本发明提供一种添加尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒的镁碳砖,包括以下组份,各组分按重量份数计为:电熔镁砂颗粒55~80份、电熔镁砂细粉5~20份、电熔棕刚玉颗粒5‑15份,尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒5~10份、石墨10‑20份、碳化硼0.1~1份、碳化硅1~5份、酚醛树脂1~5份、乌洛托品0.1~1份。本发明提供一种添加尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒的镁碳砖,其制备方法简单,步骤易于操作,在镁碳砖的原料中加入尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒能够提高镁碳砖的抗氧化性,同时增加了镁碳砖的耐腐蚀性,改善了镁碳砖的应用性能,提高镁碳砖的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种镁碳砖,具体涉及一种添加尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒的镁碳砖。
背景技术
镁碳砖是以高熔点碱性氧化物氧化镁(熔点2800℃)和难以被炉渣侵润的高熔点碳素材料作为原料,添加各种非氧化物添加剂。用炭质结合剂结合而成的不烧碳复合耐火材料。镁碳砖主要用于转炉、交流电弧炉、直流电弧炉的内衬,钢包的渣线等部位。镁碳砖作为一种复合耐火材料,有效地利用了镁砂的抗渣侵蚀能力强和碳的高导热性及低膨胀性,补偿了镁砂耐剥落性差的最大缺点。随着生产技术的不断发展和提高,对于耐火材料的要求也不断增加,提高镁碳砖的使用寿命及应用性能是大家一直研究的方向,而提高镁碳砖的抗氧化性能和抗侵蚀性是技术中的关键。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种添加尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒的镁碳砖,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种添加尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒的镁碳砖,包括以下组份,各组分按重量份数计为:电熔镁砂颗粒55~80份、电熔镁砂细粉5~20份、电熔棕刚玉颗粒 5-15份,尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒5~10份、石墨10-20份、碳化硼0.1~1份、碳化硅1~5份、酚醛树脂1~5份、乌洛托品0.1~1份。
进一步的,所述电熔镁砂颗粒大小为1~5mm。
进一步的,所述电熔镁砂细粉的粒度为180目。
进一步的,所述电熔棕刚玉颗粒大小为1~5mm。
进一步的,所述尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒的大小为1~3mm。
本发明带来的有益效果:本发明提供一种添加尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒的镁碳砖,其制备方法简单,步骤易于操作,在镁碳砖的原料中加入尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒能够提高镁碳砖的抗氧化性,同时增加了镁碳砖的耐腐蚀性,改善了镁碳砖的应用性能,提高镁碳砖的使用寿命。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明作进一步地详细说明。
本发明提供一种添加尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒的镁碳砖,包括以下组份,各组分按重量份数计为:电熔镁砂颗粒55~80份、电熔镁砂细粉5~20份、电熔棕刚玉颗粒5-15份,尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒5~10份、石墨10-20份、碳化硼0.1~1份、碳化硅1~5份、酚醛树脂1~5份、乌洛托品0.1~1。优选的,各组分按重量份数计为:电熔镁砂颗粒70份、电熔镁砂细粉10 份、电熔棕刚玉颗粒12份,尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒6份、石墨14份、碳化硼0.1份、碳化硅3 份、酚醛树脂2.7份、乌洛托品0.27份。
在本实施例中,所述电熔镁砂颗粒大小为1~5mm,所述电熔镁砂细粉的粒度为180目,所述电熔棕刚玉颗粒大小为1~5mm,所述尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒的大小为1~3mm。
将上述原料按比例称量后充分混炼,放入模具中,然后对其进行压制成型,成型后的砖坯放入窑道中烘烤,从窑道中取出后即为成品镁碳砖。
尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒是尖晶石、铝酸钙复相材料,主要应用于镁碳砖、铝镁铝尖晶石浇注料、喷补料和不烧砖。含有尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒的镁碳砖,主要优点有三:一是高温下生成“柔性”颗粒,缓减内应力,减伤热震损伤和机械损伤;二是改善抗氧化性能,阻止深度氧化,减少抗氧化剂的使用;三是在工作面形成粘滞的保护渣层,改善抗侵蚀、冲刷性能,减少因局部过度蚀损导致的提前下线。可以说,尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒在基本不增加成本的基础上,可显著提高镁碳砖的应用性能、延长服役寿命。
综上所述,本发明提供一种添加尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒的镁碳砖,其制备方法简单,步骤易于操作,在镁碳砖的原料中加入尖晶石铝酸钙颗粒能够提高镁碳砖的抗氧化性,同时增加了镁碳砖的耐腐蚀性,改善了镁碳砖的应用性能,提高镁碳砖的使用寿命。
