背景技术
预制装配式工业化住宅楼(简称PC)作为新兴的绿色环保节能型建筑混凝土结构,是以预制构件为主要构件,经装配连接而成的混凝土结构。
PC工程在当今世界建筑领域中,在海外得到较为普遍运用,住宅工业化从本义上来讲就是要实现住宅生产、供应等的工业化。通过在工厂对楼房构件进行工业化加工,提高住宅生产的劳动生产率,提高住宅的整体质量,降低成本,降低物耗、能耗。
由于预制装配式混凝土结构在工程中的不断应用,相应的设计、施工技术也不断完善。
如申请公布号为“CN105019573A”的中国专利所公开的一种具有保温功能的预制外墙模板结构体系及其施工方法,在上述专利所公开的结构中,主要包括预制混凝土外墙模板,预制混凝土外墙模板的内侧固定有保温层,保温层的内侧浇注有现浇剪力墙,且现浇剪力墙内绑扎有墙体钢筋;这种结构具有较好的承重效果,但是在施工时需要先搭建钢筋骨架,然后再浇注混凝土,使得整个施工过程显得较为繁琐复杂。
因此,我们提供一种具有同等效果但构造更为简单的一种新型预制结构承重保温、隔音装饰墙。

作为优选,所述钢纤维丝包括长纤维丝和短纤维丝,且所述短纤维与长纤维丝的质量比为2-5:1。
作为优选,所述长纤维丝长度为0.6-1.0厘米,所述短纤维丝长度为0.1-0.2厘米。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本方案中公开的这种新型预制结构承重保温、隔音装饰墙中以承重层作为基础重量支撑,设置在表面的保温层起到保暖装饰的作用效果,这种分层明确的墙体在制造成型时极为方便快速,在制作时仅需要分层浇筑即可,构造简单;
(2)钢纤维混凝土在浇注承重层时,向其中铺设若干平行的柔性层,柔性层是由SEBS橡胶条经纬编制而成,SEBS是一种韧性较好且物理化学性质稳定的橡胶材料;将其浇注在承重层之中,可增加承重层的承压能力,且避免承重层在受重或暴晒之后完全开裂;
(3)钢纤维混凝土是在普通硅酸盐混凝土上进行改造的,向其中加入钢纤维丝、纳米二氧化硅和润湿剂,加入至其中钢纤维丝用于增强整体的结构强度;
(4)硅灰具有较好的火山灰活性,可在水泥水化过程中生成水化产物填充在混凝土空隙中,提高构件表面的强度、致密性和抗化学腐蚀性;
(5)钢纤维丝分为长纤维丝和短纤维丝两种,将两种混合之后共同加入至其中,在搅拌混合的过程中,长纤维丝和短纤维丝充分混合并分散在混凝土中,两者相互作用,有助于提高混凝土的抗折性和抗裂性。

实施例1-5
实施例1-5均涉及一种钢纤维混凝土,按重量份计,各组分含量如下表所示:

其中钢纤维丝包括长纤维丝和短纤维丝,长纤维丝长度为0.6-1.0厘米,所述短纤维丝长度为0.1-0.2厘米,短纤维与长纤维丝的质量比为2-5:1。
其中外加剂均为市售常见钢纤维混凝土用外加剂。
实施例6:
一种新型预制结构承重保温、隔音装饰墙,如图1所示,包括承重层1和保温层2,承重层1是由钢纤维混凝土浇注成型。保温层2包括隔音层21和装饰层22,隔音层21紧贴在承重层1上,装饰层22背离承重层1设置。
装饰层22为彩色砂浆层。
隔音层21为开孔泡沫混凝土层。
参照图1和图2,承重层1由实施例1的钢纤维混凝土制成。承重层1中设置有若干柔性层11,柔性层11是SEBS橡胶条经纬编织成型的。
保温层2由开孔泡沫混凝土制成,所用开孔泡沫混凝土中各组分按重量份计为:
普通硅酸盐水泥 230份
硅灰 23份
外加剂 4份
动物蛋白类发泡剂 3份
水 167份。
实施例7:
一种新型预制结构承重保温、隔音装饰墙,如图1所示,包括承重层1和保温层2,承重层1是由钢纤维混凝土浇注成型。保温层2包括隔音层21和装饰层22,隔音层21紧贴在承重层1上,装饰层22背离承重层1设置。
装饰层22为彩色砂浆层。
隔音层21为开孔泡沫混凝土层。
参照图1和图2,承重层1由实施例2的钢纤维混凝土制成。承重层1中设置有若干柔性层11,柔性层11是SEBS橡胶条经纬编织成型的。
保温层2由开孔泡沫混凝土制成,所用开孔泡沫混凝土中各组分按重量份计为:
普通硅酸盐水泥 380份
硅灰 38份
外加剂 5份
动物蛋白类发泡剂 2.5份
水 150份。
实施例8:
一种新型预制结构承重保温、隔音装饰墙,如图1所示,包括承重层1和保温层2,承重层1是由钢纤维混凝土浇注成型,保温层2包括隔音层21和装饰层22,隔音层21紧贴在承重层1上,装饰层22背离承重层1设置。
装饰层22为彩色砂浆层。
隔音层21为开孔泡沫混凝土层。
参照图1和图2,承重层1由实施例3的钢纤维混凝土制成。承重层1中设置有若干柔性层11,柔性层11是SEBS橡胶条经纬编织成型的。
保温层2由开孔泡沫混凝土制成,所用开孔泡沫混凝土中各组分按重量份计为:

硅灰 30份
外加剂 4.5份
动物蛋白类发泡剂 2.7份

实施例9:
一种新型预制结构承重保温、隔音装饰墙,如图1所示,包括承重层1和保温层2,承重层1是由钢纤维混凝土浇注成型,保温层2包括隔音层21和装饰层22,隔音层21紧贴在承重层1上,装饰层22背离承重层1设置。
装饰层22为彩色砂浆层。
隔音层21为开孔泡沫混凝土层。
参照图1和图2,承重层1由实施例4的钢纤维混凝土制成。承重层1中设置有若干柔性层11,柔性层11是SEBS橡胶条经纬编织成型的。

装饰层22为彩色砂浆层。

参照图1和图2,承重层1由实施例5钢纤维混凝土制成。承重层1中设置有若干柔性层11,柔性层11是SEBS橡胶条经纬编织成型的。
保温层2由开孔泡沫混凝土制成,所用开孔泡沫混凝土中各组分按重量份计为:
普通硅酸盐水泥 230份
硅灰 23份
外加剂 5份
动物蛋白类发泡剂 3份
水 167份。
实施例6-10中,所用外加剂中各组分的质量百分数含量如下表所示:

性能检测
对承重层的抗压强度和墙体的传热系数进行测试,将测试后的相关技术参数记录在表3,其中传热系数参照采用GB/T13475-2008《绝热稳态传热性质的测定标定和防护热箱法》进行测量。

根据上表可得结论:本方案中所记载的钢纤维混凝土相较于对比例中由普通的硅酸盐混凝土制备得到的承重层具有更为良好的抗压强度;本方案中的墙体传热系数均小于1,符合GB50189--2015《公共建筑节能设计标准》中夏热冬冷地区外墙节能要求。
Claims (10)
1.一种新型预制结构承重保温、隔音装饰墙,其特征在于:包括承重层(1)和设置在承重层(1)表面的保温层(2),所述承重层(1)是由钢纤维混凝土浇筑而成,所述保温层(2)包括紧贴承重层(1)设置的隔音层(21)和背离承重层(1)设置的装饰层(22),所述隔音层(21)由开孔泡沫混凝土制成。
2.根据权利1要求所述的新型预制结构承重保温、隔音装饰墙,其特征在于:所述开孔泡沫混凝土包含按重量份计的如下组分,
普通硅酸盐水泥 230-380份
硅灰 23-38份
外加剂 4-5份
发泡剂 2.5-3份
水 100-167份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型预制结构承重保温、隔音装饰墙,其特征在于:所述外加剂中各组分的质量百分数含量为,
聚羧酸系减水剂 60%-70%
甲酸钙 1%-2%
硫酸钠 1%-3%
余量为水。
4.根据权利要求2所述的新型预制结构承重保温、隔音装饰墙,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为动物蛋白类发泡剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型预制结构承重保温、隔音装饰墙,其特征在于:所述装饰层(22)为彩色砂浆层。
6.根据权利要求3所述的新型预制结构承重保温、隔音装饰墙,其特征在于:所述承重层(1)中设置有若干相互平行的柔性层(11),所述柔性层(11)由柔性材料制成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的新型预制结构承重保温、隔音装饰墙,其特征在于:所述柔性材料为SEBS橡胶条经纬编制而成。
8.一种用于权利要求1-7任一项所述新型预制结构承重保温、隔音装饰墙的钢纤维混凝土,其特征在于:包含按重量份计的如下组分,
普通硅酸盐水泥 500-600份
硅灰 50-100份
矿物降粘剂 60-105份
钢纤维 40-150份
砂 480-690份
碎石 690-900份
外加剂 10-33份
纳米二氧化硅 2.5-5份
润湿剂 1-3份
水 108-200份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种钢纤维混凝土,其特征在于:所述钢纤维丝包括长纤维丝和短纤维丝,且所述短纤维与长纤维丝的质量比为2-5:1。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种钢纤维混凝土,其特征在于:所述长纤维丝长度为0.6-1.0厘米,所述短纤维丝长度为0.1-0.2厘米。
