本发明涉及无机材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐磨陶瓷材料。
背景技术
陶瓷材料是一种用天然或合成化合物经过成形和高温烧结制成的一种无机非金属材料,具有高熔点、高硬度等优点被广泛应用于越来越多的行业,对于陶瓷材料的耐磨性也有了越来越高的要求,同时,耐磨陶瓷材料价格昂贵,不适于大规模工业生产。

本发明的目的在于,提供一种耐磨陶瓷材料,在保留原有性质的基础上增加其耐磨性,具有良好的力学性能、良好的耐磨性能和使用寿命长的特点。
本发明的技术方案:一种耐磨陶瓷材料,其特征在于,是由以下重量份数的原料组成:纳米三氧化二铝60-70份、碳酸镁10-20份、高岭土10-15份、二硼化钛纤维5-10份、陶瓷纤维3-5份、碳化硅3-5份、石英砂1-5份、碳酸氢钠1-5份、三氧化二锑3-5份和结合剂2-5份。
