技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,特别是涉及一种金属拉拔油。
背景技术
金属拉拔是通过模具孔减少材料的截面积,获得高精度、高光泽度棒材、线材和管材的一种塑性加工工艺,是制备线材和管材的重要方法。拉拔是一种技术要求非常高的加工工艺,拉拔后的棒材、线材或管材要求直径或厚度都要非常均匀,而且表面光亮无擦痕,稍有不慎就可能造成卡咬或拉拔中断,严重影响产品质量甚至整个批次报废。而在金属拉拔加工过程中,润滑剂的种类、质量及使用方法对模具的寿命、拉件的质量(如表面光洁度等)和拉拔的速度等影响十分重要。因此拉拔润滑油是技术要求十分严格的产品,但目前拉拔油还处于一种无统一质量标准,生产规模小而分散,用户要求多样性以及依赖进口等状态,对金属拉拔加工的发展有一定的影响。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述现有的技术缺点,提供一种金属拉拔油。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种金属拉拔油,由以下重量份的成分组成:
抗氧抗腐剂:2.5~3.5份;
防锈剂:3.5~8.0份;
金属减活剂:3.5~4.5份;
抗泡剂:0.001~0.002份;
摩擦改进剂:1.4~2.6份;
粘度指数改进剂:0.5~1.5份;
极压抗磨剂:13.0~26.5份;
油性剂:0.5~1.5份;
基础油:余量。
具体的,所述抗氧抗腐剂由抗氧剂T501及添加剂T202组成,其中抗氧剂T501占拉拔油总质量的1.5~2份、添加剂T202占拉拔油总质量的1.0~1.5份。
进一步的,所述防锈剂由聚甲基丙烯酸乙酯、分散剂、二壬基萘磺酸钡、环烷酸锌、十二烯基丁二酸、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌及邻苯二甲酸二辛酯组成,其中聚甲基丙烯酸乙酯占拉拔油总质量的0.5~1.5份、分散剂占拉拔油总质量的0.5~1份、二壬基萘磺酸钡占拉拔油总质量的0.5~1份、环烷酸锌占拉拔油总质量的0.5~1份、十二烯基丁二酸占拉拔油总质量的0.5~1份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌占拉拔油总质量的0.5~1份及邻苯二甲酸二辛酯占拉拔油总质量的0.5~1.5份。
进一步的,所述金属减活剂为由苯三唑型T551与N,N'-二仲丁基对苯二胺复合而成,其中苯三唑型T551N占拉拔油总质量的1~2份,N,N'-二仲丁基对苯二胺占拉拔油总质量的2.5~4份。
进一步的,所述极压抗磨剂由RC2526、FF-2511硫化脂肪、RC2540硫化烯烃组成,其中RC2526占拉拔油总质量的1.0~2.5份、FF-2511硫化脂肪占拉拔油总质量的10~20份、RC2540硫化烯烃占拉拔油总质量的2~4份。
在本发明中,金属拉拔油的制作工艺包括以下步骤:
(1).将基础油放入至调油罐中进行预热处理,预热温度为55度,预热时间为5分钟;
(2).将金属减活剂加入至预热完毕的基础油中进行匀速搅拌,在此过程中为一次搅拌,搅拌速度为2000转每小时,搅拌时间为3分钟;
(3).将摩擦改进剂加入至一次搅拌后的物料中,并继续搅拌,此过程为二次搅拌,搅拌速度为2000转每小时,搅拌时间为10分钟;
(4).将油性剂、极压抗磨剂、抗泡剂、防锈剂、粘度指数改进剂、抗氧抗腐剂加入至二次搅拌后的物料中,并继续搅拌,此过程为三次搅拌,搅拌速度为2500转每小时,搅拌时间为15分钟;
(5).待三次搅拌完成后,检测是否搅拌混合均匀;若搅拌均匀,则直接装桶。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本拉拔油具有非常低的摩擦系数、优异的极压和润滑性能,有效保护模具,延长模具的使用寿命。
2.本拉拔油具有极佳的边界润滑特性,从而使拉拔后的工件表面有较高的表面光洁度。
