Abstract
本发明公开了一种蜂窝纸芯板的生产工艺,其特征在于包括有以下步骤:1)多层芯纸先干燥,去除水分;2)去除水分后的芯纸上胶;3)上胶后的芯纸复合成纸芯板。本发明在芯纸上胶前先干燥、去除水分,减少芯纸的含水率,芯纸在干燥的同时可以将芯纸本身的纹路、起皱部分整平,芯纸平整使得复合后的纸芯板表面平整不起皱,形成的蜂窝孔径更加均匀,从而提高蜂窝纸芯的抗压强度高,提高蜂窝纸芯板的产品质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种蜂窝纸芯板的生产方法及其加工设备。
背景技术
由于原纸在存放过程中容易受潮,原纸含水量高导致原纸表面出现纹路、起皱,因而多层芯纸复合而成的纸芯板存在起皱、不平整的问题;而且原纸含水量高,原纸上胶后含水量会更高,因此现在的多层芯纸在上胶复合的同时需要烘干,而烘干所需的温度要求在100度左右,而多层芯纸复合烘干后,里层与表层干湿程度不同,里层干、表层湿,表层容易起皱、不平整,而且里层和表层收缩比不同,使得后续成型的蜂窝孔不均匀,影响蜂窝纸板的受压强度。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种提高蜂窝纸芯质量的蜂窝纸芯板的生产方法及其加工设备。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种蜂窝纸芯板的生产工艺,其特征在于包括有以下步骤:
1)多层芯纸先干燥,去除水分;
2)去除水分后的芯纸上胶;
3)上胶后的芯纸复合成纸芯板。
在步骤3)中芯纸在复合的同时进行干燥。
该种蜂窝纸芯板的加工设备,包括有芯纸放卷架,其特征在于沿芯纸运行方向依次设置有芯纸干燥机组、芯纸涂胶机组及复合机组。
所述芯纸干燥机组包括有加热辊。
所述复合机组包括有加热滚筒及复合辊,所述加热滚筒与复合辊咬合。
本发明在芯纸上胶前先干燥、去除水分,减少芯纸的含水率,芯纸在干燥的同时可以将芯纸本身的纹路、起皱部分整平,使芯纸保持平整,如此复合而成的纸芯板才能保持平整;同时,由于芯纸足够干燥,在上胶后将胶水中的水分吸收,多层芯纸在复合时就无需加温复合,因此多层芯纸的上层和下层温度一致,且干湿程度一致,不会因温度差和湿度查出现收缩比不一致的问题,使得纸芯板表面平整不起皱,形成的蜂窝孔径更加均匀,从而提高蜂窝纸芯的抗压强度高,提高蜂窝纸芯板的产品质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步描述本发明的工作原理及其有关细节。参照附图,该种蜂窝纸芯板的生产工艺,包括有以下步骤:
1)多层芯纸先干燥,去除水分,减少芯纸的含水量,所述芯纸干燥可以采用除湿器、烘箱、加热辊均能实现;采用热干对芯纸具有整平的效果,芯纸受潮后出现的起皱问题在干燥后得以修复,即芯纸干燥后其表面恢复平整,如此保证复合后的纸芯板保持平整;
2)去除水分的芯纸经芯纸涂胶机组错位涂胶;由于芯纸足够干燥,上胶后的芯纸的含水量维持在规定范围内;
3)上胶后的芯纸复合成纸芯板,由于芯纸在上胶复合前已经干燥处理,因而纸芯板可以无需加温复合,这样多层芯纸的上层和下层温度一致、干湿程度一致,不会因温度差出现收缩比不一致的问题,因而复合而成的纸芯板表面平整,形成的蜂窝孔径均匀,从而提高蜂窝纸芯的抗压强度;或者在复合使采用低温加热复合,温度为30℃-50℃,低温加热的目的在于提高胶水的粘合度,使芯纸粘合牢固,而低温加热不会导致里层、外层出现较大温差,因而不会影响收缩比,也就不会对蜂窝孔径造成影响。
蜂窝纸芯板而后被横向成纸芯条,所述纸芯条复合成连续的蜂窝纸芯,蜂窝纸芯与面纸复合则成蜂窝纸板,蜂窝纸芯的蜂窝孔径是否均匀则影响蜂窝纸板的抗压强度,越均匀抗压强度越大,质量更佳。
该种蜂窝纸芯板的加工设备,包括有芯纸放卷架1,沿芯纸2运行方向依次设置有芯纸干燥机组7、芯纸涂胶机组8及复合机组9,所述芯纸干燥机组的形式较多,比如除湿器、烘箱等,本实施例采用加热辊3,所述芯纸涂胶机组8包括有上胶辊4,所述复合机组包括有复合辊6,为了使芯纸在复合时粘合得更加牢固,所述复合机组还包括有加热滚筒5,所述加热滚筒5为低温加热,所述复合辊6和加热滚筒5咬合使多层芯纸复合成纸芯板。所述芯纸为卷筒纸,多个芯纸卷筒纸分别放置在芯纸放卷架1上,多层芯纸2经纸芯干燥机组7干燥、去除水分,再进入芯纸涂胶机组8,多层芯纸经上胶辊4上胶后进入复合机组9,加热滚筒5及复合辊6咬合将多层芯纸复合成纸芯板。
Claims (5)
1.一种蜂窝纸芯板的生产工艺,其特征在于包括有以下步骤:
1)多层芯纸先干燥,去除水分;
2)去除水分后的芯纸上胶;
3)上胶后的芯纸复合成纸芯板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝纸芯板的生产工艺,其特征在于在步骤3)中芯纸在复合的同时采用低温加热。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝纸芯板的加工设备,包括有芯纸放卷架,其特征在于沿芯纸运行方向依次设置有芯纸干燥机组、芯纸涂胶机组及复合机组。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蜂窝纸芯板的加工设备,其特征在于所述芯纸干燥机组包括有加热辊。
5.根据权利要求3所述的蜂窝纸芯板的加工设备,其特征在于所述复合机组包括有加热滚筒及复合辊,所述加热滚筒与复合辊咬合。
