Abstract
本发明公开了一种石墨耐火材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:石墨50-60份、粘土20-30份、碳化硅10-15份、碳化硼2-5份、氧化锆5-10份、二氧化硅3-5份、氧化镁4-8份、铝1-3份、镁2-4份、硅烷偶联剂0.1-0.5份。本发明燃点高、化学性质稳定、抗氧化效果好,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明属于石墨材料领域,具体涉及一种石墨耐火材料。
背景技术
碳复合耐火材料是由两种或是两种以上不同性质的耐火氧化物和碳素材料及非氧化物材料为原料,含碳有机物作为结合剂而制成的一种多相复合耐火材料,石墨耐火材料因其优良的抗渣性、热稳定性、高导热性等高温使用性能,广泛应用于钢铁冶金工艺过程中,但普通耐火材料中的石墨自500度开始就发生氧化燃烧反应,造成材料表面胶碳层气孔率增加和结构疏松,影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种石墨耐火材料。
本发明采用的技术方案是,一种石墨耐火材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:石墨50-60份、粘土20-30份、碳化硅10-15份、碳化硼2-5份、氧化锆5-10份、二氧化硅3-5份、氧化镁4-8份、铝1-3份、镁2-4份、硅烷偶联剂0.1-0.5份。
本发明具有以下优点:燃点高、化学性质稳定、抗氧化效果好,使用寿命长。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的阐述。
实施例1
一种石墨耐火材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:石墨50份、粘土20份、碳化硅10份、碳化硼2份、氧化锆5份、二氧化硅3份、氧化镁4份、铝1份、镁2份、硅烷偶联剂0.1份。
实施例2
一种石墨耐火材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:石墨55份、粘土25份、碳化硅13份、碳化硼3份、氧化锆7份、二氧化硅4份、氧化镁5份、铝2份、镁3份、硅烷偶联剂0.3份。
实施例3
一种石墨耐火材料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:石墨60份、粘土30份、碳化硅15份、碳化硼5份、氧化锆10份、二氧化硅5份、氧化镁8份、铝3份、镁4份、硅烷偶联剂0.5份。
