本发明采用的技术方案是:一种改性环保复合材料,包括复合保温层和多孔材料层,复合保温层由泡沫塑料颗粒、线性低密度聚乙烯、硅酸铝保温材料和白油和玻璃纤维制成,多孔材料层由玻璃碎片、纳米硫酸钙、开孔膨胀珍珠岩、纳米银、硅藻土和高岭土制成,复合保温层两面包裹有多孔材料层,复合保温层与多孔材料层通过粘合剂连接。
优选的,复合保温层各成分重量份数为:泡沫塑料颗粒18-23份;硅酸铝保温材料10-15份;线性低密度聚乙烯2-5份;白油5-8份;玻璃纤维8-10份;多孔材料层各成分重量份数为:玻璃碎片20-30份;纳米硫酸钙1-2份;开孔膨胀珍珠岩5-8份;纳米银0.5-1.2份;硅藻土12-14份,高岭土4-6份。
优选的,复合保温层制备方法如下:
步骤一:将泡沫塑料颗粒、硅酸铝保温材料和线性低密度聚乙烯粉碎后均匀混合,加入玻璃纤维并混匀。
步骤二:加入白油后用平辊轧成板状,形成复合保温层。

复合保温层各成分重量份数为:泡沫塑料颗粒18-23份;硅酸铝保温材料10-15份;线性低密度聚乙烯2-5份;白油5-8份;玻璃纤维8-10份;复合保温层制备方法如下:
步骤一:将泡沫塑料颗粒、硅酸铝保温材料和线性低密度聚乙烯分别粉碎,粉碎后的各成分直径相近,使形成的材料质地均匀,将粉碎后的各材料均匀混合,再加入玻璃纤维并充分混匀。
步骤二:将白油加入到保温混合物中,用平辊轧成板状,形成复合保温层,复合保温板厚度为15-25mm。
多孔材料层各成分重量份数为:玻璃碎片20-30份;纳米硫酸钙1-2份;开孔膨胀珍珠岩5-8份;纳米银0.5-1.2份;硅藻土12-14份,高岭土4-6份;多孔材料层制备方法如下:
步骤1:将玻璃碎片和开孔膨胀珍珠岩研磨成粉,再加入纳米硫酸钙、纳米银,混合均匀形成初混合物。
步骤2:将硅藻土和高岭土充分破碎研磨后,经筛分取80-100目粉末状产物与初混合物混匀形成终混合物。
步骤3:将终混合粉末加入到烧结炉中,在500-1000℃高温条件下加热、软化、烧成、发泡,最终压轧成板状多孔材料层,多孔材料层厚度为20-30mm。
