本发明公开了一种着色率高的装饰原纸的生产工艺,括碎浆、磨浆、配料和抄纸四个步骤,本发明生产的装饰原纸在使用时具有更高着色率,从而提高原纸的吸墨性和表面强度,本发明的装饰原纸在印刷过程中,在达到同等印刷效果的前提下,油墨耗用量比普通原纸可节约20‑30%左右,同时也解决了浸胶过程中的渗透能力差和油墨分离现象,效果明显,可广泛应用于深色花纹系列的印刷上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种着色率高的装饰原纸的生产工艺。
背景技术
现在市场上销售的装饰原纸主要是应用于家具、地板表面的装饰特种纸,各生产商根据用户的要求,在原纸表面被印刷成各类花色之后,再经浸胶、压板等工序粘合到板材表面,起到美化板材的效果,在印刷过程中,由于花色的不同,部分深色花色品种需要采用大量的油墨,需要相当大的上色量才能达到预期的效果,这不但增加了油墨的耗用量,同时由于纸面表面的上墨量太大,也会造成浸胶过程中胶水不易渗透、掉墨、掉色等问题,从而影响使用效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有产品中的不足,提供一种着色率高的装饰原纸的生产工艺。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种着色率高的装饰原纸的生产工艺,包括碎浆、磨浆、配料和抄纸四个步骤,所述碎浆是将包括重量百分含量为95%木浆、30%高岭土、35%钛白粉、24%颜料的原料和水配制成质量百分浓度为20%的浆料;所述磨浆是指将碎浆后的浆料配制成质量百分浓度为20%,叩解度为40°SR,湿重为15g的浆料,所述浆料配料是在经过磨浆后的浆料加入占磨浆后浆料重量百分比为22%的湿强剂、8%的助留剂、0.9%的明矾、0.31%的助剂而配制成质量百分浓度为25%的浆料,所述湿强剂为聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂,所述助留剂为聚丙烯酰胺,所述助剂为多羟基聚醚消泡剂。
所述颜料为铁氧化物。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明生产的装饰原纸在使用时具有更高着色率,从而提高原纸的吸墨性和表面强度,本发明的装饰原纸在印刷过程中,在达到同等印刷效果的前提下,油墨耗用量比普通原纸可节约20-30%左右,同时也解决了浸胶过程中的渗透能力差和油墨分离现象,效果明显,可广泛应用于深色花纹系列的印刷上。

1.一种着色率高的装饰原纸的生产工艺,包括碎浆、磨浆、配料和抄纸四个步骤,其特征在于,所述碎浆是将包括重量百分含量为95%木浆、30%高岭土、35%钛白粉、24%颜料的原料和水配制成质量百分浓度为20%的浆料;所述磨浆是指将碎浆后的浆料配制成质量百分浓度为20%,叩解度为40°SR,湿重为15g的浆料,所述浆料配料是在经过磨浆后的浆料加入占磨浆后浆料重量百分比为22%的湿强剂、8%的助留剂、0.9%的明矾、0.31%的助剂而配制成质量百分浓度为25%的浆料,所述湿强剂为聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷树脂,所述助留剂为聚丙烯酰胺,所述助剂为多羟基聚醚消泡剂。
