Abstract
一种气流烘干机,它包括热风机、螺旋输料机、烘干室、旋风卸料器,其特征是:该种气流烘干机的烘干室为倾斜放置的长容器,该烘干室的横截面为扇形,该烘干室的高端密封,该烘干室的低端上部与旋风卸料器的进风管连通;该烘干室的下部有多个漏斗,多个漏斗口处接有多个热风机吹风口,其中烘干室高端下面的第一个热风机吹风口较大并接有三通管,三通管的竖直管中有螺旋输料机。本发明提供的该种烘干机,物料在烘干室内烘干时间长,能均匀烘干含有大颗粒物料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种烘干装置,更具体地说是涉及一种气流烘干机。
背景技术
目前使用的竖直烘干塔式气流烘干机是由螺旋输料机输料、热风机加热,在竖直的烘干塔内气流烘干,旋风卸料机卸料,进入烘干塔的湿粉状物料颗粒大小不匀,高度为10--15米的烘干塔不能一次均匀地烘干大颗粒的物料。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种物料在烘干室内烘干时间长,能均匀烘干含有大颗粒物料的气流烘干机。
本发明采取的技术方案是,一种气流烘干机,它包括热风机、螺旋输料机、烘干室、旋风卸料器,其特征是:该种气流烘干机的烘干室为倾斜放置的长容器,该烘干室的横截面为扇形,该烘干室的高端密封,该烘干室的低端上部与旋风卸料器的进风管连通;该烘干室的下部有多个漏斗,多个漏斗口处接有多个热风机吹风口,其中烘干室高端下面的第一个热风机吹风口较大并接有三通管,三通管的竖直管中有螺旋输料机。
采用以上技术方案制造出来的该种气流烘干机,在使用时,物料从三通管的竖直管中由螺旋输料机输入,由热风机的第一个较大的吹风口把物料吹入烘干室,较小颗粒的物料被热气流烘干而密度小质量轻而随风向烘干室的低端流动,而较大颗粒的物料难烘干,因密度大质量重而不能随风流动,只能向烘干室低端呈抛物线状移动落入第二漏斗,在落入第二漏斗时,因表面稍干而被摔碎成小颗粒被第二吹风口吹起又抛向烘干室,被摔碎的较小颗粒的物料被烘干而随风向向烘干室低端流动,没有被烘干的物料又呈抛物线状向烘干室的低端移动而落入第三漏斗内,被再次被第三吹风口再次吹起烘干,就这样大颗粒的物料被多次吹起抛出而被摔碎、碰撞、气流剪切成小颗粒而被烘干,被烘干的物料随风进入旋风卸料器内而被卸出。因大颗粒的物料在该种气流烘干机的烘干室内烘干时间长,被热风多次吹起抛出摔碎、碰撞、气流剪切逐渐成为较少的颗粒而被烘干,所以它能一次均匀烘干含有大颗粒的物料,所以它所烘干的物料干度均匀,不含有湿颗粒。

在图1、2中,本发明提供的一种气流烘干机,它包括热风机、螺旋输料机、烘干室、旋风卸料器,其特征是:该种气流烘干机的烘干室(3)为倾斜放置的长容器,该烘干室(3)的横截面为扇形,该烘干室(3)的高端密封,该烘干室(3)的低端上部与旋风卸料器(4)的进风管连通;该烘干室(3)的下部有多个漏斗,多个漏斗口处接有多个热风机(1)吹风口(1.3),其中烘干室(3)高端下面的第一个热风机(1)吹风口(1.3)较大并接有三通管(1.2),三通管(1.2)的竖直管中有螺旋输料机(2)。
