本发明公开了一种碳硅质耐火材料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:锆碳合金5‑7份,氧化铝8‑12份,氧化镁7‑9份,碳化硅微粉10‑12份,纳米二氧化硅7‑12份,硼酸6‑9份,酚醛树脂28‑32份,镍钴合金2‑5份,珍珠岩6‑8份,金红石5‑8份。本发明热膨胀系数低,导热性高,耐热震性能好,高温强度高,抗酸碱和盐的侵蚀,尤其是弱酸碱具有较好的抵抗能力,不受金属和熔渣的润湿,质轻。

背景技术
耐火材料应用于钢铁、有色金属、玻璃、水泥、陶瓷、石化、机械、锅炉、轻工、电力、军工等国民经济的各个领域,是保证上述产业生产运行和技术发展必不可少的基本材料,在高温工业生产发展中起着不可替代的重要作用。

本发明提供一种碳硅质耐火材料。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种碳硅质耐火材料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
锆碳合金5-7份,氧化铝8-12份,氧化镁7-9份,碳化硅微粉10-12份,纳米二氧化硅7-12份,硼酸6-9份,酚醛树脂28-32份,镍钴合金2-5份,珍珠岩6-8份,金红石5-8份。
上述的碳硅质耐火材料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
锆碳合金6份,氧化铝10份,氧化镁8份,碳化硅微粉11份,纳米二氧化硅9份,硼酸8份,酚醛树脂30份,镍钴合金4份,珍珠岩7份,金红石7份。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明热膨胀系数低,导热性高,耐热震性能好,高温强度高,抗酸碱和盐的侵蚀,尤其是弱酸碱具有较好的抵抗能力,不受金属和熔渣的润湿,质轻。
