Abstract
本发明公开了一种线缆生产用无纺布边角料回收加工工艺,包括以下步骤:将回收回来的无纺布边角料进行粉碎和筛选工作,将粉碎和筛选后的无纺布边角料进行蒸煮成浆,再通过漂白剂对成浆后的无纺布边角料进行漂白,向成浆漂白后的无纺布边角料内部加入丙纶纤维、弹性纤维搅拌成混合物料,向混合物料中加入聚四氟乙烯搅拌混合,如果有颜色需求,可以在搅拌过程中加入所需的颜料进行染色,混合物料通过纺丝机械加工成纤维网,成网后的物料经过热轧。该线缆生产用无纺布边角料回收加工工艺,可以有效的解决无纺布边角料处理麻烦的问题,进而有效的降低了线缆生产的加工成本,还可以有效的避免无纺布边角料对外界环境造成的不良影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布回收加工技术领域,具体为一种线缆生产用无纺布边角料回收加工工艺。
背景技术
无纺布是一种不需要纺纱织布而形成的织物,因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布,又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。目前,在线缆加工过程中,会使用到各种各样的无纺布,但是由于线缆加工中的复杂性,会造成许多无纺布不必要的浪费,如果这些无纺布浪费的边角料无法得到恰当的处理,进而就会对线缆生产加工成本造成严重影响,而且,如果无纺布的边角料无法进行恰当的处理,还会对外界环境造成极大的不良影响,所以我们提出了一种线缆生产用无纺布边角料回收加工工艺,以便于解决上述中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种线缆生产用无纺布边角料回收加工工艺,以解决上述背景技术提出的目前线缆加工过程中产生的无纺布边角料无法得到恰当的处理,会对线缆生产加工成本造成严重影响,还会对外界环境造成不良影响的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种线缆生产用无纺布边角料回收加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将回收回来的无纺布边角料进行粉碎和筛选工作;
(2)将粉碎和筛选后的无纺布边角料进行蒸煮成浆,再通过漂白剂对成浆后的无纺布边角料进行漂白;
(3)向成浆漂白后的无纺布边角料内部加入丙纶纤维、弹性纤维搅拌成混合物料;
(4)向混合物料中加入聚四氟乙烯搅拌混合,如果有颜色需求,可以在搅拌过程中加入所需的颜料进行染色;
(5)混合物料通过纺丝机械加工成纤维网;
(6)成网后的物料经过热轧。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中粉碎粒度小于1mm。
优选的,所述步骤(2)蒸煮成浆温度110°-150°.
优选的,所述步骤(3)各成分的重量比例为1:1:1。
优选的,所述步骤(4)混合物料与聚四氟乙烯成分比例为2:1,染色过程中搅拌装置的转速为120-150r/min。
优选的,所述步骤(5)成网温度为270°-330°。
优选的,所述步骤(6)热轧温度为260°。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该线缆生产用无纺布边角料回收加工工艺,可以有效的解决无纺布边角料处理麻烦的问题,进而有效的降低了线缆生产的加工成本,还可以有效的避免无纺布边角料对外界环境造成的不良影响,先将无纺布边角料粉碎到足够细小,可以有效的保证后续无纺布边角料的加工效果,也保证了无纺布二次加工产品的质量,通过漂白过程,可以使无纺布的后续加工更为多样化,以提高无纺布的加工价值,在粉碎后的无纺布边角料内部加入丙纶纤维、弹性纤维构成混合物料,可以进一步的提高无纺布二次加工后的产品性能,进而有效的提高了无纺布二次加工后产品的使用价值,在混合物料中加入聚四氟乙烯,是增加混合物料中各个原材料的融合性能,进而保证成品的质量。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
将回收回来的无纺布边角料通过粉碎机械进行粉碎,并且粉碎的粒度要小于1mm,之后将粉碎后的无纺布边角料进行蒸煮成浆,蒸煮成浆温度110° -150°,再通过漂白剂对成浆后的无纺布边角料进行漂白;
之后,向漂白后的无纺布边角料内部加入丙纶纤维、弹性纤维,加入丙纶纤维、弹性纤维与无纺布粉的成分重量比例为1:1:1,以补充二次加工后的无纺布的自身性能;
丙纶纤维、弹性纤维与无纺布粉混合之后,向混合物料中加入聚四氟乙烯搅拌混合,同时混合物料与聚四氟乙烯成分比例为2:1,如果需要对后续无纺布的加工颜色有要求,可以在混合物料与聚四氟乙烯搅拌混合过程中加入颜料,同时搅拌装置的转速为120-150r/min,以保证染色工作的均匀性,将混合物料与聚四氟乙烯混合后放入挤出机内,物料在挤出机内部熔融;
熔融后的物料通过纺丝机械在270°-330°的条件下加工成纤维网;
成网后的物料经过260°的高温条件下完成热轧工作。

Claims (7)
1.一种线缆生产用无纺布边角料回收加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将回收回来的无纺布边角料进行粉碎和筛选工作;
(2)将粉碎和筛选后的无纺布边角料进行蒸煮成浆,再通过漂白剂对成浆后的无纺布边角料进行漂白;
(3)向成浆漂白后的无纺布边角料内部加入丙纶纤维、弹性纤维搅拌成混合物料;
(4)向混合物料中加入聚四氟乙烯搅拌混合,如果有颜色需求,可以在搅拌过程中加入所需的颜料进行染色;
(5)混合物料通过纺丝机械加工成纤维网;
(6)成网后的物料经过热轧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种线缆生产用无纺布边角料回收加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中粉碎粒度小于1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种线缆生产用无纺布边角料回收加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)蒸煮成浆温度110°-150°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种线缆生产用无纺布边角料回收加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)各成分的重量比例为1:1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种线缆生产用无纺布边角料回收加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)混合物料与聚四氟乙烯成分比例为2:1,染色过程中搅拌装置的转速为120-150r/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种线缆生产用无纺布边角料回收加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)成网温度为270°-330°。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种线缆生产用无纺布边角料回收加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)热轧温度为260°。
