a round fixing plate is fixedly arranged on the first fixing rod in a penetrating manner, and a second limiting assembly matched with the winding roller is arranged on the fixing plate; the second limiting assembly comprises a pin shaft penetrating through the fixed plate from left to right, the pin shaft is in sliding fit with the fixed plate, a handle is arranged at the left end part of the pin shaft, a tension spring is sleeved on the pin shaft between the handle and the fixed plate, the left end part of the tension spring is fixedly connected with the handle, and the right end part of the tension spring is fixedly connected with the fixed plate; the inner end part of the pin shaft is fixedly provided with a steel ball, and the left side surface of the roller is circumferentially provided with a plurality of grooves matched with the steel ball; the left side surface of the roller is provided with a round slideway groove matched with the steel ball.
2. The rotary bee card manufacturing device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of third supporting rods are fixedly arranged on the side face of the outer end portion of the second bolt, and first rubber balls are fixedly arranged at the tail ends of the third supporting rods respectively.
