条加工工序包括棉清梳联、棉预并、棉条并卷、棉精梳,通过所述精梳棉条加工工序形成精梳棉条;所述混纺加工工序包括并条、粗纱、细纱、自动络筒、成包,通过所述混纺加工工序形成所述头发纤维、涤纶纤维、棉纤维混纺纱;所述并条的对象为头发纤维预并条和所述精梳棉条。
