一种止痒药膏，按重量份数计算，包括：紫草油3-10份、益母草10-40份、白芍20-30份、柴胡10-20份、茯苓10-30份、龙胆草10-20份、当归10-20份、鱼腥草10-20份、白术5-10份、苦参5-15份、香附子5-10份、川芎5-15份、栀子5-10份、冰片1-2份、土茯苓5-25份、调稠剂2-10份和熟石膏10-15份。

更进一步地说明，所述调稠剂为黄凡士林和/或固体石蜡。黄凡士林为淡黄色或黄色均匀的软膏状物，又称软石蜡，无臭或几乎无臭，与皮肤接触有滑腻感，具有一定的拉丝性，化学性质稳定，能与大多数药物配伍，用于配制医药的药膏及皮肤保护油膏用的原料；化妆品乳膏、香脂化妆油等的配料；纺织工业润滑丝织品用的乳化膏，也可用于作电缆制造的添加剂使用，主要用到它的绝缘作用；使用黄凡士林作为辅助成分，除了具有适宜地调节稠度和涂展性以外，在使用药膏时，可保持皮肤湿润，使伤口部位的皮肤组织保持最佳状态，加速皮肤自身的修复能力。
固体石蜡是一种矿物蜡，是从轻质润滑油馏分冷榨或溶剂脱蜡所得腊膏，经发汗或溶剂脱油后得到的固体烃，主要成分是C18-C30直链烷烃，还含有异构烷烃，环烷烃及少量芳烃，可用于制造橡胶制品、蜡纸蜡笔、食品和药物组分等，通过调节固体石蜡来调节药膏的稠度，以便于使用涂抹药膏。

紫草：苦，寒；入心包络、肝经；凉血，清热活血，解毒透疹；用于治疗温热斑疹，湿热黄疸，紫癜，吐衄尿血，淋浊，热结便秘，烧伤，湿疹，丹毒，痈疡；属于紫草科植物紫草（硬紫草)和新疆紫草(软紫草)的根，紫草提取液能抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、灵杆菌、化脓菌、大肠杆菌等，并能加速上皮生长，促进局部创伤愈和以及抗炎作用。
现代药理研究紫草中含有的萘醌色素具有很好的抗菌、抗炎促进伤口愈合的作用，而紫草中含有的苯醌和苯酚具有很好的止痛作用；其卓越的修复能力，有着东方薰衣草之称，具有卓越的抗敏感、褪红肿，激活表皮细胞代谢的功能，并具有抗菌作用，同时具有紫草具有显著的祛痘和消炎的效果，有很大的美容价值，紫云膏的适用范围非常广，位于皮肤上的小伤口，几乎都可以涂紫云膏来使它复原，像是不小心跌倒擦伤、被刀子割伤、被热水烫伤、天气冷皮肤干燥龟裂等，功能性及实用性都有其相当的效果。

优选地，所述步骤（1）中的油炸时间为10-20min。中药药材绝大多数是干品，干燥而质地细密，有效成分已结晶或定形沉淀于细胞内，有效药分不易渗出，采用直接上火用油煎炸10-20min，会使药材内部的有效成分直接快速的溢出，提高制备紫草油的效率，药物疗效明显，因此，把紫草用植物油油炸10-20min，有利于后序药膏的调配，提高药膏的有效成分的药效含量，增强药膏的止痒的效果。
优选地，所述步骤（3）中的放置时间为3-7天。通过加入熟石膏进行搅拌直到半固体状态，加快了药膏的凝固速度，然后放置数天，才得到所述的止痛药膏。采用放置时间为3-7天，使药膏得到充分凝固成型至固态凝脂状态。若放置时间过短，熟石膏没来得及调整流态状的药膏的硬度，造成药膏难以成所需的形态，若放置时间越长，越有利于提高药膏的粘稠度和硬度，使得整个药膏充溢着紫草的成分，这样药膏才更容易发挥本身功能和治疗等功效，便于使用者涂抹。
本发明的止痒药膏属于外用药膏，直接涂敷在女性阴部瘙痒处即可。本发明药膏中各原料药相互作用，共奏奇效，能够散结止疼、解毒祛邪、杀菌止痒。经临床400例患者应用情况证明，使用本发明药膏，一般连续使用三天即可痊愈，症状严重者可使用五天。总有效率100%，治愈率98%以上。
具体实施方式
下面通过一些具体实施例来对本发明方案进行详细说明。本领域技术人员应当理解，下列实施为优选实施例，其仅对本发明方案进行解释说明，而且其中可能会有对公知技术的适当省略，本领域技术人员应结合公知技术与实施例的说明，对本发明进行理解。
实施例1：
（1）按重量份数计算，把紫草油3份加入植物油进行油炸，过滤，得到紫草油；
（2）将益母草10份、白芍20份、柴胡10份、茯苓10份、龙胆草10份、当归10份、鱼腥草10份、白术5份、苦参5份、香附子5份、川芎5份、栀子5份、冰片1份、土茯苓5份水煮4小时，过滤、浓缩、烘干、粉碎得细粉称为甲组份；
（3）向所述紫草油、甲组份加入调稠剂2份进行溶解，然后加入熟石膏10份搅拌直到半固体状态，放置，得到止痛药膏。
实施例2：
（1）按重量份数计算，把紫草油10份加入植物油进行油炸，过滤，得到紫草油；
（2）将益母草40份、白芍30份、柴胡20份、茯苓30份、龙胆草20份、当归20份、鱼腥草20份、白术10份、苦参15份、香附子10份、川芎15份、栀子10份、冰片2份、土茯苓25份水煮4小时，过滤、浓缩、烘干、粉碎得细粉称为甲组份；
（3）向所述紫草油、甲组份加入调稠剂10份进行溶解，然后加入熟石膏15份搅拌直到半固体状态，放置，得到止痛药膏。
实施例3：
（1）按重量份数计算，把紫草油5份加入植物油进行油炸，过滤，得到紫草油；
（2）将益母草15份、白芍25份、柴胡15份、茯苓15份、龙胆草15份、当归15份、鱼腥草15份、白术6份、苦参10份、香附子8份、川芎10份、栀子8份、冰片1份、土茯苓10份水煮4小时，过滤、浓缩、烘干、粉碎得细粉称为甲组份；
（3）向所述紫草油、甲组份加入调稠剂8份进行溶解，然后加入熟石膏12份搅拌直到半固体状态，放置，得到止痛药膏。

Claims (7)

1.一种止痒药膏，其特征在于，按重量份数计算，包括：紫草油3-10份、益母草10-40份、白芍20-30份、柴胡10-20份、茯苓10-30份、龙胆草10-20份、当归10-20份、鱼腥草10-20份、白术5-10份、苦参5-15份、香附子5-10份、川芎5-15份、栀子5-10份、冰片1-2份、土茯苓5-25份、调稠剂2-10份和熟石膏10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种止痒药膏，其特征在于，所述紫草油为紫草在植物油中油炸后过滤获得的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种止痒药膏，其特征在于，所述调稠剂为黄凡士林和/或固体石蜡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种止痒药膏，其特征在于，按重量份数计算，所述紫草油5份、益母草15份、白芍25份、柴胡15份、茯苓15份、龙胆草15份、当归15份、鱼腥草15份、白术6份、苦参10份、香附子8份、川芎10份、栀子8份、冰片1份、土茯苓10份、调稠剂8份和熟石膏12份。
5.一种止痒药膏的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
（1）按重量份数计算，把紫草油3-10份加入植物油进行油炸，过滤，得到紫草油；
（2）将益母草10-40份、白芍20-30份、柴胡10-20份、茯苓10-30份、龙胆草10-20份、当归10-20份、鱼腥草10-20份、白术5-10份、苦参5-15份、香附子5-10份、川芎5-15份、栀子5-10份、冰片1-2份、土茯苓5-25份水煮4小时，过滤、浓缩、烘干、粉碎得细粉称为甲组份；
（3）向所述紫草油、甲组份加入调稠剂2-10份进行溶解，然后加入熟石膏10-15份搅拌直到半固体状态，放置，得到止痛药膏。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种止痒药膏的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤（1）中的油炸时间为10-20min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种止痒药膏的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤（3）中的放置时间为3-7天。
